I had a good experience. I had bought a firearm and had them ship it to this FFL.The gentleman was very nice and helpful I had no issues.I will say for some people who read these reviews, the front door may be locked for safety because the business is half firearms but mostly a vehicle shop, so be patient and go to the side where the cars are and someone should be there to help you during business hours
Great local gun shop, knowledgeable. They accept FFL transfers. If you are in the greater Denton county area, be sure to check them out online or stop by.

Im not usually one to do this. Ive never given anyone a 1-Star review but I feel as if I have no choice in this matter. Mabye because I got my hopes up.I found that WSM Tactical was just down the road from my work. So there was some excitement with that find. I check out their website and see that their hours are 11-7. So I decided to drive there on my lunch break. I get there between 12:30 and 1 and the front door was locked with the security gate shut. Tried calling, no one answered...I look up the reviews to see if I can get some insight on how to contact them. The reviews were mixed, and the owner had a rebuttal to every negative review. Things like leave a message or our phone lines were down. So my naive self decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I called on Tuesday, no answer, left a message, no response. I called Wednesday, no answer, left a message, got a call back at 4pm. I spoke to someone and told them I would be by today (Thursday) at 12:30 to his affirmation.I show up at 12:30, wait 10 minutes, no one shows up. I leave to get gas, and make another pass. I get out to talk to people at the repair shop that is in the same building. One of their workers said the owner gets in between 12:30 and 1. As I was leaving again, I pass a truck that I recognized from a Google picture. So I turn around. Sure enough the truck was parked at the location. The door is still locked, the gate is still shut, I wait 10 more minutes. It is 12:58 and I called to no answer, and left another message, and no response.I go back to my office. Of course Im upset but I thought Id give one more chance. I show up at 3:35. The security gate is up, but the lights are off and door is locked. The side gate is also locked...Final Thoughts: Im not sure how this person is in business. I get having your own place is great, because you can make your own hours and what not, but there has to be some kind of standard. Dont post hours when they are not what you do. Dont call me back and tell me you will be there when you are not. Why post a phone number when you dont answer? Why run a business at all when the customer service at Walmart is showing you up?Id love to hear your rebuttal to this, Im just curious as to what excuse you can make to turn this your way?And yes, I saw the sign. I saw the sign on my first attempt to visit last week. I got out of my truck twice, went around the gate once. There’s not too much instruction on where to go, so the assumption is just to walk into the car garage. It’s cool though, my fault, like the other customers.

Wow... just amazing how quick people try to take advantage and gouge someone...I needed the barrel nut removed so I can put on a hand guard... I’m told $20Dude put it on a vise, hammer tapped a wrench and then loosened the barrel nut... that’s it.What about the gas block? You have to remove it and swap out barrel nuts so I can put on the hand guard, we just went over this?Oh, that’s $60 then because that’s a tune up...So... because you felt like there was a miscommunication, some how that’s the customer ‘s fault??Wow... you should never blame the customer. It would be wise to try and work with your customer not against...I guess the next miscommunication you have will be the next customer’s fault too, which is why I edited this post.
I love checking out the stuff they have here. The owner is really knowledgable about what he has to offer. Also really good deals locally.

They had a sale on a CMC Trigger till the end of the month. I called for four days straight to see if they were open and had the item in stock. Never would answer their phone. Finally had someone call back after the month end and they would not honor the sale price after not answering their phone for four days. Nice way to really disrespect a new customer. Won’t be back!
