They always talk my mom put of doing any work on my vehicle other than an oil change since I have a non ford warranty. They take twice as long. 2 hours for an 30 minute oil change when she is the 1st online appointment available and always making excuses and have no clue what they are even talking about or describing. Act like they know more than you and the women in service department are snobby.
