Called to price check and got a price get there check out and get same price, guy brings drywall out it is 4x8 not 4x12 like I price checked and ordered. He says my bad and goes and gets 4x12 It is all beat up and the say no problem take 60 sheets instead of the 55 I paid for but come inside and we have to charge you for the 4x12 because we rung it up for 4x8. He gave me the wrong price twice made me waist a hour and seemed annoyed when I said I was going somewhere else if he was charging me the same price as elsewhere, I wanted drywall that wasnt beat to hell. He even walked out mid return and let the credit card transaction time out and another worker did as well. On top of all this they had no joint tape and he didnt even know what it was until he looked on the computer. Sure not the 84 lumber it use to be. Lesson learned email me a quote from now on or go to a store that will honor there quotes. Shop local owned business!!

I work for New-Life Builders, I have a personal job for Crown molding, Base Board & Window trim. The clerk was excellent, and stocked the truck too!

I dont know called on Saturday to order a window took down my name and information so they call me Monday no call Tuesday I went in there to order the window the guy wasnt there took down my information again still as of today no call.
