Consistently good coffee and donuts. Ive liked everything Ive tried so far. My favorites are caramel cappuccino and pumpkin cake donut.

I pretty much only go here out of convenience. Its the only place open in the morning when I go to work, and need to grab something on my way in. One big positive is the staff is always friendly. The food on the other hand, I feel is not that great. Its good, but if there was anything else that close to my house and was open as early as they are, Id probably go there. The mocha tastes like regular coffee with chocolate syrup in it, and my orders usually take a long time to come out. Sometimes the orders are messed up, and one time the guy at the window straight forgot what I ordered after I had sat there for almost 10 minutes. After I told him, it took another almost 10 minutes and I was given the wrong order. I was running late and didnt see it until I got to work.

This has become one of my favorite spots. I get breakfast from them at least once a week. My favorite things are the croissant sandwich and of course the donuts

This place lowkey slaps tbh, i used to drive 15 mins down the road for starbucks but this is SO much better! the customer service is so good!

Great place to go sit down and relax and enjoy a hot cup of coffee or a doughnut. They have ice cream Hersheys. Stop in.

I had a similar experience as other reviewers. They now have a $5 minus for accepting credit cards. I had to leave empty handed since I rarely have cash. Terrible business practice for a place where you are theoretically supposed to be able to drive through and pick up a quick coffee and donut. Never going here again. Who uses cash these days?

For a drive through coffee shop, donut connection is always next level compared to others. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious as are the donuts. The pumpkin coffee today was the best one I’ve had any place yet. The service is always friendly and fast. I love their new location near Walmart as well, great staff!

Don’t listen to the negative reviews. The donuts are awesome and the staff is very friendly. I used to go in here regularly and I never had a single problem with an employee. But be warned, this is NOT a good area to be in. Especially at night. Like for real, you might get mugged. Very dangerous spot.

Mr. Benny did a wonderful job with my order. He made sure I was in a comfortable stress free environment and got my order done perfectly with a good attitude.

Not open 24/7. Drive through was blocked off this morning. Dont place false hours online and have people waste time to go out of their way while heading to work.

This place is pretty good. They have a great variety of donuts plus they have some pretty delicious breakfast sandwiches. And I can buy a lottery ticket too, which I seem to have a hard time finding in this state. Not bad!

Very stingy with toppings on ice cream sundaes, banana splits, they limit you on what you may choose to put on an already almost 8. Dollar ice cream. I should be able to choose my toppings for an $8.00 ice cream bowl no questions! Clean place but hi prices and rude attitude. I still left a nice tip tho*

Picked up donuts around 7AM and they were not fresh at all!! At least a day old!! Very disappointed!! Threw them allaway to the birds.

Communication at the drive through is lacking. Basically, if I need to order anything specific, Im going inside. The ladies that work there are always friendly. Donuts are better than DD. Coffee is good, not expensive like SB. They are open 24 hours.

Writing this review as I sit here drinking my coffee. One thing to know when eating here is that there is a $5 minimum for credit card transactions. Not a problem for many people, but something to be aware of. Store is fairly clean. The service was fast, even though the store was being hammered inside and outside. I cant​ speak for all of the staff, but the woman who helped me was more than friendly enough.

The donuts here are terrible. the look and taste like they have been there for a day or 2. the breakfast sandwiches are actually good. I recommend that to order. they couldnt pay me to eat the donuts there. someone brings them to work once a month and they always end up being half eating.

I would absolutely not recommend Donut Connection to anyone. Their donuts are dry and do not taste good at all. The donuts are also low quality because the icing on the donuts fall off every time. Again, I would not recommend this donut shop to anyone.

If could give this place -5 stars I would. Customer service doesnt exist here. Also this place must be well off of they arent willing to swipe my card for $4.19 because of a $5.00 minimum. No one ever pays cash anymore its 2018. If they are so cheap to have a credit card minimum then request people use debit. So pitiful. I will never ever waste my time at this establishment again.

Great hot chocolate. Not scalding hot. Donut was underwhelming. For some reason I expected this place to serve handmade donuts. The ones sold here are equivalent to the frozen premade type at Dunkin Donuts. I thought it was hysterical that you can buy power ball tickets, scratch off tickets, Ice cream, coffee and donuts all in one place. Its worth a drive if you are in the area, but dont go out of your way.Update- had no idea this place was a franchise. That explains the need for additional streams of income.

Good selection of Hershys ice cream and donuts. They have a $5 credit card minimum, my total was $4.80 and they wouldnt make an exception so I had to purchase something else. I picked up a soda, which was over priced, and an additional $2. But I was able to use my card. If they want to have a minimum credit card charge, they should post it on the door or somewhere you can see it before you are checking out.

Donut connection has some of my favorite donuts! They always seem to taste fresher than dunkin donuts. I dont have one close to where I live, so when I saw it I had to stop and get some. They definitely did not disappoint. This donut connection was also connected with hershey icecream, so we did that another day while visiting too. Both were good! Stop in and get something sweet, you wont be disappointed.

Ordered a half dozen of donuts on a Thursday at 8:30 am and recieved the most driest donuts. They had to be at least several days old at a minimum.

Almost always fresh doughnuts great breakfast sandwiches and freindly workers. Good icecream selection too.

The Boston cream yellow pudding filled donuts are the absolute best! Also, the coconut almond chocolate chip ice cream is soooo good! Fresh food and great service!

I love to give nothing but 5 stars but this one gets a 4/5 for me and Ill explain why. I went there late last night and had some trouble understanding who was taking my order. Either the broadcast system had issues or she lacked speaking clearly and with diction, I wont claim either one. The menu for drive thru (YES I could just go inside but it was dark out and there were some weird characters outside) did not list ANY of the flavors of ice cream. I had to guess at what they had, which they had what I wanted (Yay!). The banana split I got was fantastic (and customized!) and thats why I gave this 4 stars. But being more descriptive on the menu outside might be really helpful for someone who hasnt been there before (example: Me) I will be back!

Is there a zero star? Went there today to get 1 dozen donut, because I like to give half dozen to friends so I asked the girl if she can pack in 2 boxes, replied with ok. Second-best glazed donuts in the world. Better than Krispy Kreme, nowhere near as good as Shipleys. Coffee is just coffee but they have a 24oz option so thats good. The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good. The crackhead hanging around the lotto counter is a bit offputting. Staff is friendly but overwhelmed. Ill be back as often as my waistline allows.

During Covid times. We started going to Donut Connection.Compare. Get a Sausage egg and cheese crescent from McDs. You pay $7 for just the sandwich. Is small and the egg isnt even real.BUT go to Donut connection and you get just over $5 This huge real eggs real sausage made right there. Sandwich. This sandwich can feed 2 people its so big. .Their coffee is great. They have that gambling game with the horses there. They have KENO. Yes during Covid you can go in and still play.
