I have been dealing with this embroidery for two years now. My experience started out very positive up into the second year. I have ordered uniforms for my staff a month and a half ago and still have not received my products. I’ve reached out to the owners via email only to get either shirt and vague responses or none at all. I must say that I don’t do this often but the customer service was so disturbingly terrible that I felt compelled to leave a review. This has not been the only bad experience with this business but it is the most recent and I was met with a half sincere apology followed by yet another unpleasant email. As a result, I don’t think I’ll be continuing to do business with them.

Very happy with the service and products. Shirts were a great value and well done. Will use their services again as needed and highly recommend them. Hard working and honest people.
