This company customer service is absolutely horrible ever since I found out Melissa is no longer employed there. I use to send everyone there because her voice over the phone was very calming and she listened and understood and I always felt like she put me first. Lately talking to Steve and Rebecca I think thats her name I feel rushed and like my business dont matter. Ive never in all my 25 years felt so disrespected!!! Please consider training your employees on customer service because those 2 lack it greatly! I have now taken my business else where and Im encouraging all my friends with businesses to do the same. Should have considered letting Melissa teach them before she left!

I have the Eggs Up Grill in Lexington, SC. Today I called Whaley Food Service because I have a grill not working properly. I had the best experience today over the phone with Whaleys Customer Service Representative. I believe her name was Melissa and she was incredibly helpful and kind. She never rushed me and was just so professional. Nice job Whaley, this lady is Top Notch.Eggs Up Grill Lexington

I would give this Whaley Food Service zero star for the reasons below.1/ Technician is NOT experienced at all. The whole time he was on the phone with some one who directed him what to do. He was not sure what part fail and just replaced it on guessing. First try did not work so he came back the second day because he said he need another part. Of course I have to pay for all his trips back and forth. After he finished the job there were parts from the oven still laying around (I found out later) that I have to put them back myself.2/ Technician got no idea about the service and warranty. When I asked about warranty, his answer was 9 days on parts. I never heard of such warranty in my life so I asked him if he is sure about that then he said let he call and find out .3/ About the charge, it was over twelve hundred dollars just to replace 2 parts that he wasnt sure which one failed. I thinks that is a rip off.If you need service, please avoid this company.

Great company. Lovely managers. Great technical skills. Best commercial food equipment service. Professionalism is not cheap. High quality service and parts are not cheap. Its expensive but still cheaper than fixing it several times with cheap parts and unauthorized techs. Mercedes vs ford pinto.

EXTREMELY over-priced. Charged me nearly $400 for an estimate that went to my spam in email. Yes, thats correct! Almost $400 for an ESTIMATE!!! No follow up. No contact after to make sure I received it. Nothing, except for the bill. Did they really need to send two guys to do an estimate? I guess so, if you want to bill 2x the labor rate for a simple ESTIMATE. Carolina Restaurant Services did the same job for less than 1/3 of the price quoted by Whaley. Whaley is a waste of time and money.

-neg stars.I understand busy but if i press 2 for service and schedule an appointment. Shouldnt the company call me to reschedule if they cant make it? Not Whaley. Rescheduled on thier owen and told me when i called but never showed up. So, if you enjoy waiting and being jerked around. Call Whaley for all you food none functioning services just press 2.

Put order in wed. Received call late fri. Saying we screwed up your numbers on card, called back and they were closed. Called mon they had all information correct, they entered wrong. So now I have to wait another 5 days for shipping because they would not even give me better shipping for there screw up,,, never shopping here again

I just wanted to personally commend the guys you sent out here on Tuesday. They were extremely thorough in examining the unit and determining all the things that were wrong with it. They didnt just stop at the first bad fitting and say Heres your problem!. They kept going and found that glass shards had clogged the tubes where the water sprays out. We couldnt even see the glass shards but they found them. They also extracted all the glass shards even though it took a long time and they were almost impossible to get to. I know people are always quick to complain about bad service so I wanted to take a minute and thank you guys for good service!

Not sure how to trust a company that lies about where its parts come from. Why did my wife pay for name brand only to get knock offs? I can tell you this I wont be letting her order again from here.
