Store is well kept and organized. Everyone was very friendly. Thomas helped me find my gaming mic and was very professional, polite, and had great customer service not only toward me, but I noticed he was like that with the other customers as well. Very positive experience at Best Buy. Thank you!

Bought a Maytag washer & dryer set 10/11/2018. Have contacted the “Geek Squad “ several times about a repair. They contact their contract warranty company AIG. You can’t get anyone to answer the phone in Lexington it goes to the national number. The Geek Squad couldn’t help us when we had a complaint on the incompetent rude tech AIG sent out. Contacted AIG and they laughed about the problem. Contacted Maytag in Michigan and they do not stand behind their product if you have a extended warranty with Best Buy! Tried to get a Southeastern Regional Manager for Best Buy and Best Buy will not give it to you. Whatever you do don’t do business with Best Buy or Maytag, don’t by an extended warranty it’s a SCAM! Find a local appliance store with local technicians that will be available if you have a problem!!🤬🤯🤮
Customer service was great, got the assistance I needed within a reasonable amount of time. There was a slight wait due to the store being busy, but it wasnt ridiculous. Cashier that assisted me was respectful and kind. Would go back there again.

Didnt seem to be much selection for the size of the store. Maybe if all youre interested in are phones or washers and dryers.Even the sales department said we should try the Best But at Harbison Blvd. stating they didnt jave much. They were polite and interested in helping us. The store is clean.Cant help but wonder why they wouldnt offer more variety in laser lighting and more unique items related to music and home electronics.
Poor Poor customer service! Purchased a $1000 television and no one ever came to install. Absolutely took our money and we have received nothing. Their 3rd party installer said they now dont have the television! We were scammed and BEST BUY which scheduled the installation is pretending they are not responsible. We Purchased Sept 4., Installation was scheduled Sept 18, and now its Oct 8th and no answers or television. And BEST BUY doesn’t seem to.care

Thank you for suggesting the 4 AirTags and the leather holders too!!! I would like to thank Rain (works for Best Buy) for running all over the store to locate the 4 AirTags I needed. Just when you think the work no longer understand good customer service, these two come along and renew your faith. Thank you both and both need a promotion, raise, or at very least a thank you from their managers. I spent $2000.00 today purely because I felt very educated and appreciated!
Went to Lexington location to purchase a smartwatch. Entire staff saw me looking at them as they stood around goofing off. I finally asked one for some help and they sent someone else over who seemed annoyed that he had to actually do some work. Did not off any assistance, could not answer any questions I had just said everything was out of stock. They lost my business. I went straight to academy sports and made my purchase.
Fantastic installation of my car stereo! They even called me to see whether I could come in earlier than my appointment!....of course! Highly recommended.

Needed a printer that was sold out at every Staples location so I checked Best Buy and it was in stock at this location. Ordered it and had it delivered the next day! I’m so pleased. I thought it would be delayed due to Covid but everything was timely. So grateful!

Nice, clean store. The sales clerks were friendly and fairly knowledgeable. I was in the cell phone department. They had the phone that I was looking for in stock, that Amazon didnt. It wasnt the color I wanted, but I still got my phone sent directly to my home.🙂 Very good experience. They lost a star b/c they left a line of people waiting to get into the store at opening and it was really cold. They could have at least let us wait in the foyer area out of the wind!
Ridiculous price to reset PC. I was quoted over the phone with a confirmation # for 39.99 but when I got there I was quoted 199.99 and to keep my laptop for 3-5 days . Dont think so. I came home and reset my PC myself for under just 10 minutes. Ridiculous and outrageous price.

Hard to find a sales rep in the printer area. I had to go to the front to get my questions answered. What I wanted was not in stock but I was able to order it.
Treated and greeted with great customer service! Im pretty good with technology but Ive got to say the associate was much better very comfortable with my purchase. Got more help than I ever thought. I always love to go to Best Buy! This store is relatively small and sometimes you have to go Columbiana (harbison) store because of unavailability of stuffs. If you live near Columbia downtown and dont wanna take any risks, go to harbison blvd store. Friendly people are there to help you out.
Andrew in laptops was great! He was very knowledgeable, up-to-date, informative, and explained the ins and outs of computers and what I needed and didnt need basednon what I told him I use my computer for. I was impressed.

Im a gadget person, so of course Best Buy is my kind of store! There are two big reasons I shop here: 1-The sales guys and girls have consistently had tech info to share that was not found in my online research. And 2-When I want stuff, I want stuff now, not in a week or two. On the shady side, they are never the price leader and its not uncommon for them to be out of stock on popular items, still the overall experience is fun and better than little tiny pictures online.

John was extremely helpful. We had been there the day before and got no help. We left it was very hesitant to return. John answered every question we had. While we were deciding on what computer he helped others. Another sales person came by but he wouldnt help us the day before so we waited for John to finish what he was doing and he returned to us and made the sale I cannot say enough good about johns professionalism knowledge in willingness to help
Yesterday we Waited 45 minutes for someone to come help us. We left since no one helped. We went straight to Sturgiss in West Columbia got help immediately and now have a new stereo.
Helpfull Sales people answered all our questions made the order and payment process quick and easy

This store opens at 10am on Saturdays. The lighting in the store was poor. Nobody offered to help while we shopped, looking for 2 items; a Remarkable tablet and home theater system. We left.

Had exactly the stock that online they said they did and the two employees I worked with were very helpful.
Still a good place to get your eletronics quickly. Fairly good customer service. They recently dont carry as much in the store as they used to. Ordering on the website, having it delivered to store, and pickup is wonderful. And even return to store if item is defective.

The young blond lady, (my short term memory is a disability for me)(however I remembered her), that works at the Best Buy on Sunset Blvd in Lexington SC who extended her assistance far beyond a normal customer experience.I was looking for a starter smart phone for my 71 yr old friend that this young lady took the time to hear our requests, price parameters, models and functionality that she thoroughly searched the company databases even showing us floor models to explain what would best suit my friends needs to a point that I was overwhelmed with her attention to details for a phone search that was under $100.I dont remember, as Ive said, her name.....but WOW!Ill make a special trip and ask her if shed give me permission to use her 1st name so I can update this review. BUT WOW!!Im sure everyone knows what Im saying about how this is a rarity these days.I feel confident that everyone who reads this review according to how lengthy this review is, that Im expressing my sincerity for giving her praise because SHE EARNED IT!Yall go by and introduce yourselves to let her know I posted this in her honor.Thank you!
Problem with my tv speaker and they wont fix it. I bought the install plan but didnt try to sell me the GSP so now I have to call the manufacturer.

It AMAZES me how no one picks up the phone. I do believe stores get busy but every department not picking up especially when you just opened is hard to believe. There is definitely someone available to pick up even if it has to be a manager. Simply lazy.

Theres a nit wit that goes by RM Garland that left a review for this Best Buy 5 months ago. Unless your review agrees with his thinking.. theres no need in anyone else leaving one. With his review of this place.. sounds like hes drank the Amazon cool-aid. I like Amazon.. but Best Buy has a very good return policy.. and you dont have to wait..at least 4 days..even with Prime.. to return something or to make another choice. Since almost everything can be purchased online.. RM Garland can do all his shopping from home.. none of us would have to hear him cry.

I bought a small tv from off the website. It arrived quickly, but the screen was damaged in transit.I brought the broken tv in for either a replacement or a refund. The service was quick and helpful. I was very easily able to get the tv replaced and go on my way.

Just stood in there for an hour at the car stereos and not one employee asked if I needed anything. Several of them walked by and just kept going. Had $1000 in my pocket to spend and they just blew that. I actually called Crurchfield while standing there and ordered a radio.
