I have purchased several vehicles over the years. The car buying experience at Audi of Lexington was the best I had ever received. I had stopped in a few weeks ago after returning from vacation and before returning home to look at a Q3. I was shopping around and wanted to get inside and test drive one. Matt Cantor took the time to talk with me about the vehicle and understood that I was trying out different vehicles and wasn’t ready to purchase right then. There was no push to purchase a vehicle. I went for a test drive and really enjoyed how the Q3 drove and handled better than any I had looked at so far. Matt Blank, a salesman at the Audi dealership, met me as I returned from the test drive. Matt Blank was great to deal with. He explained some of the features that the car had and talked about the safety of the vehicles. Matt Cantor discussed a few details of price and my trade in, gave me his card and told me to call or text if I had any other questions. A few days later, my sister who lives in Lexington, called me to let me know they had a silver Q3. I sent a text to Matt and he responded promptly with details and pictures of the vehicle. After going to several other dealerships, and test driving other vehicles, I decided that I wanted to purchase the Q3. Two weeks after my first trip to Audi of Lexington, I returned to look at the silver Q3 that my sister had seen. As soon as I pulled in Matt Blank greeted me and knew I was interested in taking the silver Q3 for a spin. After test driving this Q3 I knew it was the vehicle for me. Matt Blank, Matt Cantor and Jeff Graves completed all of my paperwork in a very timely and efficient fashion. Every aspect of the process was straight forward and to the point. Jeff explained every detail of the financial side of the paperwork very clearly. There was absolutely no push to buy anything extra. Some package options were explained to me and he gave his honest opinion about why he would or would not purchase these. I would highly recommend Audi of Lexington and salesman Matt Blank to anyone interested in purchasing an Audi. This is my first Audi and most likely won’t be my last. I called up the dealership and asked to speak with David. He was extremely helpful and went out in the rain to take pictures of the car. I loved it and told him it was sold! I drove up the next day and picked up the car. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even recommended some good bakeries in Lexington that I should visit. Probably one of the worst dealerships of any car manufacturer I’ve dealt with. Specifically, their parts department provides completely inadequate service. They will order you the wrong part after you specifically request confirmation that it’s the correct part. When you point this out to them, they will blame it on their website or “corporate” and they will spend weeks telling you they are ordering you the correct replacement part but will instead lead you on. They will not provide you with any tracking information, lead time, or even confirmation that they ordered the replacement part nor will they make an effort to do these basic functions of customer service. For any kind of update, you will have to follow up with them repeatedly but at best they will say it’s out of their control and will not take any initiative to resolve the issue if it requires them to so much as lift a phone or send an email.

We recently purchased a 2021 Audi Q5 and it was a pleasant experience working with David, our salesman. They gave us a great trade in and a smooth transition into the Audi Family. All of the staff was very friendly and the transaction went super quick. This is our first Audi purchase, and definitely will not be our last. We look forward to working with the Audi team in the future.

The service is helpful . I needed a new battery and it had to be coded to my Audi . Service department got me right in and in no time I was on the road.Then on 6-16/21 they Looked at my belt. I had a new o2 sensor installed because the check engine light was on. All is good now . They don’t look for more repairs that’s for sure . They only check out what you state for them to look at. I’ve been in business in Lexington for over 20 years and I would say overall I would recommend them. Automobile repair is costly anyhow so I don’t see much difference with other dealership cost around Lexington.The parts department manager is very helpful also I have not dealt with the sales department.

Out of state purchaser of a used Audi Q7. Our experience was great working with David as we began our communication online when I found a vehicle we were interested in. David promptly followed-up on my request for additional pictures and information regarding the vehicle. And when we decided to drive three hours just to look at the car, David made sure the vehicle was clean, fueled, and ready when we arrived. This sort of reminded me of days of past, when dealers took interest in the customer, which I appreciated. Through David, the manager was amenable to negotiations, which I expected and wanted some wiggle room on the price. This wasnt a stressful process, just a straight forward business negotiation which we were very fine with and again, expected. I had a horrible experience with my Audi dealer in San Antonio, TX. We bought a Q3 and were just sent on our way. No explanation of anything inside the car and they never answer the phone of return my calls. I was visiting my husband in Lexington and decided to stop by the Audi of Lexington. We recently purchased from Audi of Lexington and cant compliment them enough. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hardest part was dealing with me and my pickiness, but Martin pressed on! He was super helpful and responsive in text when we were narrowing down what we wanted before making the drive to Lexington.
