My daughter had some repairs there. It was going to be 1400.00 for a permanent repair and 400 for a temporary fix. She opted for the temporary, when she pulled out of the dealership the light came back on and when she said something to them they told her a temporary fix isnt guaranteed. She said I understand its just temporary but it should have lasted longer then 5 minutes and all they said was sorry. Also, they were supposed to run a diagnostic on it early that morning and forgot to do it so it put her without a car for 2 days.

I took my 2015 Chevy Suburban LTZ to Herndon Chevy about 3 weeks ago the first time to have the professionals give me the reason for my misfiring on cylinder 1 and they thought it was fix and the issue wasnt resolve after 2 days. I took the vehicle back and with a lot of miscommunication and no one could explain what was going on with my vehicle, so I ended getting in contact with Russell the service manager after I wrote a very critical comment to have reviewed by everyone on the internet about Herndon Chevy Service department and I have learned that comments really makes a difference in the business world in reference to customer service. Russell and I decided we both wasnt looking to hold anyone accountable, we agreed the issue with my wife Chevy suburban needed to be resolved. Russell assured me please give him and his team another chance to make the issue right and Russell was a very superb service manager that displayed great customer service. Russell I like to thank you from the Johnsons family that you made our life a whole lot manageable fixing my wife vehicle and if you need anything please dont hesitate to reach out to me. Horrible customer service. Found a car online spoke with a sales person over the phone and make an appointment to come in the next day. Upon arrival was told I couldn’t speak with the people I was told to ask for. I was also told the car I was interested in was a loaner car for the svc department and not a new vehicle as listed. After trying to sell me everything else I wasn’t interested in a manager came over and confirmed the salesman I was passed off to lied to me and the people I asked for originally were actually able to meet with me. At this point I felt like I was being played with and I walked out.. It will be a cold day in a South Carolina summer before I ever step foot back on this lot.

My Automobile technician was prompt, very polite and hes a mind reader. I say that because he knows Im just dying to get the lighted bow tie for my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox.

Lawton Conner has always been my go-to guy. He has had several of my cars and have always fixed my issues. He is very kind on the phone and always followed up when needed.
