I was traveling across Nebraska and wanted to double check my tires again. I was told the one looked fine before leaving my hometown. When I bought my used car, previous owner or someone put the hubcap on wrong, the tire stem was behind it. I pulled into Nebraskaland and they fixed the hubcap and checked my tire pressure for free. There was 4 others in the shop that all seemed satisfied as well. I appreciated the friendly attitudes also.

They do a great job on oil changes. Ive made appointments and have been ready to get things taken care of in a fast and professional way.

Had a wheel bearing start to go bad on a cross-county trip and pulled in here. They were able to put in a new hub assembly and get us back on the road for a very fair cost in about 2 hours - thanks!

Spoke to the manager and was given great customer service over the phone and was told to be at the store at a specific time on Saturday; show up on time and was given the runaway by the front desk associate and was told my problem could be look at another day. Left the store didn’t make it to Freeway 80 and my AWD lock light turns on and had to turn back around and come to the store. Ended up miss three of my appointments of other job and still didn’t get a answer

10/10 would highly recommend NebraskaLand Tire and Service! Called ahead of time for some tire information and to set up an appointment with them. The guy on the phone was very polite, patient and explained the prices to me very well. He also explained the type of tires my Jeep would need for tough weather. The service is fast and they treat you with the upmost respect! 💛

Beau provided us with excellent service!! He was courteous on the phone, and treated us with very prompt and efficient service. They had a new trailer tire mounted w/i a very short time, so we could carry on as planned. His customer care was the kind thats become hard to find! Well be back!

These guys saved our trip! Not only did Gage drop us off (with our dogs) at a motel while they figured out what was going on with our van, but Beau was actually excited to work on it when he figured it out. We absolutely thought we’d be staying the night, but Beau got it all fixed the same day. It wasn’t an easy fix either.And thank you, Jerry, for the dog treats and coozies. :)Very grateful!!! If you need tires this is the place to go. We shredded our tire and was dropped there by AAA who would not change our tire and the two gentleman changed it for us. Best service friendly staff and would definitely give them a 10 star rating

Super awesome, bought a used tire for truck and the service was awesome, the employees very friendly, the first 2 tires were bad and the guy went back storage and brought 2 more used tires so I can choose, that means a lot, recommend this place to everybody

We are traveling from Henderson,NV and got a flat tire outside of Gothenburg and had to drive on a donut to Lexington. We were recommended NebraskaLand. I am so happy we did stop. Not only were we lucky they had two tires our size but they were friendly, professional and even suggested we eat at Runza and have what can only be eaten here. This place is great. They under promise and over serve which is very valuable! I got a better deal on tires here that were even name brand than the competitors with less known brand tires. Service has been high quality. They are patient with my questions and responsive.

We werent able to get service done here, but they graciously diagnosed our transmission issue and went far above and beyond to help accommodate us, our car, and the warranty company as we were stranded on our way home to Oregon. If our warranty would have allowed us to have the service done here, I would not have hesitated to do so. It was apparent that Jerry and technicians were honest folks and more than willing to help in any way they could, which made a bummer of a situation much more bearable.As we were more or less camped out in their waiting room for the better part of a day, it was obvious they do their best to extend that same service to anyone who walked in the door. The next morning the whole team even came out and helped push the car onto the trailer that towed it to get the transmission fixed under warranty. Thanks Jerry and crew!!

I showed up when they opened with a flat tire and half an hour later I was back on the road again.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Bought 4 tires from Nebraskaland and less than a year and 22, 000 miles on them and they need to be replaced!!! Middle treads 3; outside treads 7, classic case of overinflation. Nebraskaland Tire is the only one who has serviced and maintained the tires since I bought them new from them. They want me to give them almost as much $$ to replace them as they cost me new, plus I have to deal with the same incompetent people. Through no fault or negligence on my part.......

Jim and I are from Green Bay Wisconsin. We were driving through Nebraska to get to Denver. Our car couldnt be fixed right away and we had to stay overnight.The servicemen fixed what they could. Quinn Kindel went far above and beyond customer service. He not only will call around to get our car serviced, but he also used his own hotel room points to give us a place to sleep.There was a gentleman that was waiting in the lobby. I was very nervous about what was going on with my car. I thought he was just a very nice man who was helping me calm my nerves. He went outside to help look at the car. He came in to tell me what he thought the problem was. I found out that he is the owner of the company.You want to come get your car serviced here. This is a privately owned company who puts people first.Bless each and every one of these people. Got stuck down Plum Creek over in farm country after I hit a possum er somethin. Got stuck on my fuselage I think, ripped my tires with its claws. Luckily got my car sent her and they offered competitive prices

Was traveling with 6 kids, from Indiana to California, and the van had some temperature sensor issues on a Sunday. I had called and left a message, as the van was no longer drivable. I received a call back, prior to them opening at 730 on Monday. They worked me in, did it with a smile, offered internet, and got the family back on the road. I have a longtime mechanic in Indiana, and got spoiled with the service....Nebraskaland Tire similarly spoiled me! Thanks again!

Very rude service took them service guy was mean and racist and tried to fight me and told me to go outside so he can kick my butt defently not going back to this place ever hopefully owners understand the value of Costumers specially truck drivers even if they dont speak english Im defently putting the word outer!

I was in Lexington on business & hit a curb pulling in to get gas & blew out my tire. It’s a small tire & low to the ground for my Infiniti QX30. I frantically googled a tire shop near by. First call was to Nebraska Land Tire & to my surprise Jerry said they had my tire! I explained what happened & he said they were a few blocks away & they got me in right away, even though there were a few cars in the other bays. The price was right & he even gave me a military discount, which made it better than I expected! I truly appreciate the professionalism & effort they put in to getting me back on the road ASAP!
