My mom was in need of a tow truck, Buddy was very professional and very quick to respond. The driver that responded, I believe his name was Michael, was very polite and professional as well. Was able to pay over the phone and they texted me a receipt with pictures for the insurance company! If there is ever a need again, will certainly call. Thank you!

Very nice ppl. Not like the usual AHs that you get to deal with after your car gets towed.And they cut me a deal on my tow from the original $500, down to $450.So thats cool.They only had to tow my truck twice and to hold it for a week.Not exactly a favor, but far from being ripped off.$25 a day in storage fees and $200 to tow it a total of 10 miles (both trips)So not cheap, but not expensive.Nice ppl though.

I wrecked my car into a pond upside down and they were able to pull it out and flipped it over with caution. They were very careful with the car. Not a single scratch on the car. They were able to repair my entire car for a great price. These people treated me as if I were family. I recommend this tow company to anyone! I tell everyone I know to use them!

My fellow church members recent experience with them this week. Do not support this business!Its a shame that people are so racist. I got my car towed today. A young white girl, a older black lady, and me. The tow company charged me and the older black lady $150, and they charged the young white girl $100, then called her to the side and told her she can get her $100 back and call us all kinds of horrible things. Little did they know, she came back and told us everything. My Jesus almost left me but Ill let God fight my battles. I hope my kids never experience ignorance like this but Im sure they will!No one should have to experience this!

Expensive ... not much else to say

What could have been so many things gone bad, turned out to be so many things gone right. Driving from Charleston, S.C. with a 12 hour commute to Illinois my auto decides it wants to suddenly shut down as I am paced at maximum speed. How I was able to pull over to the side of the road without causing an accident still baffles my mind. However the goodness continued to flow through when Pro Tow came to the rescue. The owner, Allen happened to take this call. My car was barely off the road as vehicles shook my car with every passing. Allen worked feverishly to find a way to get this car out of park and loaded. I remember feeling very uneasy at the situation and the recognizing the sheer risk of how he could so easily get hit by another passing vehicle. However determined he proceeded to deter this risk, all to support a total stranger . I know, I know, it is his job and that is exactly what Allen stated when I pointed out this risk. So to that, all I can say it was a job well done!However the service did not stop there. On the way to find an open mechanic on a Saturday morning, Allen took into consideration a story I preceded to share on how I needed to get to Illinois then back to Indiana no latter than Monday noon. I was concerned given the constraints of not knowing what was wrong with the vehicle, it being a Saturday that the likely hood of me arriving in Indiana before noon Monday was highly improbable.We had 2 stops and starts before we arrived at Elledge Automotive. Joe at Elledge Automotive was open and willing to take a look at my car. It is here that the handoff from one professional service hero to the next professional service hero took place. Elledge had to order parts, go pick up the parts, remove the non working parts, install the new parts and got me on the road by 4:30 that same day. Thanks to Pro Tow and Elledge Automotive Service for allowing me to get to my required destination ahead of schedule.

Anybody that would like to do business with Pro tow please read this. Do not do business with this company. If you encounter them please ask for another company. I hope you read this before you do business with them.
