I have lived in Red Bank 24 years and I will not take my vehicles ANYWHERE else (unless Andrew advises me to). Andrew is always honest, quick, reasonable and fixes things right the first time. Ive taken my 2005 Cobalt to white knoll Auto several times over the past few years. Mr. Andrew and Mr. Frank were very friendly and kind Mr. Andrew would always call me and tell me exactly what was wrong with car and exactly how much it would cost and how long it would take to fix it. It is hard to find a good mechanic these days with a reasonable price. these guys work hard and really are amazing. And I just want to say thank you white knoll Auto. If you want your vehicle fixed right I would recommend taking it too white knoll Auto. I am 100% satisfied customer.

The guys at White Knoll do a great job on our SUVs and dont overcharge which is really appreciated as a woman. They also take repair concerns seriously and are respectful and friendly when they talk with you. They check things out and call you first about needed repairs so you know what your car needs and what the cost will be when you pick it up. We’ve been servicing our American made vehicles with Andrew @ White Knoll Automotive since he opened. Never have we met a group of more honest, professional & caring mechanics in all the states we’ve resided (retired Air Force here). He will tell you if he can get your car fixed, when, how much for & he’s never been wrong, although I’m sure he wouldn’t admit to his expertise as he’s a humble man. I saw a 1 Star review on here because he told the customer he couldn’t work on his vehicle but I’d rather have that then a mechanic telling me he ‘can’ when he truly can’t & it ends up costing me more in the long run, as SO many mechanics have/will done/do. You won’t go wrong coming to White Knoll Auto, we won’t go anywhere else as long as we’re Lexington residents.

It was noon the day before I had to be in Charleston for my 6 month old sons open heart surgery. They literally saved us. Ive had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics over the years, but WKA was recommended to me by a friend and Ive never looked back. For several years now I have been consistently very happy with their great service, prices, and turn around time. I like being able to trust them with our vehicles without hesitation, I wish I dealt with more people like them. They are fantastic.

If you live in this area and youre not using this auto shop what are you really doing with yourself these guys look at my vehicle on two separate occasions gave us tremendous answers and the price was absolutely unbeatable

Great bunch Of guys. Took my truck in and they actually did less work than what I thought was needed. No complaints, other than wish they had called me to say what the problem was. Had to go by and check in, but I realize that it happens when you are a busy shop. Overall, great place!

Today I went for a routine oil change at a big name place, afterwards they inform me my car wouldnt start, I went in with a running car and 3 hours later they tell me I need to have it towed and replace the fuel pump. I was getting estimates from $600-$900 after calling around town. I chose to have it towed to White Knoll automotive where I have never been but was close to my house. In a short time I was called and told that the oil change place had tripped a sensor, it was all fixed and they werent going to charge me for anything. We are new to the area but will be taking all of our business here going forward. Its hard to find reliable, knowledgeable, and HONEST mechanics sometimes but I think this place showed me that theyre still out there! Thank you for showing me that!

This review will be simple: the guys at the shop had the opportunity to charge me almost any amount, instead, they told me the solution to my car not starting, free of charge. That basically earned all my business for car repairs.

Andrew and his team repaired the transmission in my 2004 Taurus a few months back and it has run smoother than even before I took it in to him. They do a great job and treat you with respect. Great place to have auto work done.
