I cant be home for Christmas this year and my husband chose a good bottle of liquor as his must have gift. We have been here before and they are always so helpful. I used their email form on their website, described as best as possible what he liked, price point, and situation. They wrote back as soon as they opened. I was given a list and prices and advised to make sure my daughters let them know about the note. They went in late on a Thursday. They were in and out and given great service. The selection here is always outstanding. Thank you again, especially Adam, who was the person who wrote the reply. Your team saved my husbands Christmas.

Love the location...great prices. Went in today and this is the 2nd time 2 employees did Not have masks on! I am a frequent customer, the last time I was in one of the female employees and a customer were discussing loudly how ridiculous the mask and school positions on Covid are!! Really...well I have MS and haven’t even seen my new granddaughter (she will be 1 in May) because of Covid! But I also am intelligent enough to know that we are ALL in this together! Not a political Thing, just common sense! I don’t want to get Covid and I don’t want anyone else to get it...if these employees don’t start wearing their masks I no longer will be a customer...hope you’re listening.

Good prices for a lot of the regular items. They price their allocated stuff too high. You pretty much eat secondary prices for a lot of those. Some are still priced fair

We require our customers wear a mask inside the storeYeah, just not employees, in violation of the law. No mask on your employees should mean no customers. It should mean youre not even allowed to be open for business.

Absolutely the best prices in town, customer service is outstanding when you have a question.My only gripe is I wish they would update their credit card service machines I dont see why these days you need to sign for anything especially with covid-19... every other business has made it so you dont have to sign for amounts. I hate signing with that disgusting little pen thats on that machine.

They always have what I want but if they dont they will order it and call you usually the next day when it comes in! The prices are the cheapest around.

This is the only beverage outlet that I go to. They carry my favorite wine and for the best price! Not to mention on certain Fridays they have a wine tasting and a 15% discount on wine! Love it :-)

Went here for some last minute supplies, the staff was very helpful and even though they didnt carry a specific wine my wife and I liked, they offered to order it if ever we wanted it.

I have been going to Crouchs for several years putting up with their rude BS because they are close. Thought I would give these people a chance. The guy that rang me up never spoke to me. The only reason I gave a 3 is because the guy at the other register told me thanks, come back and see us the rude cashier had a beard, maybe he thought he was a pirate or something.
