Very poor customer service. She almost seems annoyed when you try to discuss a project with her. She took much longer to finish our project than she said. After calling and stopping by multiple times she finally told us to pick it up on Friday then took Friday off and wouldn’t answer the phone etc. We couldn’t pick up till the next Monday and we had made it clear that we needed it. She’s arrogant, works half the time, doesn’t post hours, and is unreliable. Acts like she doesn’t need your business.
