Went for a hard to find shoe style, they had the size i wanted in stock per their website. The staff greeted me at the door with a smile and asked another staff member to assist me. Went to check out and saw they carry Crocks, which save me a trip to an outlet store 2 hours away,. They also had a BOGO 1/2 off sale, an added bonus. The checkout staff were pleasant and quick. In all, a great experience.

It was ok but didnt have a big enough variety on the Bogo. However, I did find one pair that I liked.

Great deal on Crocs for my son and wife. Staff was friendly and didnt harass us while shopping. Also had what we needed in stock, unlike other stores in the area.

Only got one pair of shoes, it said buy one get one half priced but unfortunately Nike isnt included? Unfortunate i would have spent more money. Maybe next time

Helpful and friendly staff

Horrible customer service. Needed a pair of shoes to high to reach asked for help and waited 15 minutes as I watched employee texting on her phone. When I walked back up she put her phone down I asked if she. Was done with her phone conversation she replied she was just texting her mom. And didn’t realize I needed help. They lost an easy 1oo shoe sale as I went elsewhere. Oh and don’t bother calling management, no concern there either! Won’t be back to this location!

Love this store! Good shoes with great prices. The staff were super helpful with finding the right fit for my daughter. When we found the right size she was not happy with the color available in her size so they offered to order the color she wanted. Given how hard it is to find shoes that fit she felt so lucky to also have a color she likes. It is the little things that make life sweet and we found a store that gets it!

I have always had a wonderful experience buying shoes here until today. My girls and I went in to buy shoes for an event we were going to, as soon as I walked in the door an older sales rep woman followed my girls and I around the store (literally stalking us) it made us so uncomfortable. She followed us all the way to check out and stood there watching us!

Went in to get my son and I some shoes. Couldn’t find anyone that worked there. I couldn’t find what I was looking for got frustrated and left. On my way out I found the 2 employees standing behind the counter talking to each other. Wish I could have gotten some help and made a purchase.

Good shoes, fast quick service, and good prices. They dont give a hard time about returns. The selection is decent and finding back to school shoes for the kids was easy. I recommend Rack Room Shoes for your back to school shoe shopping.

Asked a sales assoc behind the register for help finding a good walking shoe. No other assoc seen. She said she would probably recommend one brand but never offered to show me. I said any particular style or model since there were MANY by that brand. She said any of them! I left the store and will buy elsewhere. Poor attitude for a sales assoc.

I always find that this Rack Room is much better than others Ive been to around town. Larger store with more selection. Almost always leave with two pairs of shoes because of the BOGO pricing.

Overall it was good but I did get a huge laugh out of my visit today. My wife and I bought 2 pair of shoes there a few days ago, buy one get the 2nd half price. When she went to put hers on she realized they were a little big. Went to exchange them, picked out a pair that was $3 more. The clerk said we owe $31 because hers was the ones that was half price. Realizing she wasnt the sharpest knife in the drawer I told her I had intended for mine to be half price. With a really confused look she asked if Id like to speak with the manager. That she would explain it to me. The manager took one look at the receipt and said thatll be $3 please. I didnt rub it in but I wonder how long it took the manager to explain it to the clerk?

Might not always have the size your looking for but they will search for you at the other locations if your willing to drive there.

Large selection of shoes, but not a wide variety, lots of choices look alike, but different manufacturers. Great sale at bogo, and good discounts on several items. Some styles didnt even have prices on them, so I had to chase down an employee and they had to look it up. Overall, good experience and will probably go back.
