I went in there to put a new tire on a rim on my new luxury foreign vehicle. They quoted me at around $21. They said I had to wait nearly 4 hours. A few hours later… they quoted me at $1083 for a stripped lug nut. I told them I declined the mechanical job. I immediately left the lobby. I walked to my car…. I realized the weights was stripped off my front rim. Also, they spray painted my parking lane with “red” graffiti where they parked my car. They vehemently denied any wrongdoing… but the top of structural hierarchy at that location had a lot more to say than the other mechanics who actually worked on my vehicle.

I shopped for the tires on the website, selected BF Goodrich Advantage T/A Sport LT, booked appointment for 2:00 PM and received email with quote of $762.60Arrived to shop at 1:45 PM, was not greeted upon entering, stood and waited for a few minutes for the one employee to acknowledge me, do not know employee’s name, was not introduced. As the paperwork was processed I asked to add the synthetic oil change service for $74.99.Waited in lobby for approximately an hour and a half, working on laptop while vehicle was being worked on. However upon standing around 3:30 pm to see progress through the window into shop noticed truck had not been pulled into garage yet. Upon asking employee about this, he stated they were just about to pull it in, they were behind schedule and he apologized for the delay and stated it would not take long at all.Approximately 4:00 pm checked again and truck was in garage on lift. Old tires were still on vehicle and tech was working on oil change. Decided to walk to get something to eat while waiting.Approximately 4:30 pm walked back to shop and vehicle was still on lift, old tires not removed, and nobody working around the vehicle.Around 4:45 - 5:00 pm, the employee standing in the lobby came to get me, I assumed the truck was ready however he came to inform me that the store did not have the tires in stock I had ordered. (That showed in stock on the website and in fact still do)At this point I was extremely agitated with the entire process and told the employee to forget the tires, just ring up the oil change and I would be on my way. He told me to hold on, went into the garage to talk to the technician, came back and advised that the oil change was completed, but the old tires had been removed from the vehicle and wheels and they would have to reinstall them. He also stated that the store manager was at the Lexington store picking up the tires and would be back any minute and that I might as well wait since it would be almost the same amount of time to install the new tires. As I have very little free time, I agreed to just wait for the new tires.At 6:00 pm, I was informed the vehicle was ready. I was presented with an invoice of $898.27, to which the lobby employee could not explain the increase in charges, but did state that he “gave me $100 off for my long wait”. After I showed him the email I received showing a total of $762.60, which I added an $74.99 oil change additionally, the total should have been around $840. The explanation I was give was that their was additional labor that was not included in the quote I received.After being in the business for nearly 4.5 hours, I was anxious to be on my way and agreed to pay the total of $898.72. After it was paid, I received a more detailed invoice, which showed a charge of $95.35 added for a Road Hazard Warranty, which I did not ask for.In summary, I was charged $56.40 more than I expected to pay, and with the “$100 discount” I was told I would receive I should’ve paid around $750 max. I did not select a road hazard warranty when shopping online, nor was I asked or offered it by the service writer. I then asked him to remove the road hazard warranty from the invoice and refund my card for the $95.35, after a few minutes he stated he could not do it the same day the transaction had processed and I would need to come back to the store another day.This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had an auto repair shop. Not only was my time completely wasted by the pointless appointment scheduling system, I was lied to, ignored, and overcharged. Lastly, when I left the shop to get in the truck, there were dirty hand prints all over the wheels and side of the vehicle. I departed in complete disgust. I would also mention that the Service Manager, who apparently picked up the tires from another store, instead of coming to talk to me about it or offer an alternate tire, never once spoke to me nor do I know his name. When I asked the service writer if he was a manager, he stated he “was one of them”.

Good guys, open during pandemic unlike my usual place. Decent prices, but not a full stop mechanic. But, for what I need, theyre perfect.

They denied being the ones that put my oil filter on so tight it can’t be removed and then had the nerve to tell me it would cost $280 to get it off. Will NEVER take any of my vehicles back to them!

Pleasant place, clean and neat. The mechanics are professional and understanding. Each location differs so experience may not be the same also remember these are still human beings. They work with you if you let them and give them a chance. Love this location.

Drove my jeep up to get an alignment (had an appointment). They supposedly looked under my jeep, wouldnt do the alignment because of a bent tie rod. Then tried to charge us $1400 for something unrelated that didnt need to be fixed. My husband who drove it back home after being told they couldnt do it (Hes a mechanic himself) looked under the jeep, nothing is wrong with the tie rods. They werent bent, broke or anything. You need to hire better mechanics who have knowledge and do not lie to the customers face.

The staff here are extremely helpful and the prices are good. Of course everything is extremely expensive. Matt helped me out and I appreciate them

My friend went to get her oil changed and the manager told her that she needed all four brakes and all four calipers replaced. She contacted me and my boyfriend who is a Master Diagnostic Tech that has worked on her car several time before. The pads have at least 15,000 miles left to go and only one caliper needs to be replaced. They quoted her 2 grand for a bunch of work she did not need!! Always get a second opinion, do not take them at their word. She is a young woman and they tried to take advantage of her.

No one was in the retail showroom, so I awaited assistance outside a service bay. Two people saw I needed help, ignored me and continued yakking at each other. I waited the better part of 10 minutes, and though they saw me, the couldnt be bothered to acknowledge me an tell me how long before they stopped talking amongst themselves. I wont be back again to be ingnored. A some acknowledgement and well be a few moments, but they saw me, looked me in the eye and couldnt be courteous.

Had a 4:00 appt for 4 tire installation. Im still here at 6:30. They closed at 6:00. No explanation. 2 cars in bay. 5 techs. Will not be back.

These guys are awesome!! Life has been rough lately as most of you know and money is tight.. I needed to get a valve stem replaced on a tire I purchased (used) last week from a tire shop in west Columbia. I called them up and sure enough they were willing and able to help and absolutely did not overcharge.

4 new brakes, spinning rotors on a 2018 camry quote, $719 to my wife. Got the same job done at another place (I wont say who, so I dont seem like Im promoting a competitor) for $452. I will say that it was nice for the manager to call us back on his own accord to offer a, $200 rebate to mail in, but why was my wife quoted almost $300 above what their competitors charge for the same exact job, and then given the option to, mail in a $200 rebate? ... Im sure they do good work there, but from our experience, we will not consider them as an option to work on our vehicles in the future. However, I do thank them for taking the time to inspect my wifes car to let us know what needs to be done to keep her safe on the roads.

I always buy tires at NTB, but the staff who work here dont care about customers just there for the check. Good store but bad and lazy workers.This is the first NTB STORE WHERE I SEE THIS TYPE OR WORKERS. (Receptionists).

The worst!!! 3 and a half hours to do a 20 minute job! They didn’t know what they were doing! Definitely better off going somewhere else! I do not recommend this place!

Planned on making an appt to get a set of tires when I stopped in but they had availability that afternoon so I got them that same day. Wait was a little long but that was due to NAPAs part, not theirs. I was upgrading to bigger tires so fitment was a concern before the lift was done. They kept me in the loop during the entire process to make sure it was good. They also checked and performed an alignment as well. Knowledge base and recommendations on quality of tires was superb.

I was lucky enough to find probably the only screw on the road this past weekend. There was a NTB near by and having used the. In Florida I gave a shot. They put a patch on the inside of the tire were the screw came thru. I was in and out quickly for one $21,00 dollars

Have death in family and just needed a tired plugged wouldnt help we had 45 minutes to get to funeral. Service is terrible, not friendly and couldnt help even is situation. No compassion.. have attempted to do business with multiple times but never helpful.. all the reasons not to go back

Cannot do the job correctly the 1st time. Tire on daughters car was replaced but not balanced or aligned. Looks like they need to find better techs with better integrity who knows what their doing. 2nd time I have had something not correct there. Lesson learned done here ✔

Walked in one morning recently not long after they opened needing 4 new tires for my car. Front desk person was a bit arrogant because I didnt have an appt when the website didnt mention needing one. Pointed to the door and said it says it on the door. Upon looking around and only seeing one car in the bays in the back, he told me I could make an appt and come back. So, I made an appt for later that day and promptly went somewhere else and bought 4 new tires for my car.

Made an appointment 3 days in advance and the needed tires werent there when I arrived 15 minutes early. Took over an hour to get tires on site and another 30 minutes before anyone started on the job.The work was well done and completed within a reasonable time.Needless to say I wont be returning to this NTB.

Brandon is the best. He doesnt tell me incorrect information to just get a sell like the previous rep tried to do. I enjoy going in and do not feel anxiety-pressure when he is there.

Received honest service. Didnt try to upsell me or sell something which wasnt needed. I appreciate that from businesses. They were prompt, courteous and did as asked.

The people are pretty helpful and the service is decent.

Scheduled oil change and tire rotation took over two hours to complete due to tire truck arriving prior to me being checked out and then had to wait even after that situation was taken care of. Had the pleasure of listening to an employee (team lead/manager) try to sell extra services/products to every single person who came in, complain about other employees and discuss potential new hires while in waiting area. Not professional at all in those regards. 3 stars because the guys who actually did the work on my car were friendly and professional.

Tried for 3 days to get tires from this location. They simply do not want your business. 4 empty stalls and not enough staff. A 3 hour wait every time.. For 2 new tires???! Cmon!

Not too good today. They didnt screw back on the front under fairing. Mistakes are made i understand but a I m sorry would have gone long way.

I was pleased to find that even with all the compromises with supply and demand the crew was calm and considerate and functional...a pleasing experience...

Almost 1 hr. to fix a tire and this was while they werent busy. Wow. After 10 minutes the car was put on lift then it sat there for 10 to 15 minutes. Once they finally started working on the tire, it took forever to take a nail out, repair it, balance it and finish. I would hate to see how long it takes for an actual difficult job. First and last time using this company.

5 stars for the customer service and professional responsibility. Scheduled for a set of new tire and an oil change 2 days from when I called. After the tire service, they forgot the oil change. I paid bill for the tire service alone and asked about the oil change and told since I brought my own oil and filter, the labor would be complimentary. Slightly inconvenient but paying less than what I should have for their understandable mistake was worth it to me. Will return.

Ive have been here 3 times and each time everyone was professional and kind. The work they performed on my car has been top notch and prices are reasonable. My only complaint is that the mechanics tend to leave dirty hand prints and feet prints in the interior of the car.

I went in for an alignment yesterday around 3pm. Mark was very kind and made sure i understood the process and purpose of the service i received. He also took a look at a few other things on my car that ive been having issues with. overall great and quick service, and the lobby was very comfortable. a little pricey but not outrageous.

Sunday morning 6/30/19 visit was terrible. Young kid working the counter was rude and thought he could be slick and tell me I had to have full synthetic high milage oil change ($110) and a 3 hour wait. However, the owners manual states 5w-20 conventional is fine. Truck only has 55k miles high mileage is not what it needs. Someone please help him. I didnt chose to go there because I needed my truck worked on. I just figured it would be nice to let someone else do it and spend time with the family in the process. Never will that happen again. I just went and got oil and did it myself for half the price and half the time.Cant wait for my automated response from corporate for more details......

This location went above and beyond helping me while traveling. I stopped to get some tire help while traveling the day before Christmas Eve. I had all 3 of my dogs with me, but they did not hesitate to allow me to being them into the waiting room which was a huge relief! Excellent customer service!

I have had two recent interactions with this store for NTB. A couple weeks ago I dropped a tire for a slow leak, they were able to patch the repairs and did it for no cost. I had an additional issue with my car needing the breaks bleed so I gave them another chance. They were able to take the car right back and bleed the breaks for a good price I felt. Good service, good price wins my business. I will let them work on my cars in the future,

Bought new tires for my truck and it was recommended that I get a front end alignment. We pulled our camper and on the way we noticed steering wheel kept changing positions with every turn we made once we arrived at campsite I got out of truck, I looked up under truck and steering rod was loose, I called NTB and after about 10 seconds on phone they said my 6 month warranty on alignment (about 45days into) was up and there wasn’t anything they were going to do. Will never bring any of my vehicles to this business again we would rather pay more for tires than someone mess up my truck at the time was only a year and a half old with around 12500 miles on it. Now the dealership is charging 3 times the price for something I payed them to do

The guys in the shop do a great job and they are always honest. They will tell you what warranties are worth and which ones arent. They do a great job and will not complete services that anyone is not certified to do. The prices are a tad high, but its worth it for the quality and honesty.

Was in town to visit family but got a flat tire. Mark the store manager helped me out, he was really busy and by himself but he kept cool and took care of everyone. I asked him about a discount because I saw a few coupons online he didnt get annoyed or anything just took care of me.

The people today were our heros! We went to 3 places before we found them. The wait time at the other places were 2 to 3 hours. They told us they could do it right then. We left happy and just a little off schedule.Customers for life!

LOVE the service I received! I went in for an oil change and even though I had no appointment, they still squeezed me in within an hour.👍 I will be back and hubby has already taken his truck in to them. Great service, friendly and they did a great job. Highly recommend!

The last few times i was here, it was wonderful. Things have definately changed and so have the people. Still here and that is different. Service has slowed down at this location. I alsi had an issue with an employee,really didnt care for the way he spoke to me. Nothing huge just acted like I was bothering him when telling him something about the vehicle that I thought was important to know.

I went in to purchase a set of tires. One tire developed a slow leak. I returned to the shop to get it looked at. They told me that the bead was dirty, that they cleaned it and re-balanced the wheel and tire but if it happened again, they couldnt fix it. Which is totally understandable. Thankful that it was fixed, they sent me on my way. Soon after, the wheel weight on the same wheel fell off while driving late one night to pick up dinner. Im too busy to keep going back to the shop to have them fix small issues that shouldnt be an issue, hence why I still havent gotten the wheel re-balanced yet.As far as employees go, everyone Ive talked to at this NTB were very nice and professional.

Told me my head gasket was about to blow which was why my coolant was leaking. Took it to the shop they suggested and he found the leak fixed it in 5 minutes and didnt charge me. Not saying this is a bad place to buy tires BUT thats as far as it should go with cars

Not a fan at all. Went in for new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. I asked for three specific things: I wanted my steering wheel straight, I wanted the best old tire mounted on the spare, and I wanted 10w-30 oil. The guy took notes, assured that my truck was in good hands, and I left it with them for a few hours. Got a call a few mins later because the guy wanted to go over the bill, and it was $50 more than I agreed to because they tried to sneak in some useless yearly alignment that I specifically said I didnt want. Clarified things, and all was well. When I picked the truck up, they never touched the spare (even though I paid for it and it was on the invoice). While they were doing that, imagine my surprise when I saw on the invoice that they used 5w-30 oil. The alignment seems to be good, but I wouldnt be surprised if its off too. I should also mention that there were only two other people in the waiting area while they were mounting my spare. Both of them were waiting on NTB to fix their own screw ups. Very disappointed with this place. Never again.

Thank you the store manager Mark Richards...hes the best, hes knowledgeable, hes understanding & accommodating. He listens and then evaluates and then recommends & estimates the cost and time involved and then sets a repair or replacement schedule convenient for both me and the NTB Staff. Great service though it took longer than Id hoped,it was a tough job putting in new lower ball joints both sides in front, having to take my car back however, its shimmying although we had an alignment done,they also worked with us on the cost of repairs, overall I think we are satisfied,and will continue using their services.

Its the only place that I take my vehicles to get serviced if I cant do it myself.

Long wait time and have to bring back for the same repairs. To high on prices to mount and balance 4 tires. Not good customer service and try to upsell stuff that is not needed.

I cannot tell you how thankful I am for the NTB in Red Bank this evening. I stopped at the gas station around 5:30 after a long day at work to put air in my tires before my trek to Pittsburgh in the morning. I noticed a bubble in my tire. I started to head towards NTB on 378 bc that’s where I always go and the manager always takes good care of us. I looked to see what time they closed and it was 7. For sake of time, I turned around and head to NTB in Red Bank, although I’ve seen some negative posts on these groups. So right off the bat, I’m skeptical. I arrive there at 6pm. An employee named Ryan came out and asked what he could help me with and I told him what was going on. We went out and looked at the tire and it was definitely a bubble. I told him I was supposed to leave to Pittsburgh in the morning and he said no worries, he would get me taken care of. He was working on several other customers but kept coming in and apologizing for my wait. I didn’t mind the wait at all!!!! This guy could have easily said “I won’t have time for your car tonight, but you can come back in the morning” but he never did. I am so grateful for the customer service that Ryan delivered tonight, I could have cried right there in the waiting room. Once everyone was gone and I was the only one left, he came in the waiting room to grab a pop out of the vending machine and offered to buy me one. You don’t see customer service like that anymore. Finally at 8:30, he finished up and I had a brand new tire and was ready to go. Thank God I decided to stop and fill my tires and thank God Ryan helped me and didn’t push me out until morning. I cannot thank him enough!

Excessive wait times. Did a walk in for an oil change. Was told it would be a 45 minute to a 1 hour wait. After nearly two hours of waiting, I found out they didnt even start on it.I understand appointments take precedent, but at least be upfront and honest if you anticipate excessive wait times.

This was my first time going to this NTB location and I must say that this will probably be where I do my auto shop business. I live a hour away from them but they are worth the drive. The customer service is out of this world. They understand that you are not made of money. They are very honest with you and they don’t try to make you buy everything under the sun that they know you really are not in urgent need of. They are very open to letting you go into the actual shop where your car is being worked on and let you physically see up close and personal what is the issue at hand and what they are going to do to fix it. They always want to make sure you are comfortable with everything and they will never make ay decisions or take any lead on anything until they have your consent. Lastly, it is spotless and spacious in there. I love to come and be in a clean environment wonderful place to bring your car. Book them NOW!

Got a tire for 1970 Grand Prix. Sadly someone(my partner) locked the keys in the car, but the fellas found a wire hanger and voila, the door was unlocked.... happy happy joy...lol

I would not bring my go cart tire to them. They are uneducated on what they suppose to be there for. Dont know how to properly put air in the different types an plys of tires. Dont know how to reset tpms light. Ive fixe

Never ever ever going here again. I took my car there for a basic oil change nothing else at all they came back telling me I need parts that I didnt need with a quote over 1,200 then they messed up my power steering pulley and belt. I will never go here again and if you wanna keep your car running I dont suggest you go here either my neighbor even had a bad experience too

My car has lugnuts that need a specific lugnut key to get off. I dont have the key, so I asked if they can do anything about it. The guy working the front desk, Ryan Caldwell, looked and told me they can drill them off no problem and replace them with regular bolts, and told me it would take around an hour. Three and a half hours later, someone else came out and told me they cant do anything about it and dont even have a drill that can take the bolts off. Great place if you need to sit around and stare at the wall for 3 and a half hours. Now I see why this place was so empty when I got here

I had a 430 appointment for an oil change and 2 hours later it still wasnt complete. Lady came in after me with a 5pm appt and left before i did for the same service. Whats the point of taking appointments if you are not going to follow the appointment schedule!!

The absolute worst oil change experience ever. I called yesterday, July 13th, to schedule an appointment for the following day at two PM. I explained to the man over the phone that I would be staying with my vehicle so I wanted an appointment to assure I wouldnt be waiting around for hours. Fast forward to today, I arrive ten minutes prior to my appointment time to be told by Craig that there was no appointment made for me. I asked if this was going to be an issue or a long wait. He assured me No, no it shouldnt be long at all. Surprise, that wasnt the case. Fast forward to nearly two hours later, my vehicle is finally down from the lift and out in the parking lot. I saw the mechanic bring my keys and paperwork to one of the other men working in the lobby area, Mark. After about ten minutes of nothing, I walk over to see Mark chatting with two of the mechanics. Mind you, they were not discussing another vehicle or asking questions about paperwork. Nope, just leaning around talking. I walked over and asked, Can I please have my car back? Mark then proceeds to tell me Oh yeah, I started to do your paperwork and then they started talking to me. Are you serious? What kind of place are you running where your co-workers chit chat is more important than, oh I dont know, doing your job? What a nightmare. Ill take my business elsewhere next time.

POOR PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO! I do not recommend this place. They do not take ownership in what they mess up on your vehicle, causing you to pay more money to fix a problem that they messed up! They are liars and do not know what they are doing! They noticed a leak which was acknowledged at corporate and they did not inform me! So the next day when I went to go out I saw that my oil was leaking. This didn’t happen until I started going to them! The sales manager RYAN CALDWELL that I spoke with was very rude and nasty and lied to his bosses at corporate. I called Midas and asked them about the leak they told me to bring it in to check and they noticed an oversized screw in my oil pan that caused the leak and I had to pay 555.00 for them to fix a problem that NTB caused! I wasn’t bringing my car back there after they messed it up! I will never take my car back there again! I ended up paying 679.00 for a simple oil change and wheel alignment! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

If I could give negative stars I would... everything was fine with my car except an alignment... I go there and they try to sell me $550+ worth. So not only did my tire go flat but my lug nuts are now stripped on that wheel!

They are honest -dont try to sell you services you dont need. Very polite and patient. They gave me value for my dollar.

The team here are outstanding. They handled the tire replacement with speed and proficiency, finishing right on time. Even when we were going back and forth over different quotes, they took their time to answer any and all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. If I could rate them any hire I would.

Went there for a oil change and tire rotation . I had AN appointment but still waited well over a hour. When it was finished i immediately noticed the abs and traction control light onCalled back, i was told to drive it for a few days and that it will go off. Took it back, they read a code and said some speed sensor was bad but yet prior to going there, NO LIGHTS Were EVER ON! Bad service on my first visit. Will not be returning.

My husband took my car for an oil change this afternoon after we called and were told they were not busy. He arrived at 1:55 PM and at 3:05 the car still had not been taken back. When he asked for status the person working up front offered nothing but a vague response so no telling how much longer it wouldve been. Glad he left before the car went back, I dont trust people who cant even shoot straight about how busy they are. Had a bad experience with this company several years back and was hoping they had improved...nope.

Assistant manager Ryan told me and my boyfriend to leave for loitering because we were talking to the technician servicing our car. Horrible horrible assistant manager, could get better service at Walmart. 🙄

NTB = Not the best. I had a repair on a single tire that I had an APPOINTMENT FOR and had ALREADY removed from the car. I waited 2 hours to have it repaired. The guy up front had an earbud in his ear the entire time he was talking to me which was EXTREMELY rude. Whats more...when I got home I found that they didnt even put the spare tire back...they just tossed it in my trunk. That is the BARE minimum I expect anywhere. I will not be coming back here any time soon...far too expensive to have to put my own spare back on my car.

Cant even balance tires. Blamed it on new tech and balanced them again. Took it to another shop and tires was 2.50 ounces off on each tire and old weights were still on with new added. Now corporate was great and did me right! But service at Redbank store .... well this was my story hopefully somebody elses was better.

They have some good prices for their oil changes (~$24) for conventional oil with rotation. The customer service is outstanding, everyone is very friendly. That being said, the service is extremely slow; over an hour for oil change and rotation. It seems like theyre under staffed. I went during non-peak hours (5-6pm)Edit 9.25.18It seems like their long wait times were not due to this shop being new. I had an appointment set with them for an oil change and 30 minutes later my car has yet to be moved. The customer service has eroded as well since my initial visit.Why offer appointments if they cannot honor then?

I WARN YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. Brought my vehicle here for a simple oil leak. They said no problem we can repair it. Long story short they blew up my engine and transmission. Told me they can repair it at my expense. So now I have No vehicle and NTB refuses to take responsibility. DO NOT BE FOOLED DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP

Wont be back. Outrageous price of 95.00 for synthetic oil change. I paid 74.19 after 20 coupon. What a joke.Technician didnt even look at odometer. I was asked how many miles was on my car. I stated around 80 something as I did not know. Since when do techs not check odometer. How lazy . Sticker states synthetic blend was put in my car and my car had 85,000 miles on odometer. My car has 82,891 and I was charged for full synthetic. Bill states full synthetic oil. 86.99. $11.00 per quart of oil. Synthetic oil cost to them is probably $4 quart. Didnt check fluids or anything else. I will never go back. Will drive the extra miles to columbiana service center

Awesome experience with my time there. It started with calling to make appointment and Mark Richards was very professional and helpful. The tires I wanted were not in stock at his store, so he drove to the Augusta, GA. Store where they had set BFG All Terrain TA KOs in stock. That is very impressive of that level of customer service. Mark is the new manager at that location.

Blew a tire on my service van. Had me fixed and back rolling in 30 minutes. As an HVAC technician for Brians Heating & Cooling I could not be more pleased with the prompt service of NTB. Their highly responsive team allowed Brians to bring heat to those without. I strongly recommend, especially for fleet vehicles.

Had a flat tire and was towed here after talking to Megan on the phone right at closing. Car was fixed quickly early the next day. Highly recommended.

Had reservations about going here to begin with but my wife needed a battery for her car. We bought a very over priced battery and a few months later it failed. Since we were not around any ntb at the time we had to buy another battery. We went back to ntb with the bad battery in hopes to get a refund (which I figured was a long shot) and was told they dont do refunds and they could only replace the battery. So we asked for another battery. Well they didnt have another battery and a guy with an attitude named Ryan( I think) said he would order one from the warehouse . So a couple days later we called and asked if the battery was in and we were told that it was. My wife loaded up the kids and drove 30 mins only to find out that not only was the battery not there it was never ordered and that they dont have a warehouse. So a few days later I finally got a battery that I dont need. I will never be back to any ntb ever. And I will advise everyone I know not to do business with them.

In the past they over charged me and didnt even fix the dangerous problems but today im here for a 4 new tires and an oil change on a 98 path finder prices are high but they are close to everywhere else iv looked and everyone iv talked to was super nice and explained things to me well
