Great location, although with many other businesses in the same center, parking may be a little difficult, especially at busy restaurant times.Good selection of cigars, although I couldnt find my favorite, Partagas. Prices reasonable and the service is great. Clerk asked me about my selections and gave me the thumbs up on my choices.Ill continue to go there for my cigar purchases.

The Maduro Room is a top notch cigar store. The owner is very hospitable and certainly knows his craft. They carry many lines of cigars that until fairly recently, were impossible to find in the area. The store has a great beer selection, and is a very fun place to hang out and enjoy a smoke.

A friend recommended I try coming in for a smoke Thursday 2 years ago, and Ive been coming back about every week since. Great atmosphere (brand new smoke eaters that really clear the place). Staff that will steer you to the right stick (amazing selection). Grab a micro brew at near beverage store price. And the best/most welcoming group of regulars (from all walks of life) you could hang with.

A great place to buy cigars. I can go there and be confident that when I get a cigar from their humidor it will taste exactly like it is supposed to and will be humidified perfectly. That may sound pretty standard, but I have had bad experiences at other shops. They have excellent friendly customer service.

Ive been going to the Maduro room .and treated like family the selections of cigars are endless if you dont see your favorite. Just ask .the staff are aways ready to help . I first walked into the maduro room in 2007 and have watched them expand over time. Being a long term consumer i can say the guys there really know there stuff as I walked in as a new smoker and they helped me find exactly the right cigar. they even know me by name when i walk-in the door. So if youve never stopped by you really should as its the best shop I have ever been to.

I arrived at the Maduro Room at 5:45. The sign said that they were open until 6:00. When I tried to go in, the door was locked and the guy inside waved me away and said that the store was closed. Very disappointed as I would probably would have been a repeat customer.
