Amazing experience with this company! I bought a shirt which I found out was accidentally priced too low, yet they never even reached out to try to request I cancel the order or anything like that! Best retail store in Lexington by far. This is the best place to go for all men’s clothing and Women’s Barbour. My fiancé pretty much only wears clothes from here and always gets compliments on outfits from here. I am obsessed with my Barbour jacket and vests from here too!We always find great gifts and clothes we can’t live without. My brother rented Tux’s for Prom here and we recently ordered custom suits for our wedding. One of the groomsmen said it’s the best fitting pants he has ever owned. Jeremy is amazing and always takes care of us when we visit. This is a true local gem. We LOVE shopping here all year round!

Its been a long time since I shopped at Craig Reagin, but I will never forget how poorly my wife and I were treated. We kept getting disgusted looks from the female associate while we browsed the shop and after we had picked out a jacket and placed an order for a different size, we were told we would be called when it came in. We never received that call, and I was honestly glad. The two associates acted like they did not want our business and, even though there werent any other customers in the store, we had a hard time getting them to help us with anything. When we left the store and both got the same impression, that we were not treated with any kind of respect. I sent them an email regarding the situation weeks after the incident and was told sorry you felt that way and was given excuses saying they called me but of course that was not true since I had no missed calls from them. I had never been treated so poorly by sales associates before and would never recommend this store to anyone.

I recently needed some Barbour Wax Thornproof Dressing to reproof a jacket. After an internet search I came across the Craig Reagin Clotheirs. I was totally unfamilar with the company but the price was right, free shipping and no sales tax so I took a chance and made the purchase. I am so glad I did. Two hours later I was notified that my order had shipped and it arrived in just a couple of days with a nice handwritten thank you note on the receipt. Great customer service does still exist. Highly receommended.

Horribly ran business! One of the worst online shopping experiences Ive ever had. I lost over half of the money on paid due to a ridiculous restocking fee and having to pay shipping back for a return. Even the owner was unreasonable and rude on the phone when I simply asked him to waive the fee and all for $6. If you ever feel as if you may need to return anything stay away. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
