Great store for running gear. Wonderful staff that help with finding things. They will have your run on a treadmill so your can pick shoes that work best for you.

Danny and his associate that was at the store with him today were awesome in helping me find new running shoes and dealing with my 26494826 technical questions as an engineer. Found the video gait analysis extremely helpful and combined with team’s knowledge, it was a slam dunk to finding the correct shoe.Great with masks and social distancing rules.Ended up also getting new training shoes. Will be bringing my husband back to update his training shoes as well. We’ve been running a ton since Covid happened and need to be in something comfy! Thanks for the awesome service and making it happen!Bonus: The cat loves the box. If it fits, he sits!

Meh.Small inventory. Store was a mess when I was there. Only one kid working while many waited around. Finally was served but felt rushed.Bought shoes that I ended up returning because they werent fitted properly . Not surprised.Ended up going to Marathon Sports in Wellesley...WAY BETTER IN EVERY FACET. Save your time...start there.

Love this place! I came here even before I was a runner, and was just looking for shoes! They have a great array of items for any of your running needs, from the obvious shoes and clothes, to watches, recovery tablets, and Raceday gels! The staff is helpful, kind, and not pushy. Professional staff that provides excellent customer service. Ive always preferred a particular brand, however, the sales rep also suggested a less expensive option which turned out to be a better choice for us. Shopping at JackRabbit actually saved us money, and time!

Horrible experience, esp the lady who works there. She is all about selling the product then understanding what customer wants. At the end when I purchase what I wanted she didn’t even care to put Bigger items in the bag, I had to ask for it.

Outstanding professional service.

The rep spent a good 45 mins happily explaining running shoes to me and helped me find the perfect pair. Their selection is ok but their expertise was really helpful. I honestly was thinking Id be paying a lot more coming here but the prices are actually reasonable. Ill definitely be back when its time for another pair.

After a 10-second gait analysis the sales person was about to send a brand new runner home with a very ill-fitting pair of shoes that provided no support for his over-pronation -- until I noticed the large pocket of empty space gaping above the medial post. He didnt see it, because he never looked. He never checked for proper sizing or offered any specifics about the shoe itself, including how it was appropriate for my bfs foot strike or running mechanics, nor could he answer any questions about his brands or even find the information I was asking about on the product. With the shocking numbers of runners who become injured every year, especially in the beginning, to put someone in the wrong shoe is unacceptable and egregiously irresponsible.Oh, the second star is for a large selection of Saucony running clothing, overpriced though it was.
