Shawn and his guys do amazing work. Theyre extremely knowledgeable and always eager to help. Was introduced to them through my work and they have always been dependable there. When it came to my personal laptop needing an upgrade they made sure they were on time and had me back up and running so I didnt miss a beat with my classes. Highly recommend.

Buyer beware. They like doing the bait and switch with products and services. They tried to oversell and over charge me. When I got a product they recommended and it didnt work, they then advised me to buy another product to fix the previous product. So they wanted to double charge me.They love to over sell to the computer illiterate. I found out that they over sold and over charged my elderly parents. They are very dishonest and not trustworthy.DO NOT USE

Horrible experience. Not only did these jokers put a used hard drive in my PC, they pawned the used hard drive off like it was new. One of their computer techs also “kept” my registration key card for Microsoft Office Student version, so now after having a reinstall of Windows 10, I now have to repurchase Microsoft Office. To add insult to injury, I asked them to back up my files when they installed the new used hard drive and they lost the files....never using this business again!!!!

Had a good relationship with them until now. They install MS office on my computer a few years ago. A month later and now every 3-6 months it keep asking for the product key. They use to reenter the key, now they wont return calls, the person answer the phone cant help, now they wont answer the phone. Im done.

Grand Computers is the best place to take your laptop to in the Midlands!! They have great employees that care about the customer and their troubling situation with their computer. I have been to Grand Computers twice and have had a great experience every time. If I ever have another problem with any of my electronic devices, I sure wont hesitate to give Grand Computers a call.

Our emails were held hostage when we tried to leave. The reason we left is because the head guy let his wife run our credit card MONTHLY without sending an invoice. I’ve asked them to show how this was validated. They refuse. A very shady business!

These guys are the bomb! They swapped my entire rig into a new case in under 24 hours. I really appreciate that I get updates from the actual person working on my PC. I highly recommend them if you are in the area.The only thing I really was sorta upset about initially was they didnt offer my old computer case back, but its fine. Im satisfied with the case you replaced it with.+★ Comfy couches, Xbox, and computers to chill while you wait. +★ Easy drop-off and pick-up service.+★ In my local area (less than 10 minutes away). +★ Customer support is friendly and brief. +★ Employee mentioned New-egg for ordering parts.

Great Experience and Im overwhelmed at how much the staff went out of their way for such an inexpensive sale. Earlier last year I was having overheating issues with my processor and normally I order online but this was something I needed STAT! I called the store and they had a nice aftermarket CPU Fan/heat sync on the shelf for less than $50.00 so I grabbed my wallet and headed to the store. The staff were very friendly and we chatted a bit then I headed home to install the new CPU Fan. Turns out the manufacturer didnt include the hardware to secure the bracket to the board so I called the store to let them know. They apologized and there was no way for them to know as the box was sealed from the factory but they said if Id come back with the part they could find hardware in the shop. The guy who helped me (cant recall his name) dug around misc. bins of hardware and screws for about 20 minutes and pieced together exactly what I needed. I headed home and it worked perfectly. Ive since built a newer PC but Im running virtual servers on the build mentioned in this review right now and Ive got my old AMD 955 Black Edition Overclocked a full +1.0 GHz and running smooth still. Thanks for the great Service Grand Computers!

Took my Toshiba laptop in for an annoying extra cursor problem after doing a google search, finding out it was a common problem in Windows 10, but not finding any actual solutions. David fixed my problem on the spot. Their sign says, Eat while we fix your computer (or something like that), which was what hubby and I had planned to do. However, the problem was fixed within minutes! (We went out to eat anyway.) I hope I dont have computer problems again, but if I do, I will definitely return.

*EDITED AS NOTED*Glass was cracked on screen; agreed on the price of the glass, they called my home number and spoke with me directly before doing the service.This person attempted to contact them multiple times over a month. Messages were left asking for updates w/no return calls. A family member was sent to check on the status and she was informed the wait and price were the same as agreed to on the phone initially.Customer expressed concern that no one had updated or called since first contact; they informed me first that they did called me. I commented there was no record for the calls on either home/cell records. Then the statement was changed they had the wrong contact information, which is logically inaccurate as they contacted me originally and also had the address.The bill, it was over 50% more than what was agreed on. They had run a diagnostic and changed the logic board without consent. Initial request was customer pay the amount quoted, this understandably upset the staff. I agreed I would pay for the glass and requested they heavily discount the logic board. He insisted he would not take a hit. Firm limits were set by customer and the owner agreed to them willingly but was clearly unhappy. He did provide the logic board and service for free; while I was appreciative of this, it was also not what was offered and the fact that he acted so unprofessionally in multiple settings is paramount to my concern regarding ethical business practices.Updated 1/17/16*The managers response reflects that he has evidence that they changed the logic board; I was using information from Apple and trusted their statements as Im not authority in this area. I will retract the statement about not actually replacing the logic board; however my statements regarding communication and the difficulty are still valid and my phone bills that document every call that comes in are my evidence (I checked these). In the future; please do not use the internet to respond to my concerns unless you are stating you are calling me to help remedy it. I believe your post below continues to indicate poor customer service, inappropriate actions regarding customer information, and disregard for privacy.*FORMAL REPLY TO GRAND COMPUTERS 1/17/16*Grand Computers. I formally and respectfully request you remove the link with the name on it and edit your post that holds the title of this persons profession and remove all names. The person is not acting in a professional capacity with your company; It is concerning that it may infer this and makes you at risk of being libel re: comments about the profession which could possibly impact this persons capacity in a professional way given the ubiquity of the internet. Other web reviews indicate the billing issues is not an isolated event; which gives merit and credibility to this statement and experience.Bottom Line:Please cease and desist with possibility of being libel (see definition of defamation) by editing your reply with removing the 1) name of the individual in question and 2) the link you posted; there is a safety concern here on part of the person.

We discussed the Adware that was in my computer ... AdChoices ... did a good job removing but then charged me 50% more than quoted....instead of $80 ... $125 ! must be someone wanted to bill more hrs for the extended lunch ? Beware of billing here ...Glad you responded ... made my concern when I picked up computer ... response was I didnt work on it .. have a nice day ... so I paid and left. Then in respnce I called ... asked for mgr .... only to find out could not make a decision ... ive tried twice .... call me or debit my account . or dont ... your choice
