I was looking for a specific kind of ruler, and when I asked a staff for help, they immediately dropped what they were doing and walked me right to the area where I could find it. I greatly appreciated the customer service I received here. It also smells and feels nice inside.

I always enjoy this store. Today I needed help picking out a paint that would stick to windows and stay. I asked a store clerk and she was very helpful and knew which way to direct me in picking out the right paint.

I can always find everything I need and more. If you are a crafter this place will surely get you it trouble-in a good way.

Store is well organized and maintained. The items on sale were reasonably priced

Store was very clean. Stock had, good selection and quantity. Original price high but usual have good sales. Be careful on sale tags. Will be posted in one area and tag will say 50% off but small print will say wall decor not included. I would have rated higher but at least 90% or more of products were made in china. You would think the type and style of products were made by American craftsman.

Wow! As a newby to Hobby Lobby I was quite impressed with the huge selection, prices and choice of items. Prior experience was only with the competitor, which cant compare!

This is my happy place. I have never NOT found something unique to bring home. Any creator will find a treasure trove of ideas. I dont quite know why.....but it is just a place you feel right at home.

This location like all others was very clean, organized and in stock pretty well. I always love that they set their upcoming holiday displays very early. I wish they still honored coupons.

(A++) I love this store. I drive out of my way to go to this location. Its always so clean. The employees are always there to help you find whatever you need. And they dont follow you around the store like eager salesman waiting to pounce on you at the first sign of confusion. I highly recommend this location!

The store was well organized and clean. Unfortunately everyone there was a new hire and the senior staff members were either on lunch or off. They did a great job even if it was hard for them, I just felt bad that everyone was waiting for someone to get off lunch in order to get help.

This has been the nicest hobby lobby I have been to. You can walk through my home and there is at least one purchase in each room from hobby lobby. I even enjoy using their baking section.

I love that they have a new store, what I don’t like is they no longer give you your items in a bag when you check out.

This store is big and has a large inventory. The store is nice and clean and organized. Good prices throughout the store and even sale prices with 40 percent off on items. Clerks are courteous and very helpful. The floors are shiny and clean and bathroom is clean and stocked.

Hobby Lobby almost always comes through with great customer service.

Everything is way Overpriced, so rotating “sales.” Deceitful wording and placement of sale signs. Nothing is worth full price in the entire store. Lines are always ridiculously long, except for the “employee only” checkout where you can find 3-4 employees chitchatting as the other lines grow.

Love this place. We came from CA and Hobby Lobby blows any craft shop Ive seen out of the water. Decent prices, great selection.

Hobby Lobby was a lot of fun. My daughter and granddaughter went with so we done some serious damage on the wallet but it was fun.

How they do it!!Clean and orderly! They have a ton of clear glass display shelves and without exception, there is NEVER a speck of dust!Staff accessible!Store is orderly! Stuff where its planned to be! Unlike a similar type store in area, you just dont find products stuffed on a shelf where someone has changed their mind!Restroom clean---no stray paper on floor...all plumbing functions!

For the amount of employees, there was zero help from anyone. Cashier did not even acknowledge anyone while checking their items out. Shirts had all sizes in wrong places. Ill stick with Michaels and drive the extra distance.

When I need my craft things I no where to go

Very clean and organized. The sales were the bomb.

I came for a box and some fidget type items for my add child. I had thought that I would have to make two stops between here for the box and a different store for the fidget toys. I surprised that they had some items like that for sale. The only drawback I had was the clutter of aisle and customer flow. They are obviously a very popular store and had a lot of people, but there were no arrows or ease of flow because people were everywhere. Maybe, put in one direction arrows down the aisles?

Store is wonderful. Prices are very affordable and the selections available are seemingly endless. My husband and I always enjoy browsing the craft items they carry. However, every time we go in the store, about 10 minutes later we seem to be profiled as shoplifters. Every other isle and every few minutes theres an employee asking if we need help with anything. Or they just needed to make sure all the charms are where they should be yet only spends 1 minute checking 🙄 I find this very rude, and while the store is amazing and we greatly enjoy it, we will only be going back if we really need to.

Love Hobby Lobby I could shop at one all day long. Last visit I get home and one of my items was broken took it back today to swap for a better item and the employee Emma H was very polite and awesome customer service 😀

It wasnt what I was expecting based on other stores. First time Ive ever gone to Hobby Lobby and walked out empty handed.

They never gave enough registers open.

Convenient location, I’ve noticed that the checkout process at this location seems to be much slower than other locations I’ve visited. They definitely need to focus more time in keeping the restrooms cleaner, it never fails every time I go in there they are filthy.

So much to choose from. A place where your ideas for projects around the house can flow.

I was able to create this wreath for Christmas with supplies that I found at Hobby Lobby! I have to commend the attitudes of the staff this holiday season because they were very kind and accommodating when dealing with the crazy Christmas crowds.

Im disappointed that theres more home decor items than crafting supplies. They also no longer carry craft magazines. They used to even have their own craft magazine!

Tons of home goods items.Always find a great deal. Only knocked 1 star off because they have so many sale items so its hard to tell whats full price to use emailed coupons. Workers are nice and got more than we needed.

Impressive store, very polite staff. Most importantly, download the app before you go! Nice coupon in the app! Found plenty of knick knacks for my home decor project. Only giving four stars, as sometimes it was confusing why on the short isles things were discounted, but not on the end caps. Regardless, Ill be back as soon as those awesome pictures go on sale!

Nice store and staffing

I was yelled at by some girl working up front because I wasn’t wearing a mask. There was others not wearing masks. She asked if I read the signs. I said yes and went on about my business. When I was checking out she came over to the register where I was checking out and told me I was banned from the store because I refused to wear a mask. She was having a full panic attack on me. She probably should learn customer service skills if she’s going to work with customers.

No coupons all though theres a lot of discounts I need the items not on sale. Have a lot of stock.
