Pricing is very reasonable and affordable.There is always something new when I go in. The service level has always been nothing short of fantastic and even though I live an hour from the store now I would always make the drive back multiple times a year.

Joe did a great job, no problem getting it off, finished before the date expected, and it looks fantastic. The ring was 3 color gold bands braided together, the mend is almost impossible to see. I’ve been 3 times.1st - 5 star great super friendly very helpful - awesome2nd there was one couple ahead of me and 2 employees. I was greeted then had to wait 15 min then I had to go and no one helped me. So I left.3rd time just dropped my jewelry off to repair4th time went in got my piece of jewelry (that was repaired) went to pay and they over charged me. I was quoted a price - paid half when I dropped off the jewelry to pay the other half upon pick up. Apparently the piece I needed to repair my bracelet was out of stock so they bought something else (double the price) w out informing me. Then when came time to pay they didn’t plan on telling me they just charged me double. When I spoke up they agreed on the first quote and then didn’t subtract the deposit I had already paid. In the end nice people bad systems.Communication and consideration for customers time, mediocre at best - 2/5 stars.
