I live in Texas and these people just exceeded my expectations. The lady who helped me was the sweetest when I was talking to her on the phone and she even sent me a picture of the gift basket before it was sent! Placing the order was convenient and easy! Highly recommend.

I needed an arrangement Delivered Today. From past experiences; Ive learned not to set expectations too high when these are the Conditions. So I Was DELIGHTED to find Connie Very Friendly, and Helpful, and Willing to meet my needs. And I was even More Happy when I saw the Quality of her Work!! I had given Connie a $$ Limit to stay within, including taxes u0026 delivery. And i am most happy to report Connie Exceeded My Expectations! The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL. The Flowers were ALL Fresh, the Roses still had moisture Spritz on them .... and it was Hot Out Today. I WILL Use Connie J u0026 S Floral Again DEFINITELY.

I wish I could post photos of what I ordered and what arrived. I paid extra... a total of $100 for a tropical arrangement... they replaced every tropical flower pictured with cheap grocery store flowers. I could have made a better,cheaper arrangement myself just going to the store. I even called ahead to make sure they had these flowers in stock and they said the only flower they’d replace in the mix was the orchid... when in reality the only thing similar to the picture were a couple roses. Not the same arrangement I ordered and definitely not worth $100. Disappointed because this was for a dear friend and I live out of state so I trusted them to create something beautiful. :(

Not a pleasant experience dealing with this company. I ordered online two weeks in advance through a sister company that they use and never received anything. I call to try and figure out what is going on and the lady says shell call me back. After an hour of waiting with no call I called back again. This time I was put on hold for over five minutes then hung up on. I called back again and she tells me to send her a link to my order confirmation email, so I did. 20 minutes later still nothing back so I call again. Long story short, Wife never received anything and I got nothing but excuses. Waste of time

This company was my second choice based on its competitor had better goodle reviews. However, after calling the competitor, they turned out to be unfriendly and unaccommodating so went with this one and glad I did. Great experience with this business! Helpful and accommodating! Will do business with them again in the future!!
