The Classy Cruet is a great source for quality olive oils and balsamic vinegars in Lexington at a reasonable price point. While the cost is a little higher than grocery store prices, what you can buy at a grocery store can be if questionable quality and blend. In fact, what is sold as olive oil is often not actual olive oil.While The Classy Cruet doesnt have European oils, they do offer excellent fresh California and Australian oils. Also on tap are infused oils offering a variety of flavored oils for various uses. Balsamic vinegar is available in both straight and infused varieties. The maple infused balsamic is delicious and sweet enough to be used as an ice cream topping.The only thing I wish they sold is dipping herbs to go along with the oils. But The Classy Cruet will definitely be our go-to source for olive oil.

Very knowledgeable and amazingly good olive oil and vinegar. When it came down to it the only difference in olive oil to me was cold press and extra virgin, but I got to try a large variety and look forward to using it more often. Now I never liked balsamic vinegar but after trying different mixtures its the only dressing I need for salads. This place is very friendly, great quality and price, and most important they know their product and can answer questions.

Since their opening, less than a year ago, I havent purchased infused olive oils or vinegars anywhere else. Not only do you have the option to sample each flavor but they have an amazing atmosphere. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to help. I would recommend this store to all; especially those that love to experiment with cooking.

The Classy Cruet has a variety of wonderful olive oils and vinegars, and all Ive tried have been fantastic. I have shopped at other similar stores but have not found them as nicely infused as the Classy Cruet. My favorite is probably the garlic infused olive oil. It is my go to easy side just mixed with pasta or main course with shrimp, tomatoes, feta and pasta. Delish!

Its a great place to try excellent olive oils and vinegars. The flavors are exceptional and the descriptions are very accurate.

I love sampling the olive oils and balsamic vinegars! And I LOVE how delicious my food tastes when I cook with them! They will give you recipes and lists showing which oils pair well with which vinegars. Overall, its an excellent experience.

Cute little place next to Flight Deck. Learned a lot about the dramatic difference of this real olive oil compared to the store bought stuff. Got Basil infused olive oil just to eat with salt and bread for dinner. Its astounding. Highly recommend it.

My daughter gave me a gift basket from The Classy Cruet for Mothers Day and since then I have purchased many of the vinegars and Olive Oils. I have enjoyed experimenting with cooking with the flavors as well as using them on salads and even ice cream (Expresso, Dark Chocolate, Raspberry). I like that it is a healthy choice.

The owners are wonderful. The staff is very knowledgeable and the products are delicious.
