Shai and the team at Granite America in Lexington did a fantastic job on our kitchen countertops. This job was completed in October 2019, a week before my daughters wedding reception. Our guests were very complimentary of their appearance. And they look as good today as they did the day they were installed.The reason I am writing this today is we have a bath remodel in progress and I am going to be a repeat customer. We are looking forward to work with this company again!

The entire was unbelievably helpful when we picked out a granite remnant for our master bathroom. Shai was our main contact and was very quick to respond throughout the process. From the original quote and making a selection at the yard, to measurements and final install, everything was seamless. The specialist who came out to measure went out of his way to make a trip on a day and time that was convenient for us. The install is absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted. We cannot recommend Granite America enough.Oh and forgot to mention: the pricing was almost half of what other companies wanted to charge us. 10/10

Shai at Granite American was wonderful and easy to work with. She helped me pick the best granite for my house and worked with me through me changing my mind a few times! State of the art measurements with lasers and installers were professional and did a great job as well. Everything was measured perfectly. I shopped around and Im really glad I went with them.

They not only had an amazing selection of beautiful granite, had amazing customer service, did a beautiful job cutting it, was super quick with our install, they also saved is a significant chunk of money by offering us the current deal they have running, even though we ordered before the sale began. We just got granite installed in our whole house using 3 different colors. We are very please with the work done by Granite America. The granite looks great, the installers did a nice job. I was happy that the drilling of the holes for the faucets and the laundry sink were done without making a mess. The guys used vacuums and cleaned up after themselves. The sealer they put on made the granite look good. The templates were done and a week later the granite was ready and installed. Shai was great to work with - she was very pleasant and professional. There was no pressure - we made our selections and that was it. We highly recommend Granite America not only for the service, but also for the price.

First, I just want to say that Im a kitchen designer in Cincinnati so I sell a lot of granite tops to homeowners and work for a remodeling company and have worked with a lot of fabricators and installers. I used Granite America in Lexington for my sons house and was very impressed with them. Shai was wonderful to work with! From measure to install took only about 7 days and they did a beautiful job! The price was great, stone selection was easy, Shai listened to what I was looking for and only showed me those slabs which was fast and easy! Would highly recommend Granite America!

Were looking around Lexington at granite and found Granite America online and stopped in to take a look. Shai walked us around took notes for us and gave us nice size samples to take home. Great customer service!! Granite America installed my kitchen granite (Feb 2018) 16 months ago. I built a new home and wanted granite (I wasnt pleased with builders options). Shay was helpful through the entire process. She even sent me pictures of granite from other GA stores. I found a slab at Cincy location. It was shipped to Lexington and installed on time. ISSUE is that the install was AWFUL!!! Granite wasnt leveled and slight damage to my brand new cabinets!! It looked like a 5 year did it. NOW, that was 16 months ago. I lived with the unleveled granite and cabinet damage ALL THAT TIME until my friend (an interior designer) urged me to contact GA and ask if there was any way to correct the awful install. So, 3 weeks (July 2019) ago I reached to Shay. Explained everything to her AND she never said she couldnt help or correct the issue. She heard me, understood my concerns and wanted to correct the awful installation. Again, 16 months later, she corrected the issue and I couldnt be happier with the results. My granite is in perfect condition, leveled and gorgeous! I cant thank Shay, Angel and Eric enough for fixing the issue And for never making me feel stupid for not speaking up sooner. Shay went above and beyond to satisfy my concerns. Would recommend GA to anyone looking for granite!! Thank you Shay!!
