As the former store manager at the Lexington store my experience with the company is very poor. When I came into position it was made out to be something great but from the start it was aup hill battle. The store itself isrun down. And looks like its going out of business. But the real reason is the DM who is providing no leadership and has managed to run off tooant employees in one month. Mostly store managers. Do not work here!!
Today January 25 at 2:40in the afternoon I visited the GNC store off hwy 8 in Lexington NC. When I entered I met a young lady that was behind the counter and she ask me if she could help and I said yes. I had some pics of vitamins on my phone which she looked at and within a minute or so She had found every thing on my list while keeping a smile on her face. It was a truly a great shopping experience for me since I thought I would be tied up for at least an hour but thanks to the young lady working she saved my day. Thank you so much for your help
Store doesnt open on time. Says opens at 10AM, online and on the door, its going on 11AM and still not a person in sight.
You need to offer some sort of senior discount.
I would recommend GNC to help your health.
Fast. Easy service
Me my mom and my neighbor all called the store for three days and no one answer
I love this place the people who work here are always so nice and very helpful. I would recommend anyone who is looking for workout products and any kind of vitamin you could also for to visit this gnc
Friendly, very helpful and polite.
The person working the store was nice and very helpful
Always helpful and service is great. Selection is also great
Love the store and the staff is very nice
Employees are always friendly and helpful.
Like most GNCs, the staff does their best to talk you into something you dont want with high pressure sales tactics. Obviously on commission, but there is a difference in good customer service and hounding you for more sales.
Very helpful employees.
Used to love this store but the last visit will be my last visit. The employee was rude, condescending and unapologetic.
Had the product that I needed...BUT the people working there was extremely rude. No hello, hey, how are you...etc. She saw me and looked at what I grabbed and first words were what do you use that for? Um...excuse me? She repeated herself again and I said I ran out of product for my orders for my business. Then she turned around to help a guy. Well the guy working there kept his back towards be while I was standing at the counter waiting to be checked out...Thanks but no thanks. I will enjoy going to another city to buy my product who appreciates my business. You just lost mine.
During the Christmas season, I am looking for a oil diffuser. I physically go into this store and the guy politely says no we dont have any. I explain, I have purchased 2 from this store and like them so well that I would like to buy 2 for Christmas presents. He replies we will have them in 2 weeks, this is the week of Christmas. Then I call the next day to ask if they by chance received any in a shipment. The girl replies no. I asked is there any way that you could look to see if surrounding gnc stores have any, she says yeah. Comes back not even three seconds says not within 100 miles. Funny thing the gnc in Salisbury (15 miles) away has two of these when I call less than 15 mins after speaking with the Lexington gnc.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS a negative!!!!!
