I have a few people in my life that are clutch but none greater than Gary at Beltone in Lexington. I have been with Beltone for more than 6 years. Last Friday evening my hearing a stopped working I left a message and of course gray called me at 10am Monday he had me come right in you can not ask for better service than that . I’m back to normal with great hearing aids thank you Gary for all you do not only are you a great tech you became a friend. Thank you Beltone

I only wish there were more stars to give Beltone of Lexington. I had an appointment with Gary today. Things could not have gone smoother. After booking the appointment I received a call from Gary and an email confirming, excellent communication. Gary is extremely professional, did a complete evaluation, and explained each and every aspect. He took the time to get to know me personally and know my needs in hearing instruments. I highly recommend Gary and his staff, and look forward to moving forward with them in the future.

Beltone really was finally the answer to decades of hearing aid problems I tried to help my mom with - walking through the doors in Lexington 5 years ago with my 90 year old mother really changed our lives for the better beyond what I could have ever understood. I could write a small book about this office and even though the original staff we grew close to changed, everything about the office remained and continued with the next person.Over the last years, and especially the last months of my mothers life - when her hearing was what kept her connected to me in spite of her dementia - Gary at Beltone was literally an angel for us - he was genuinely caring and always going the extra extra mile to bring my mothers smile back...not your average customer service. I bought my hearing aids 2 years ago at the Lexington MA office. Since then I have received excellent and courteous service from their staff. Doug Downey, Care Practitioner in that office currently, has been terrific. He listens carefully to any comments I have about the sound quality. He has made adjustments when needed that have been very helpful.I would highly recommend this office.

My dad’s hearing aid wasn’t working. Gary first tried to help me fix it via phone, text and pics. When he realized that wasn’t sufficient, he offered to meet me outside his office (in mask and gloves). He repaired the hearing aid in 5 minutes and returned it, completely disinfected, to my car.
