They make great equipment but the delivery time/order follow up needs help. Typically Rogue orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks, with Sorinex I usually wait 3+ months - with inconsistent communication. Waiting a few months is fine if the expectation is properly set and communication consistent - but thats not the case.

Emailed several times to get a quote on a lat pull down. Each time I get a email back telling me they are working on it. 8 weeks later and several emails still no quote. Will take my business to Rogue Fitness.

I ordered two bumper plates from them. I went with these guys over Rogue because they are a local company. Bumper plates don’t fit the bar and once I tried to put it on it permanently locked on the sleeve. I have never seen anything like it. They may try to say it’s an out of spec bar but I have 3 other brands of plates and they all fit. I say “may” because customer service never responded to me.Update. Customer service was very accommodating. They immediately shipped me a replacement plate.

Is it possible to give zero stars? I had the worst experience trying to order gym equipment from this company. I have always thought very highly of Sorinex after using several pieces of equipment and attending one of their Summer Strong events in 2017. My husband and I are upgrading our home gym and decided to purchase a major piece of equipment from them ($5,000+ Hurricane) as well as $750 worth of other minor pieces of equipment. We placed one order for the Hurricane and paid half down to get the order in progress, then paid IN FULL for the other order. Long story short, after about 5 weeks of getting mixed communication, inconsistent timeframes, lots of excuses and piss-poor customer service (attempting to get ANY kind of timeframe for the small order we paid IN FULL for), we couldnt get a clear answer out of anyone at the facility (multiple phone calls, emails, etc.). We ended up finally canceling both orders and asking for a refund. Neither the sales rep we were working with nor the president of the company (who we ended up involving in the ordeal) even flinched at losing our business - no apology, no attempt to keep us as a customer, just a cold email response confirming the order was to be cancelled and a refund issued. They were quick to deposit the check we gave them to pay for half down on the Hurricane (check cleared the very same day I wrote it), but I am sure they are going to take their sweet time issuing our refund.I have never felt that my money and business was not wanted by a product/customer service based company in my life and am sincerely disappointed in my experience trying to do business with Sorinex, as my expectations were much higher. Dudes, I really WANTED to give you my money. Maybe our measly little $6,000 order was not enough to warrant more effort on their part to treat us like a valued customer. I will never do business with Sorinex again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. Not that they even seem to care to lose my business.

Horrible shipping time and horrible and rude customer service

Worst place to deliver or pickup load from here. They took 4 hours (1 hour wait for dock and 3 hours for shifting load) to load from another trailer which was parked beside itNo one bothered to answer except one rude young man who brought the paperwork and said if u need faster loading come first in the morning.... they really dont care about others time. I wish I could give them less than zero stars

Phenomenal company, brand, and group of guys. Transported some fitness equipment for them and got a mini-tour of the place. I was so impressed by the equipment, culture, and weightlifting museum that I had to buy a couple of t-shirts before I left. Can’t wait to see where these guys go from here. A few weeks ago, I engaged in a conversation with an employee of this company named Tim Follmer on the facebook market place. He claimed to be providing powder coat services and offered to paint a piece of workout equipment for me. The original time quoted was three days. He picked up my item and I paid him. He kept delaying the completion date which was no issue as it wasnt a pressing job but then claimed he couldnt complete the work. Once again, no issue so I asked for a refund and for my piece of equipment to be returned. He said he would let me know. Over a week went by with no responses to my queries on facebook messenger. I called the business seeing if they could track down my piece of equipment. I spoke with a man named Dean who seemed uninterested in helping me and referred me back to the facebook messenger.I am fairly confident that this employee has taken my equipment and my money with no intention of returning it which is incredibly unfortunate. I guess the days of looking a man in the eye and promising a good business deal are over. It also speaks to the lack of integrity and character both on this individual and this company.At this point I am under no illusion I will get my property or my money back but hopefully this review will put others on alert if they choose to do business with this company.

Great company and great customer service, which is honestly quite hard to come by anymore. Their products are among the best, if not the best.

Spoke with Brett F. in customer service and he was very helpful. Went over and beyond what he needed to do to help me. I haven’t dealt much with this company but definitely plan to make a few more orders in the future when I’m needing new gear. Thanks Brett, you represented the company extremely well!

I ordered diamond bar from this company 2 MONTHS ago and now I finally got it but came in all beat up. There was no box no nothing.they just wrapped it with plastic wrap outside. I think titan fitness have better shipping box then this company.i email2 times of course I don’t here nothing from this ppl.. I will NEVER order from this company no matter what. I can’t believe there’s good reviews about this company BC my experience from this company was like worse then cap barbell customer service. Good luck with your equipmentf

I would highly recommend against anyone purchasing from Sorinex. I spent over £25k with them, was promised no extra fees but got slapped with a £4k import tax bill. They said theyd sort it after I paid it. Instead they simply offered me £2k!Not to mention having to fight to get my full order of band pegs over. Threatening to charge me for something Id already paid for and something so miniscule. I pay £25k but they want to charge me extra for band pegs?!Not to mention the tardiness of the delivery. Shame because the kit is ok but dealing with them as as company will cost you! Terrible ethics and values and not someone you should buy from
