They were happy to make the $6000 initial sale. Sadly, this is the second time the mower has broken down. First time took 3 weeks to repair under warranty. Now they are telling me 6 weeks for this repair. Terrible after sales service. I will never buy there again.They got it repaired a little quicker than promised. Guess they are busy like everyone else because of this coronavirus.

They were most helpful on finding me the belt I needed my lawnmower and they dont even sale that type lawnmower.

These folks are the best. Craig Tedder is very knowledgeable about Cub Cadets new electric riding mower. He gave me a complete demo when I came into the store. Later, his dad Richard, made the 90 mile drive to deliver it. They seem to be real leaders in the electric mower business, not many other Cub Cadet dealers have bothered to stock them. Theres also a lot of BBQ in Lexington, so its a trip worth making!

Service is worthless took a carburetor in for repair. After waiting 18 days it was still laying on the counter I ended up going somewhere else to get it repaired apparently nobody in the place knows what’s going on poor management

Well if you want it it is probably there.Awesome guy with lots of knowledge will help you.I wanted the Zforce 60 he didnt have one at the time. But quickly got it to the store. It was delivered at no charge that was awesome.Take money if you just browsing or make any indication your not going to spend money back of the line you will go. Not a problem just sayingI purchased my cub from here and went back and purchased my kombi 131 from them.They gave me some free gas to use with it. Ill be going back for that. Lowes wants like $9 for the same amount as Tedder and its only $5. 50:1

Great service took time to look up part number for an old weedeater

Called in on phone for a quote left on hold with no answer to my call. No one came back on the line

Professional mower blade sharpening seems to be a skill few possess these days. View the attached photos to see the results of assuming someone at Tedder Power Equipment, had those skills.Blades look like a teenager or someone inebriated, got to them.Discoloration along the edge...overheated the steel; amateur mistake.Sharpening angle wanders all over the place instead of having being uniform and consistent.All in all....a worthless job that just made resharpening all the more difficult.I would be ashamed to claim this work let alone charge money for it.Also, wondering if they sharpen all those expensive Cub Cadet blades like this?Just my experience; maybe yours will be different but I doubt it.
