Absolutely LOVE Lexus of Lexington. I’ve purchased cars at 4 other larger dealerships that I know of but none even remotely compared to Lexus store of Lexington. They’re a 5 star facility. The salesman wasn’t pushy AT ALL! Just helpful, knowledgeable and SO ACCOMMODATING! The areas they have for you to wait in are super cool like a lounge with complimentary refreshments (they also have a private (and super cool looking) little playroom for the people with smaller kids to occupy them). They really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are comfortable. ALSO, the bathroom in this place is so clean end nice! It’s more like something from a fancy hotel! So glad to do business with them!

I pulled up and was greeted immediately by everyone I met eyes with. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Lexus of Lexington has the best inventory of any of my local dealerships. I was able to test drive the car I wanted, and found that it was in fantastic shape as it had just been serviced. Got the car for a great price! I didn’t have the biggest down payment or the best credit but DID have a fantastic team I felt doing all they could to make the deal happen for me. It was a pleasant experience. We were greeted by a representative upon arriving at the lot. That person allowed us the freedom to shop until we were ready for assistance. The final sales person was personable and friendly.The only thing that I would comment on that was less than ideal was that Lexus says they have a military discount, however, it only applies if you use their financing. If you have a discount there should be no stipulations and if you dont have one, thats fine too. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend them to others.

The best car buying experience of my career. From our salesman (Sebastian) to the appraiser, to finance, the experience was not the normal dreaded car buying day. Lover of all things Lexus, I had recently switched to Mercedes. Not happy. Not only does Mercedes not match the longevity of any Toyota made product, the PM is atrocious in costs and headaches. If you know you have a Toyota made vehicle - you know you have quality and the Lexus model also means pure luxury.I had been watching the market for a certified used sedan. My experience at Lexus of Lexington was absolutely fantastic! Before arriving at the dealer I had emailed Jeff Payne asking about some specific inventory and he was extremely helpful and responsive. As soon as I got to the dealer, everyone was very nice and attentive. Jeff showed me a couple of options that fitted my needs and budget. I ended up buying with them and have no regrets at all. Lexus cars are great and this dealer and its staff only make them better.

I was treated very poorly at this dealership. I had been trying to purchase a RX 350 since July. I understand there was a shortage so I was willing to wait. I called and was told there was 3 vehicles available. By the time I drove there from Georgetown the manager would was giving the salesman a hard time about selling me one. Then I was told I could get the 2021 only and if I didnt get that one I couldnt get any. This is very unexceptable. The salesman did the best he could. The manager never showed his face.

Its time to replace brake pads and rotors. They set up my appointment for it but in fact, they didnt have those parts. Service Department told that I had to call Parts Department by myself to check it. My appointment had automatically been rescheduled without any notices, thus I almost went there for nothing. As long as I drive Lexus, I follow their way. We just need patience to get used to work with them.

Dwayne, the salesperson we had been working with, was really patient and helpful while locating the car I wanted. I feel like the dealership gave us a good price on the car, too. The day before my husband and I were going to go to KY to pick up the car, a finance person at the dealership said they would not accept a check from an out of state bank, when Dwayne and I had talked about how we were going to pay for the car. I also talked to a manager about the payment method the day before and we were in agreement. They do prefer to have the cars financed in house, though. So, theres some miscommunication between the parties right there. Then when we arrived at the dealership from a different state, the whole experience felt rushed and we didnt feel like valued customers.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Lexus of Lexington! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I spent over a month waiting for a vehicle from Carvana that I had very high hopes for but had the absolutely worst experience with them and ended up rejecting the vehicle upon arrival bc of the horrible condition it was in that was absolutely not disclosed like they claim. Being totally bummed, I immediately started my search again. Found one online at Lexus of Lex that looked promising, so I immediately rushed over there at 5:00pm. I liked the car but there were a couple cosmetic things that I asked to have priced out and they said they will take care of them first thing in the morning! They made the repairs, honestly better than I expected, and I drove away with it 24 hours after walking on the lot! They also gave me an excellent amount on my trade-in and matched my rate from a third party lender!

The Customer care at this facility Is no longer. 2.5 hours for an oil change while watching 3 other folks come and go that came in after me. The Service Manager, Brandon is very rude with could care less attitude. I guess when folks start going other places he will change his tune

The cars are well-made and beautiful and the salespeople are friendly and helpful and seem like the kind of people who genuinely value being of service. Theres nothing pushy about this place. Its all high-quality. And I particularly like the fact that I was helped by a ethnically diverse staff.
