Jamie and the team were very helpful for me in fixing a couple of items I needed help on. I do most of my own repairs but for Mazda specific codes and computer work, as well as programming a second key, they made it easy. It was a collaborative experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone requiring service. Its expensive, like any dealer, but they are honest and fair.I did have some interaction with a salesperson previously, and they were consummately professional and not pushy. This was helpful for me in determining what vehicle to purchase, so Paul Miller Mazda is my resource for Mazda parts and sales.

I purchased a 2019 Mazda MX 5 (Miata) 8/1/2020 at Paul Miller Mazda and the experience could not have been better. I walked in with my daughter after reading about the Miata on their website and then YouTube and CNET. Tyler Singleton greeted us at the door with a warm smile and good eye contact; he probably would have offered a firm handshake were it not for COVID-19 pandemic. I asked to see the Miata and he brought it around immediately (after making copies of my insurance card and drivers license); the decision to buy was over at that point; and it drives as beautiful as it looks. Tyler could not have made the process better; he was professional, courteous, and had a friendly demeanor; he answered all our questions and made the process a breeze. His manager, Barry Wilson, helped with the sale because Tyler was also answering questions from another couple and Barry also could not have been better. Barry also answered all my questions in a timely manner. There was very little of the getting up and walking around/Ill be back in a minute that sometimes happens during negotiations. The business person we spoke to was also superb. The whole experience was professional and outstanding; I will not hesitate to come back here when my daughter needs a vehicle, and I can highly recommend Paul Miller Mazda.

3 Star Review: Our family purchased a new Mazda (back in Aug 2018) with Smart Lane service—which was sold as (am I’m trying my best to explain) to the best of my knowledge—a warranty for future services for the vehicle. We’ve taken it to the service center and been taken care of—so this review doesn’t pertain to all the other stop.December 2020, I stopped by to get an oil change and tire rotation, I also had (2) key fobs that had low batteries—I only had one on me and told them I’d come back to get the other one taken care of. Based on the itemized receipt, all services, labor (included) were covered with the Smart Lane service—out of pocket cost = $0. Great! Smart Lane worked like all the other times we stopped by (Aug 2018-December 2020).Fast forward to today, finally got the second key and swung by to get the battery swapped out. They put the battery in, handed it over, then said, you know there’s a fee. To which I replied, we purchased the Smart Lane service—should it not cover it??“Oh no, that doesn’t cover it,” they said. “Since I have to pay for the battery (Mazda shop associate), you have to pay for it.” I’ve never had to pay for it in the past...I guess I was just getting a special treat all the other times.So...a lesson for all. When being pitched the Smart Lane, please ask for specific clarification on what it covers (and what it doesn’t cover).Seems like an odd hill to make a stand on, Mazda. $12.76 for a battery, btw. If you’ve made it this far in the review—Thanks for reading, and your time.

Got Pre-approved for a newer SUV no big deal went to test drive it and liked it, but then when it came to possibly financing it, they definatly tried to rip us off!! Idk how bad you are at math you cant tell someone that a SUV that is 14000$ is gonna run you a payment of 423 a month. This place is my go-to for service. Not only are they friendly and efficient, but also they communicate! I got text updates and a video showing me what was wrong instead of having to just trust some guy telling me over the phone. Visited Paul Miller Mazda service today to get a recall on my cx-5. Ernie got me right in and quoted me 3 hours and they got me done in half the time. They even did a multipoint inspection and washed my car at no charge. I also liked how they sent me a video of my car after it was completed. Highly recommended!

I recently took a road trip and 24 miles from Lexington, Ky my Mazda 6 (156k miles) lost its mind. There were flashing check engine lights, all the codes, and a shudder reminiscent of the feeling you get while reading a Stephen King novel. Trying to play it cool and impress the friend traveling with me, I pulled up the closest Mazda Service center and, like an oasis in the desert, Paul Miller Mazda popped up in Google Maps.Im not sure what I expected on a last minute surprise near-stranding in Kentucky, but I could not have been more delighted or humbled by the service and kindness of the service crew at Paul Miller. Ernie greeted us upon arrival, was initially skeptical about the amount of time the trip may be delayed (based on the completely irrational non-car person description I gave him), but committed to trying to get us a direction and boy did he deliver.Not only did Ernie provide us quick service and an excellent lunch recommendation, but while I choked down my sorrow at what would inevitably be a costly repair with a churro from the next door Sams Club, I received a video from the techs telling me what was going on with my car and what needed to be done. With the cinnamon and sugar taking the edge off of the impending doom of the bill, I found myself blown away by their engagement and support. Sure, the last minute, surprise repair was costly (I cant imagine how it couldnt have been). However, the blow was softened by the complete professionalism, customer service, and kindness of the team at Paul Miller.

I paid All in Cash few years ago.2/27/2020 I came here to get the air because my tire Light was ON. They told me they could not help me because the technicians are having the lunch break. I was impressed with his knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in.Unfortunately the vehicle did not meet my needs and therefore I decided against the Mazda. I already kind of knew what I wanted to get going in, but I needed a little guidance and support (it was my first car purchase). Arnold (my sales rep) was there for me the whole way. He let me take it at my own pace and never pushed a hard sale on me. He answered all my questions. He is a new sales rep, but he can really help you pick the right car for you and point you in the right direction if you are unsure about what you want. The finance guys are also really nice and not pushy. Austyn was really kind and let me talk everything out make sure I wasnt making a bad deal on my end or their end. Good old school dealership. I called about a particular car. They said they would hold it a couple hours until we arrived which it was there upon our arrival 2.5 hours later. They brought us the keys and let us test the Mazda6 Grand Touring Reserve with no sales pressure at all. 40 minutes later we returned and were left alone to make our decision. No in your face selling. When we wanted to ask questions Tyler S. was very knowledgeable. I already had financing secured from my bank so when I asked for the numbers for the selling price, taxes & registration and fees, that’s exactly what I received. None of that what do you need the payment to be sales garb! Straight numbers which I put into my Capital One Navigator app and when we closed the deal it was just as my bank app said with a very competitive rate. The dealership didn’t even try to sell me on their financing!

I traded my 2013 Chevy Sonic for a 2014 GMC Acadia at Paul Miller on 7/31/19. I cannot brag enough about Roddy Komo. He was exceptional, and worked hard to get me into the car I wanted. First visit here, as we had a warranty issue with a bad wheel bearing. This was discovered at another shop. Scheduled a service on a Wednesday. They contacted us at 10:30 to inquire how we knew we had an issue. Contacted them at 12:30 to evaluate how to proceed as service shop is a 45 minutes drive form our home. Jamie the lady at the desk was extremely rude as she informed my wife that they would contact us when they had any update.. My wife tried at 3:30 to contact them multiple times with no answer to find out how we should proceed. As she was at work with no transportation. I eventually call multiple times and finally asked a car sales person to see if someone in the repair would return our call. My wife got a ride and while in route Jamie returned she call. She informed my wife that they could not work on our car for her calling. We were informed the part would not arrive for the repair until Friday . Jamie told my wife who was 45 minutes from home with no transportation she would get a loaner car if they had one available. When she arrived at the dealership she was told the wheel bearing failure was caused by 3 bent tire rims,. Tire rimes not under warranty, but available for purchase for $600 each for a total of $1800. I found this hard to believe as I had driven it prior with no vibration or issues. We opted only to have the wheel bearing repaired. We were provided a loaner car. No communication from the dealer until we contacted them on Friday afternoon. Car was ready. No mention of bent rims or them being the cause of wheel bearing on any of the paperwork. Upon returning home, car was taken to independent shop for tire rim evaluation, where 3 tires were found to be out of balance. No bent rims. I have tried multiple times to have someone from the dealership to return my call but not even the customer relations director will not return your call. If you are looking for a friendly and trustworthy service shop, I would look else where as there is a complete lack of customer service.

From the moment we walked on the lot, we were treated with respect and felt very comfortable with the salesmen. In particular, Beau Murphy is a passionate, kind hearted salesman that truly wants to see his customers in something that is best for them and what they want. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything I threw his way. Mick was also amazing through our experience! I bought a new car from here in March 2018. The sales experience was fine, and I was happy with the price and that they included some free oil changes after I had asked. However, the free oil change services were conveniently forgotten and I was never contacted about them. When I began asking, I was generally ignored and pushed off in the hopes I would eventually give up. They really went out of their way to save themselves a meager $150 worth of service at the expense of losing any faith I had in the dealership.

I just had a really excellent buying experience with Paul Miller Mazda. Alex was more than reasonably knowledgeable and never once spoke condescendingly to me. I had went to several competitor lots before going Paul Miller Mazda, and had bad experiences, including one salesman asking me if I needed permission from my husband to purchase a Chevy. I was about to buy a bus pass, honestly. But Alex listened to me and didnt try to force me into any vehicles that I had no interest in, and their finance department was equally good to work with. I will absolutely return to Paul Miller for vehicle purchase before going anywhere else.

I drove to Paul Miller Mazda from Charleston, WV because they had the best selection of pre-owned Mazdas in a 200 mile radius. When I got there, they were very helpful and I ended up getting a great deal on CPO 2018 Mazda6 Grand Touring. Im loving the car, and even after I left, the staff is still going out of their way to help get me an extra key fob. Overall its been a great car-buying experience!

Our salesman Alex was great. He worked hard to meet our needs and wasn’t pushy at all. The finance guy was very efficient. Everyone was courteous and professional.Areas of improvement for an even better experience:- don’t send duplicate emails from Mazda, then Ford.- enhance the indoor sales area, looks a little run down- don’t make customers got to another buiding to finance (burden when weather is bad)

If I could give them zero stars I would I am never taking my car back there again. I had an appointment for an oil change and multipoint inspection at 11 AM. I pulled into the serves bay at 11 AM on the dot and dropped my keys off . Three hours pass and i still dont get a call from them about my vehicle being ready so i call them at 3:00 pm and they tell me that my car is the next one up and it should be 40 minutes and my car would be ready and that they will call me when it is ready. They do not call me back until 4:48 and I proceed to drive across town to pick up my car. When I get there around 5:50 pm I walk in and the lights are off I tell one of the car sales men that I am picking up my vehicle and paying for the oil change. He tells me that the service department of Paul Miller Mazda closes at 5:00 pm and that they dont have access to the keys and that i will have to pick my car up the next day. worst service i have ever experienced inconvenienced me greatly because I had to call for a ride home and now i will have to miss my morning class just to come pick up my vehicle.

Worst Experience EverBuying a car is always a hassle because of the negotiation and the back and forth. I walked into Paul Miller Mazda and met with one of the sales guy to lease a 2018 Mazda3 grand touring. After hours of discussions, we couldn’t come to an agreement. He refused to include the oil changes with the lease of the car and I went home empty handed. The next day I received a call from him asking me to come in to get the car. He agreed to include up to 1 free oil change. I went in to get the car only so that he can tell that they can’t give me the car with the price agreed upon and apologizing saying that there was a mistake and that deal was made for the wrong car and that the one I have seen and drive it myself ! is going to cost more money. Which is totally nonsense, I ve seen the car and drive it, I even took a pic of it before leaving that day so how we were spending all these hours negotiating about a different car !!I got so angry and demanded to meet a manager cause I felt something fishy is going on. I was then approached by a lady who apologized saying that, the person I need to meet with is not in. She set up an appointment for the next day to meet with a lady by the name of Lauren Dawson. I went back with my brother today for the third time this week only to find that Lauren is not there to honor the appointment after she confirmed our meeting via text and email.We met with another gentleman who basically told me the same exact thing, they couldn’t sell me the car for the agreed price and that they made the deal for the wrong car.Worst experience ever, they kept playing games and lied to me since they have found me interested in the car so they can get more money out of me! I am never going back there. Please stay away from this dealership totally disrespectful and bad customer service. They wasted my time after I counted on them and now they are trying to scam me ... very frustrated.....I am sure I will be hearing from them again so stay tuned for an update
