Excellent service beautiful bikes

Communication should have been better but it appears that the maintenance was decent.

Loved the service of the people working there. They were willing to work with me to make my dream come true.

First of before I describe how terrible the customer service is let me disclose this first. The buying experience was a 7/10. Most of it was done over text before meeting with my salesperson (which ended up being the owner). They made it easy to purchase only complaint is the actual owner had literally no knowledge on how to do any of the Paperwork. He was literally using another persons paperwork as a example to see where I was supposed to sign. The paperwork took about an hour. Now that same day I purchased my bike, my friend purchased a bike as well. We even convinced our other friend to buy a bike from them as well. Now on to the bikes ALL 3 OF THEM HAD ISSUES especially mine. Starting off my battery was shot, they gave me another battery and guess what? It was shot as well. The other 2 bikes had issues as well and got them fixed shortly. I brought my bike back for a misfire and sputtering not even 3 days of owning it and they had the bike longer then I’ve even owned it. They don’t answer the phone or text back and were avoiding my calls and when they did answer they kept playing around saying “oh yeah your bikes 5th on the list” or “yeah we had to take your bike back off the lift”. Like I just purchased the bike and I have to have it in the shop already? That’s ridiculous. When I called again Sam (owner) apparently “wasn’t there” but his niece answered and she helped me move my bike up the list to #1. After that still didn’t hear anything back. Then was told that they did something to the bike and wanted to test drive it so I called and they said “no we didn’t do anything” so I was lied too about the bike. 2nd time I called I told the niece “do you guys not inspect your bikes before selling cause this is ridiculous” and she responded with “yes all bikes go through an inspection and sometimes we miss things”. So you guys miss a freakin misfire and still put it on the lot? Yeah ok lol. Then when I got on the phone (which took 12 times to call) with some guy named Tristan he said that the bikes are sold “as is” so it’s sold with issues? Cause that’s the image that dealership is giving me. And when I demanded to talk to Sam on the phone instead of calling me he decided to just text me and that was all. Like what kind of “owner” does that? At least take responsibility for your dealership and talk to your customers don’t text them. So in my opinion horrible experience, terrible customer service, and all I can say is that dealership is a joke. Do not recommend to anyone unless you wanna get screwed over.

Awesome everyone down to earth no hassle no pressure your free to browse and make your own decisions and theyll answer any and every question you may have and are knowledgeable about motorcycles the website is spot on as far as prices and the bikes are even better looking in person so if able I recommend for you to go by there..

The folks at Garwood Customer Cycles have it going on! I have friends who have done business with the for years and have highly recommended them. After not having a street bike for several years, my son and I both bought bikes and took them to Garwood for some work. They were very fair on pricing of tires and other parts, take their time to make sure the correct options are selected and are very easy to work with on scheduling. When we arrived to have tires installed, they got the bike in and out quickly. While we were waiting for the tires to be installed, we purchased Sena headsets, got a great deal on them, and the guys even volunteered to install them for us. The other thing I noticed while in the show room is how polite and respectful the staff was in juggling the folks in front of them and on the phone. Oh, and they have some very nice used and custom built bikes in stock, it’s worth a trip just to look at them. I can’t recommend Garwood’s enough!

The bikes are great and the people are great. If you want to finance a bike I would go to your bank instead of waiting on their process.

I called Garwood Customs nine times in three days last week. The first three times, I was placed on hold for 12 minutes until the “hold time” expired and the call ended. I called back the following day, and someone answered, put me on hold and seconds later, the call ended. I called back three consecutive times, and someone picked up and hung up, instantaneously.... three times. It seemed as if they recognized my number and didn’t want to be bothered. I called back the following morning, just to be put on hold again, but before I was placed on hold, I told the guy that I’ve been getting the run around.. he placed me on hold anyways and never returned. I called back again (for the ninth time) and asked nicely if they would help me.. Guess what.... I was put on hold again.....What’s really frustrating is, I had my financing together, I knew what bike I wanted.. I was putting down $4,000.. and I live an hour and thirty minutes away from their shop.. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with these guys.. I wasn’t a priority at all.. Poor customer service.. Now I’m looking into All Things Chrome.. it’s unfortunate and disheartening that things didn’t work out. They need to work on their customer service. Definitely won’t do business here, ever.

Bought a used bike here last month. the people here were very helpful and nice. i was very happy with the price i paid and it was nice to see that they dont try to screw you with outrageous fees like another dealer i visited. this is a good, no bs shop as far as i could tell

/he@e guy sold me a blown up engine that was described as a good engine with 27000 miles on it and the block is cracked from rods hitting the block the valves were hit hard it knocked the =÷trainers right off the valves all junk nothing usable and im out 1200 bucks

I normally dont do reviews that much but I had to (not force to). The people at Garwood custom cycle felt like family. Felt like I known them my entire life from just one day of my visit. Carley I thank you for treating me like one of the guys. I drove over two hours from Columbia, SC just to buy my 1st bike. When I got there I admit I was kinda nervous, like when you go to a new school, but was greeting like one of the guys. From start til finish I felt like Ive known them all my life. From jokes to laughter.

Peace Garwood Custom Cycles family, I want to tell anyone whos looking to buy from Garwood Custom Cycles what you should expect. I got my R6 Yamaha from them about a month ago, the buying experience was great, the customer service was excellent. But that isn’t what made me a proud consumer, it was what they did for me afterward. Just the other day I was out riding my bike and my fuel line came undone, long story short I was stuck on the side of HWY 66 in Kernersville with no way to get my bike home or to the shop. I called Garwood Custom Cycles around 4:30 pm and told them the deal, within minutes I got a call back from the shop saying that the owner himself was coming to get the bike, even with the shop soon to close. He stopped what he was doing, loaded-up his family kids and all, and headed 45mins my way. Loaded my bike up and told me that it would be ready the next day. I called the shop just one hour after opening and was told your bike is ready. I picked up my fixed bike and rode home at no cost, now that is service. As a veteran to have that kind of service meant a lot to me, buy from Garwood Custom Cycles and become apart of a family.

Id prefer this place over most in my area. Customer service is great and the guys there are friendly. If yall are looking to get your motorcycles inspected, unfortunately these guys are still trying to obtain their inspection license so vehicle inspections arent available just yet

Just purchased a Honda CBR 600 from them and they are amazing people. Great prices and just wounderful to do business with them. Will definitely retuen to them for future purchases. They are friendly and willing to help. I went down for a paint estimate and it was kind of near closing time when it was completed. I went to start my bike and leave and it wouldnt. The staff came out and accessed the problem and told me it was a wire. Instead of selling me a battery I didnt need and saying that was what it was they tightened the wires and I left. They didnt take advantage of me like they could have and for that I recommend everyone go there as opposed to the other bike shops and dealers.

Who buys a helmet that you cant lawfully wear while riding a bike? Hmmmm man I just assumed that all the helmets on the wall were DOT helmets. Nope I didnt read the box till I got home. Oh well walmart sells DOT helmets cheaper. FYI always read the box or tag inside helmet.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE IF YOU LIKE YOUR BIKE. Took my Harley for a rear tire, well I went to pick it up and battery was dead were they left the key on, handle bars were pulled down, wrong size tire was put on so now every bump I hit the tire scrubs the fender, no way my wife can ride now till its fixed. I told them but you know the answer, they didnt do it. I told them to put the same size and name tire on, but they put a bigger tire on.

Ive bought 3 bikes from these guys. Ive had nothing but good experiences with each purchase. The service is great and the guys they have working for them are very knowledgeable. I am going to buy a 4th motorcycle with them soon, Im not family but they make me feel like it.

Ive been looking for months for a bike that fits different places from Raleigh to Charlotte .Great staff an friendly to work with help me find the right bike for me Would highly recommend them and purchase.

I took my busa to them to have it turboed my bike was new with about 500 miles on it. After they talked a good game and acted so nice I let them get the bike. 3 months latter I had to take it to another shop to get it right so I could ride it. They couldn’t tune it. I had oil leaks and they cut my fairing when they didn’t have to. After my like 3 or 4 trips there they lied to me they didn’t put stuff on they said they was going to. They messed my new busa up. They costed me money. If you like your bike don’t let them work on it. I’ve called and they will not call me back. Richard with Rcc turbo is so over them he said they shouldn’t of ever took on the job they didn’t know what they was doing. Have respect for your bike don’t take it to them.

Seriously the most overpriced motorcycle dealer in North Carolina. Put an extended swing arm on a GSX-R 600 call it custom sell it for $10k...thats Garwoods business plan. Also, an employee here recommended a Hayabusa as a first bike to my friend who has never ridden before...

I had a Gsxr 1000 from hell. These guys rebuilt my engine and found the culprit of the problem of why my engine kept seizing. They was fair and honest. Now its time to save up for some mods and customization from these guys.

Would have given 6stars had it been offered. We had been following Garwood CC for a while on social media from San Francisco Bay area. When an opportunity to go out to the Carolinas arose we choose to locate an stop by. Customer service is like we were FAMILY. Mr Garwood himself came out as well to greet us introduce us to staff and answer questions. Quite frankly not knowing what to expect it was amazing and the highlight of our visit to the Carolinas. Thanks to all the family at GCC. BTW the bikes are off the chart! From stock to crazy fresh builds, youd do well to allow them to serve any and all your motorcycle needs.

Terrible experience! Bought a custom turbo bike from Mr. Garwood here. I drove 3 hours out of state to make a purchase however I was never able to start up the bike until I actually bought it. Never thought anything of it but noticed the filter to the turbo was a little dirty, and didnt have any further info on it, however he reassured me the bike was in perfect condition. He wasnt willing to talk down on any of his used bikes but could offer me a $300 military discount so I took it bc at the time it was the bike I wanted. A week after having it home it started leaking oil from the turbo so I called Garwood Cycles and left tons of messages. When I finally got a hold of David, he told me Id have to bring the bike to him, which I couldnt do, so he could try to look at it. When riding the bike, esp during the summer, it would overheat, and had to park it, and then again at times it wouldnt even crank. Long story short, it had a bad motor and a few months later it eventually threw a rod and blew the motor. I spent $1500 rebuilding the motor at another location. When trying to resale, Mr. Garwood responded to my post claiming his wife missed that bike but offered a low ball offer then when I got back to him saying I would resale the bike he never returned my calls. Garwood Cycles may have a lot of custom bikes but after going thru what I went thru I would not trust them. Slapping on custom rims, swing arms, and paint means nothing if your bikes are not mechanically ok. Im glad I sold that bike, was such a headache, and even though I didnt make profit, I wouldnt recommend buying another bike here again!

Garwood was absolutely amazing...at first. My husband and I bought a custom Hayabusa from them while we were both on deployment...using their military friendly program, we purchased it but had it stored in their shop until we got back. The service was amazing, they took care of everything extra my husband wanted done. A year or so later, my husband was riding and a piece of sheet metal tore through his left ferring. We brought he bike back to Garwood so we could keep the custom paint job matching. The ferring had to get replaced, they fixed some issue that was causing the bike to skip gears, and rebuilt the engine. No problem. They were amazing then, too, and even held on to the bike a couple extra weeks until we were able to make the 3 hour drive to go pick it up again...now heres where their true colors showed: we were at bike week in Daytona. Long story short my husbands bike was picked up by the local task force because they were checking the VINs of sport bikes and motors that day. The motor that we bought the bike with had been restamped. The police said it was scary how accurate this restamped number on the motor looked, but when they ran the numbers in whatever system they used, they found it to be a fake number. When asked where my husband got the bike, he told them we bought it from Garwood. The police were hoping we would have said off craigslist so they could arrest my husband for possession of stolen property. When we first called Garwood about this, the owner, Dave, seemed as shocked as we were! He said they would make it right. We had to sort out the details of what local shop in Daytona the bike was going to be taken to so the police could confiscate the motor. Once that was straightened out, we called Garwood again. Shockingly, Dave was extremely defensive this time and said they dont sell stolen parts at Garwood and the best they could do is do the labor to have a new motor installed, meaning: we pay for the motor and we pay them to install it. How can a company that is all about their customers, and especially their military customers nearly put one of their customers behind bars because of something like this and not make it right??? Saying we are extremely disappointed and disgusted with this company is not saying enough.

Garwood Cycles are con artist..a friend of mine purchased a bike, and it end up stolen 2 weeks later ..Luckily their were cameras set up, and the police officer was already investigation them for fraud.Apparently, this has been happening for years, Im sure my friend wouldnt of brought a bike, had he knew. They are about to go to jail, and they just dont know it lol..
