Hard to get you folks to answer your phones!! I guess that may be the reason for your 2.5 star rating!! Also they charged me several months after my machine was paid for, they just kept billing my insurance for my machine after I had already paid for it!!! Maybe you guys should let go of this and find something else that doesnt involve PEOPLE BREATHING, maybe you could sell yoyos, something obviously simple. healthcare is not your forte!

Kandy was great! She was very helpful and patience with me while trying to get a patient equipment ordered and delivered to his home in a timely manner. Also Melissa was great as well. Thanks Guy for your help today.
