I had a blow out and drove my car in to the Clingan Tires in Liberal on the spare. They mounted the new tire quickly and I was on my way. A few weeks later when I was getting the jack out of my car to replace the shocks, I discovered Clingan has stolen my spare and replaced it with a spare that was shredded. I brought the tire into the shop and explained to them that at the time the car was driven in on the spare, the spare was in perfect shape. They had no excuses, said they would look into it and call me back. I never heard back! At the time I did not know it, but the tire size for my spare is impossible to find and that is why they stole it. Do not take your car to Clingan, they will steal from you if given the opportunity.

My wife took her truck in for an oil change and new tires when I was on the road. Ricky (since gone) and a Mr. Wilson told my wife she spun a bearing. After 5K in work the motor blew again within 3K miles and Clingan said it was not their problem as they do not do that work. I still have the receipts to prove it. They took the motor apart and then refused to reassemble it so we could get a second opinion. A mechanic I know said they did that to hide the fact that they did not do half the work they charged my wife for.Ripoffs, liars and take advantage of old women who do not know about trucks. THEN the very brave man physically threatens. Lovely people.

Went to talk to them about my year old tires being slick on the inside...the man behind the counter said there wouldnt be any warranty because it had to be a problem with my car...I said ok...I had my car at the dealership and they inspected it and everything seemed good. He was very rude and said he still wouldnt warranty the tires, I said fine but I still need 2 new tires and an alignment and we will see how this set wears. He was still very rude and basically said even if I got an alignment he wasnt going to warranty the new set because my car had to have some bad parts causing the problem and when he found it I would have to have it fixed there or somewhere else. I said well my original set of tires wore evenly, still he said my car had to have loose or broken parts. I told him I felt he was treating me crappy and I was about to take my business elsewhere.He didnt seem to care. I ordered the tires but later called to cancel the order...I would rather see if someone else in town will be a little nicer....

Told them the quote from their competitor, they beat it by 200$. A day After telling their competitor I was switching companys, they call and say they priced the wrong part. Then gave me a quote 300$ higher than their competitor.

Had a low tire. Got us right in and 30 minutes later we were on our way.
