I bought my 2019 Nissan here today!!.. Right when my boyfriend and I walked in the door we were treated with the highest respect. Diana contacted me immediately about the car that I was interested in. I never EVER thought that I could walk away with my dream car that day, but Michael with the finance department made it a Breeze!!! I brought my car home within a couple of hours!! I am beyond excited!! Thank you to everyone who made this possible!! I will definitely be telling everyone where to go to get their next dream vehicle!!! Thank you guys!!

I had a horrible experience with another dealership in Texas and these guys were great!! Joel setup an appointment for my wife and I to look at a pickup I had been looking. Went to get my oil changed for lady’s day today. Alex and Lupe were very friendly. They both greeted me with smiles. I even got to meet the service manager! Austin got my car out within 45 minutes!! The whole environment was relaxing. I got free coffee and a CAR WASH!! Overall wonderful experience at Lewis!

Jr and Mikel were great help!!! My bank approved me for a certain amount to buy a truck. The dealership was able to get me approved for more and very low interest rate to buy a 2018 Chevy z71 with 14000 miles. Im really happy about the selection. They went out of there way and time frame to make sure I left the dealership with the truck I had in mind.I didnt feel as if they were just focused on the dollar. I had some good laughs while everything was getting processed. Im thankful for the experience of my first truck purchase.

I was overall very disappointed. I sent a message to them on Thursday regarding a vehicle. Veronica got ahold of me quickly and set me up an appointment to look over the vehicle and test drive it. Unfortunately she was not working today, so Amara helped me out. Come to find out the vehicle has to be serviced so I cant test drive it. Then no one could get the keys to let me look at the inside of it. I live about a hour and a half away, but made the trip anyway to see this vehicle. Absolutely no attempt was made to notify me before hand that my appointment should be moved. To say the least, I probably wont go back again.

Just purchased a car from Lewis. They have had an overhaul of their sales staff within the last two weeks and my experience could not have been better. Donna was a terrific salesperson, Oscar the Finance Guy was fantastic to work with, Ricky the GM was very friendly and Mikel made sure we got taken care of. They stayed until well after hours to make sure we got exactly what we neededIF YOU’RE CONSIDERING PURCHASING THROUGH LEWIS, DON’T LET THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS SCARE YOU OFF! I have nothing but praise for the wonderful people at this dealership. On a trip from Colorado to Missouri my Silverado with a Duramax diesel started having emissions problems which put me into limp mode . We changed course and limped into the good people at Lewis Chevrolet in Liberal. They took me right in and worked the problem tirelessly until it was resolved, all the time doing everything possible to make my layover as pleasant as possible. I was treated above and beyond on my car (which was not purchased from them) The service department were professional and went above and beyond to diagnose, explain the repairs, check out what my service contract would pay for, put me in a loaner car while my car was repaired. Travelling through the area and had a check engine light come on. They wanted me to pay $130 minimum for them to plug in a computer and pull up the code, a 5 minute job. Wow. Not a customer service oriented outfit. Update:. Stopped in Hugoton, KS at the local Auto Parts store and the owner came out and downloaded the check engine code for free and offered advice and information Free of Charge. Something any auto parts store and most mechanics will do for free.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the service we received. The dealership has never contacted us since purchasing our vehicle there. We were told we would have our vehicle detailed and because of how unprofessional the staff has been we don’t know if that will even happen. The sales rep that sold us the vehicle no longer works there and it seems as though all that mattered was the for the dealership to get our money. Very upset with how our purchase experience turned out. I do however, feel the need to mention that (Our vehicle is great and the credit Check team at the time of purchase was also great).

We bought a 2020 Chevy Traverse on January 24 2020. There were noticeable scratches on the vehicle and we were told they would be fixed. It is now June 19, 2020 and we have never gotten the scratches fixed. We never got a follow up call to see how we were liking our new vehicle and never got a survey to fill out about our experience. We bought several vehicles when the dealership was Stu Emery’s and always had a good experience with our vehicles but since it has changed owners our experience has not been a good one

Im not one to give bad reviews EVER but this has got to be the worse place to get a car at. They sold my mom a faulty car and we literally went to them 5 days after she got it to tell them and they pretended like they tested the car out and there was nothing wrong with it. A few days later we went back to tell them that the car was not working properly and all they did was give us the turn around until finally they said they would keep the car and have someone from their service look at it and again they called me back and stated there was nothing wrong with it. I even drove it with the mechanic in the car with me and told him to pay attention to the way the car was shaking and all he said was its not the car its the road. So once again I got it back and finally went in again and told them it had to be fixed they ended up keeping the car for two weeks because supposedly they had sent the car off to a Kia dealership in Dodge City. Once I got the car back it was fixed for about two weeks then again started shaking I contemplated on taking it back because they are the most rude and hard people to go talk to but finally I went last week and the gentleman that helped us was really nice his name is Jose and we told him we no longer wanted the car we told him we wanted to trade it in for another one and he made it seem like it was possible so we went to test drive another car when we got back he stated after talking to his boss Art he said it was not possible to trade it in that my best bet would just be to get the car fixed which I told him its already been supposedly fixed and it still has the same problem when you buy a car youre not supposed to have to be getting it fixed!!! So anyway I tell him I have to go and I would call back today to schedule a time to drop it off to get fixed I called and Jose stated he would call me back and never did. I called back and Art answered stated Jose left for the day so I told him what I wanted and he pretended like he had no idea what I was talking about!!! I am beyond upset at these guys! Especially Art because as a Boss he has been horrible at taking care of this issue! Im at the point where I dont want this car its not safe to drive and they seem to not care about it. Plus this whole time I have been dealing with them they always always say theyll call you back and never do!! Its been such a hassle! Please whatever you do please do not but a vehicle from them all they do is scam people.

The finance man was really nice and helpful. The salesman was a snake. I was making a deal to trade in a Jeep Wrangler X and an old conversion van. The finance man was in agreement. Salesman followed me into the parking lot and said he really didnt want that van. The next weekend when I was going to take both vehicles to trade them in we had a snow storm. The salesman kept calling and texting asking when I would be there. I said Im not driving in this weather. (I live 45 miles from Liberal) my son was going to drive the van over, (He lives 68 miles from Liberal). I felt like I had a stalker, he called for weeks after. Finally I told him if he didnt have enough respect for my safety he could quit calling.

Found the car that fit the budget and within mileage we were looking for. That is the only thing positive I have. The car had a damaged window when we came to sign the papers and the salesman said they would cover that, however it has been like pulling teeth to get a new one. My grandmother sat for a hour when they told her to come in just to find out they did not have the glass to do the repair. My grandmother recently found out the heat does not work and did not notice until cold weather hit. I called the sales person and they will not help cover anything. I will not be buying here again or recommend anyone to do so. Also I will have a picture of the cab filter that was in it when we got the car.... Update: I took the car in to get it fixed they made me wait 4 hours to tell me what the problem was, which it wasn’t, and they charged 110 dollars. I had someone that knew what they were doing look at and it took 15 min to reprogram the hvac control unit. I’ll never ever come back here.

This company have a lock in fee of $100. That means if your service is less than $100 this company will have to charge you $100- excluding taxes. For example: my dash lights were all dark and all I needed to do is turn that knob to brighten it. When I picked up my car, I asked them what they did to fix it, they said all they did is to turn that knob to brighten my dash lights. At the end I payed $125 including taxes. For future reference: please go to Toyota at garden or dodge because they offer this service for free and there is no lock in fee. Toyota checks my break for free if they need to be change. If you make $20 or less in an hour I RECOMMEND TO DRIVE TO TOYOTA IN DODGE OR GARDEN CITY TO GET YOU MONEY WORTH.

I was scheduled for an oil change at 8:00 a.m. on 10/26/2017 for my Silverado that I had purchased when it was Stu Emmerts. I was 10 mins early so the only employee that were there was the service shop employees. I turned in my keys and headed to the waiting room on the sales floor while the service was done on my truck. While waiting the salesmen slowly trickled into the sales floor. As I was sitting there they started filling up balloons and getting ready for some sale they had been having. A couple of the salesmen where using some very foul language and mentioned several sexual innuendos and vulgarities. I said to one of them you know there is a customer sitting here right? and he looked at me funny. I got up and walked back the service area where I talked the gentleman changing my oil. We talked about some concerns that he had with my truck and small talk. Night and day difference to what was being said up front. He was very professional in his language and concerns. I went back up front hoping that they had dispersed and I was able to sit down again, but it was even worse. They all were sitting down at a plastic table and have a meeting. Im guessing it was the sales manager that was talking and pretty much very other word coming out of his mouth was F*** this and this S*** is going to stop. Refering to employees on the phones and something about trade-ins. That carried on for a good 10 mins.I have bought two new trucks from them (Stu Emmerts) in the last 5yrs and I will tell you that those will be my last. The gentleman in the back that was changing my oil probably is one of the least paid employees there, but one of the most friendly and professional they have. Im glad it was me and not a woman or some one that had their kids with them.

I was looking at vehicles this evening with my father, we looked at the brand new lacrosse, enclave and impala premier. These vehicles already had scratches and dents on them. I dont know if its happening during transport or if someone is walking through the parking lot and scratching these cars but someone needs to look out more in the parking lot to see whats going on.

When i came in the 1st time all they took was Vin# which i had already given them, then had to bring car back after they ordered part. Also when i showed up to get the car they had not left key out, I had called because i knew i couldnt make it during normal business hours, lucky one of the mechanics tried all his keys and got the key from locked service department room. But airbag was replaced at no charge so....

Do not take your vehicle here for service! I had flood damage and they replaced engine, starter, transmission. All of a sudden I’m also having electrical problems and needed a new battery due to the electrical part having a constant draw. Keep in mind my vehicle was 100% functioning before flood. They take no accountability and cannot explain the logic of how these problems did not exist before and claim that it’s not damage caused by the flood. I’ve been without my vehicle for 3 full months. Do not use this “certified” location for your vehicle needs. It’s a money pit!
