Extremely happy with HeCo. Friendly and professional team, including receptionists, technicians, and owner. My AC stopped working and they gave me their honest professional opinions, instead of trying to make me buy a new unit right away. I had 3 different technicians and they were all very professional and focused on the job. Follow up calls to check how everything is working was definitely a plus. Not all companies do that. I definitely recommend them!

We had a drain under our house rotted through. The kitchen sink and the washer were draining under the house. I called HECO and they responded that day. They scheduled service for the next morning and had us back in business! The technicians were professional and efficient.

We called multiple companies throughout the Texas panhandle and they would either never call back with a quote or would quote an outrageous amount for a system we didnt want. Heco came out to give us a quote and a week later we had the system we wanted that worked like it should for a reasonable price. They are friendly and reliable. I would recommend them over and over again.

My first experience with HECO was in 2016 when they were the only provider in town that was willing to come work on an after hours emergency call during a snow storm. Since then, I have worked extensively with HECO for our Heating & Air needs across our properties. Their suggestions and advice have improved efficiency and lowered our call volume significantly. I highly recommend this company to those I know.

Saturday evening and our septic tank backed up, they came right out- which was a 30 min drive, and got everything fixed in about 10 mins. They were very polite, fast, and fair priced. We were thankful for their on call 24 hours service!

We are pleased...these folks came quickly to see what we needed to get us cool again. They were back the next day to begin installation of new heating and cooling unit to replace our OLD units. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional from the first contact call-in at the office until the service call was completed. Additionally, I found their staff to be willing to go above and beyond by explaining the issue at hand and discussing my options regarding my A/C unit not cooling. The crew at HECO came and installed a new AC unit in our ministry building. They are consummate professionals who do amazing and fast work. It took only two days to remove the old unit and install the new one. The are great! I highly recommend them for any HVAC job!

I could not have all for better service. They did veggy good work, was there when they said they would be. I would definitely recommend them.

Be careful before letting this people inside your home as they will fake an injury to get more money out of you. Hours are wrong in the invoice and parts are charged like 10x the regular cost.

Technicians do nothing, fix nothing and charge 100+ per hour. Two guys play dumb for 3 hours trying to fix AC.I have reported them to the BBB and my state attorney general for their business practices. According to the state attorney people I spoke to there are many complaints for this company and there is an open investigation of their practices so no more license for them in doing this type of business and scamming people.
