What happened to this place? Clothes everywhere, just hanging off the shelves. It was a disaster. The shoe section was just as bad. Nothing was in the right place and it was a mess. The only employee we could find was nice enough but couldnt do anything to help is find the items we needed. Needless to say, I wont be going back anytime soon. Very disappointing.

Customer service is great and the store looks great. I got all my questions answered and the help I needed, and the the display table really caught my attention

Excellent customer service everytime I go in there. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The clothes on the shelves are often all crazy and unorganized so you have to REALLY browse around to find stuff. Other than that I love this place. They always have great deals going on!

Store is closing, but they are not enforcing the use of masks, carpet was dirty, prices were still a little high with the discount

Today I had a good experience but Thursday was awful I went to pick up a order of shoes and since we tried them and they didnt fit, I figured I would exchange them right there and then. It took about almost 2 hrs to exchange them between ordering a pair since they didnt had it there plus the time they try to process the other exchange for a pair of shoes they DID had in the store. My daughter almost felt asleep in there and we left right after they announced that the store was about to close and for people to start making their way to the door.I told my kids: remain me not to come to JC Penney again lol

Found everything I needed quicky and was pleased with price. I did stand in line a little too long. The 1 person on register should have called for assistance sooner, waited until all but 2 customers (myself and one other) were already gone

Dirty busted up parking lot was my first impression. Limited selection. No catalog dept anymore. Back in my I could order anything from the catalog. This store is no longer a prestigious store with better quality items it is on par with the big discount stores.

Did not have the color of jacket, brown, in my size. In fact, only one jacket in the brown color in the whole store, in a small size, 42R.
