Trying to find my commercial account is a difficult task for Nora R.. Time after time cause Nora R”manager” can’t find it. Said they was not a price difference in having a contractor account. Also I was trying to delivering to Oklahoma and she still wouldn’t use my tax exempt.. Way to lose business Nora..

Customer service is good. Only lumber store in Liberal. You have to pay an extra 10% if you want to pick your own lumber.

Took 45 minutes to buy 6 4x4s. Only one person in the store knows anything about anything. If you have a question be sure that you will have to wait because that overworked man is busy! Also they tried to lock us in after loading lumber!

Ive done a lot of business with Mead lumber but I went in there the other day and was followed around like a criminal if there is any other option I will not spend my money there ever again

Compared to large stores they are pretty competitive.

Reserved a rototiller in advance (on Thursday) for weekend pickup/use. Showed up on Saturday morning to get it, just to wait in line for a ridiculously long time, and then find out the rototiller had been rented to someone else. Poor way to run a business, people.
