Been there before, good place to get what you need,

Went to get a washer and a drier and was informed that the model we wanted, along with several other models, wouldnt be available until September...

Friendly service and very helpful. I would recommend them to anybody. They have easy pay out plans.

My husband and I bought a lawnmower from here and they hooked the batter up backwards (a guy who wasnt even employed there just the owners relative who was helping out). And when we went back to inform the owner (with no intention of asking for any money back, returning the lawnmower, or getting a new batty) the owner called the cops and got a restraining order after getting hostile with my husband calling him a liar and screaming at him.

Service was very poor.Wsited almost 4weeks for a dryer was told it would be at least 2 more weeks. Go to Conns.got next day .Could have got that dat but didnt have pick up.

I love this place and the people...they are so nice and helpful ...their prices were better than big name stores in bigger cities...thank you sears hometown in liberty texas

The worst customer service EVER!!! they could careless about trying to help much less giving info about the products the carry. Been there 3 times in last 2 years ... NEVER AGAIN.

Attempted to buy a range, but it was too close to closing time as their “system times out”. Was handed a business card and said to call and order tomorrow since we don’t live locally. Called the next day to be told by Bailey that they won’t take the order over the phone either. Asked for the managers and then owners number which she refused to give.

Nice people, but too far from home, but it worths the trip, you can buy flowers in Liberty

These guys are great! They own 3 stores, and one didnt have what i needed in stock, so they went above and beyond to get with the other 2 stores and get me what i needed the next day! Thanks for all the help! A new loyal customer here for sure!

Yeah I have spent alot of money at Sears;!they used to be my go to store,not any more they wont stand behind there warentie on most or all of there tools or apliancies.it could just be this private owned store?.they will never get my money any more of my money.ey.

This is a good store to have in town. They know their stuff and they like to help customers, which you never find anymore. Kudos to these people here, keep up the good work.

Drove from Lumberton to purchase a freezer that the same freezer was priced $30 more than the store in Beaumont but was told they had a sale for 10% off. Then when I go to complete the purchase they raised the price $33 from $296.99 that was online to $327.99 and said the $296.99 was with the 10% off. Purchased in Beaumont for $269.99 and received $30 off so purchase for $239.99 saved $60. Will never shop at rip off store again.Actually ended receiving an extra savings and paid $230.56 total for it after taxes

The “owner “ to this place is extremely rude & unprofessional. I was actually shocked at the fact that the lady told me she was the owner of this place. When I asked to speak to a manager She walked away from me & said “you gotta call corporate, I own this place !” I then proceeded to ask for corporate office phone number & was told I dont know it ... later I was told by someone else that there is no corporate office because they are individually owned.

They didnt have what i wanted in stock, but were very glad to help me find exactly what i wanted and get it ordered, it took a few days to get in, they delivered it out, and i am extremely satisfied from start to finish with the store, and the employees who made my shopping experience one to brag about!

I have called. And been in the store. They never have what I need. Thier saying is we can order it. If I give you my money. I want what I am paying for. This Sears is the worst store I have ever been to.

This is the smallest Sears store I have ever been in. There is not a big selection, but it is run well, and the staff always seems to be helpful and accommodating.

They have a gud selection of things and they are nice when i shop. I will be back
