Worst place i have ever worked in my life. Wasted 4.5 years of my life. Never got to see my family while working at LMV.

Truck entry from 69. No overnight park. Restrooms available.

Its pretty easy to pick up and deliver here. There are a couple of somewhat odd docks, but on the whole, a rookie driver could easily dock here if they need to. The do NOT allow parking on property for truck drivers, but the Wal-Mart a few miles away seems to allow trucks to park overnight by the pharmacy or in the very back of the parking lot if theres no room there.

You work your ass off (literally) just to get hired on from being a temp. They say they have an open door policy, not true whatsoever. They down play injuries and try to avoid responsibility any way possible when you do get hurt on the job. I was pointed for not working an extra 2 hours of overtime at the end of my 10 hour shift. I couldnt stay another 2 hours because I was experiencing a very bad heat stroke and could barely walk or talk. They made me sign a paper acknowledging my point and released me without even making sure I was physically ok. I was harassed by my temporary lead daily until I was fired while working under her. I was a hard worker and knew almost every station on the GM side. This place is a bad joke. I loved the work but the uneducated incompetent management and owners make it a nightmare.

Fantastic place to work, real family atmosphere and management is involved and helps the local community any way possible.

The pay aint the worse, but theres alot of favoritism going on, i work there for almost 5 months, got complimented all the time on doing a good job and being a quick learner, never missed a day until i was let go .

Work you like slaves, set you up for failure, the leads dont know how to run all there areas. Use you then fire you or lay you off.
