The lady over the phone is extremely rude! Not a good way to get business by hanging up on potential customers. I called to see if they had available appointments for vehicle inspections and she sounded like I was crazy, said nope and hung up in the middle of me saying ok thanks. Extremely unprofessional!

I have only gone to this shop a few times but I will say every time I do they get my car into the shop asap (usually with a day or less). They are super knowledgeable and dont give you any BS tell you the truth about what needs to be done. I have tested the water at a couple of other shops and they all usually have a weeks wait time or more and will end up giving you a bunch of extra BS when you do go there. But if you are looking for a shop that has a bunch of TVs and free coffee and snacks for you then this probably isnt the place for you. Definitely the best Local shop that I have found since moving to Liberty!!

Very nice shop. They are quick to get you in and prices are very reasonable. They also do not try to pressure you into doing repair work or sell repairs that are not needed. This really helps when you are on a budget. Thanks

I have been to a lot of places to have my car serviced but none have been as friendly and professional as the staff here. I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good place to have a car serviced.

I can always ask questions ( no matter how silly they are), I am always updated on our cars service, and our cars are always taken care of on time. Been going there almost 25 years, always wonderful people to work with. More than once they have done something for me for free, like had a flat wheelbarrow tire, bought new one, could not get it on the rim. Took it to them and they put it on in 2 minutes free using their tire machine. Highly recommended

Dont go here expecting to be pampered with fancy coffee and a sales pitch. They are not that type. But, I have NO complaints about work on my cars. They do what they say and it is at a fair (usually way better) price. I can do without the fancy stuff, I just want my car fixed and they do that well. I went here when I first moved to Liberty and I have since tried places all over, but I am going back here until they give me a reason to stop.

These people are straight forward and it runs like a mechanic shops used to. You tell them what you want or need and they tell you if they can or cant do it and how much it is........every time myself, my son, and my friend have used them they have been reliable, significantly lower priced than franchise chains and dealerships. Just specify if you want only new parts, as most mechanics use rehab parts to save you money if possible. My dad has been a mechanic for over 50 years.....so I am picky now that he has reached an age he cant fix my cars for me any more........and I go here every time.

I have been taking all of my family vehicles here for years and have never had issue. However, my last experience ended terribly, costly and with no attempt at resolution from either the manager or the owner.I needed a tire changed on the front of a BMW suv. Sounds, initially, like a simple job that shouldnt take long. I dropped the vehicle off at just passed 0800. When, I went in at 1400 to check on/ pick up the vehicle they informed me that the tool for the locking lug bolts had been sheared off by the technician using an air tool and was stuck on the bolt. I was then informed by the manager that there was nothing they would be able to do. At which point I told the manager that I felt the tool, that was destroyed by their tech, should be replaced by them. The manager, the owners daughter, told me it wasnt their responsibility.Honestly, if D&S had taken responsibility for this small thing upon my asking that would have been the end of it. I would have felt that they, at the very least, as professionals, that they at least accepted fault or for that matter even cared about my repeated patronage. They didnt.I took the vehicle to Baron BMW to have it fixed. It took them over 3 hours to fix the damage directly caused by D&S. I also learned this tidbit: all BMW wheels are only supposed to be worked on by hand tools, not the air gun that caused the damage. Interesting. Anyways, 537.00 later its fixed.I very politely reached out to D&S and shared with them that I believed they are at least some part responsible for this and would like them to take care of all or part of the bill. They claimed zero responsibility. None. I figured as much. I mean Dorthy, the manager, had even refused to replace the tool(my property) that was tore up in front of her by her tech. So now I have my insurance company sue their insurance company, I guess, and share my experience publicly. This is not the way to run a business. This is not the way to treat a family of customers who bring all of their vehicles to you.Im very upset and hurt that a local company would be so quick to disregard a local customer and the position they put me in.

DO NOT TAKE YOIR CAR HERE! They lied and the next car shop I took it too said they intentionally broke the seal even though they said they fixed it just so I would have to come back and spend a lot more money! Luckily I didnt believe them and took my car to real honest mechanics that dont want to screw people over!!!!

Been taking my vehicles here on and off since 1983, and have never had an issue. Other reviewers are right in that there is nothing fancy; they just fix your vehicle at a fair price. Ive never been pressured to have anything else done, like at the dealership, just what I came in for.

They do an excellent job. I have been going there thirty years now!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Ive never written a negative review for any establishment and this is the first time I felt it was necessary. These people treated me like I was a complete idiot. All I did was ask them to change my brake pads; and the next day my car is leaking an absurd amount of brake fluid. When i called up there and asked them if they could do anything about it; as I was concerned for my safety; I was told they wouldnt be able to fix what they had obviously messed up for 2 days. This is a problem when I work to jobs and depend on my car to get to work. When I finally got to get my car fixed they told me that either I (or someone else) must have tampered with my vehicle after they worked on it and that it wasnt their fault the man asked me (and i quote) do you watch your car 24/7? You dont know that someone didnt mess with it. Even though i just so happened to be having problems with the exact thing on the car they were paid to fix. Id rather walk than have these people fix my car ever again.
