I had a great experience with David at KC Complete Auto Service. I thought my car required major work but it turned out to be a simpler issue. They were great at communicating, gave clear price estimates and David went out of his way to make sure my car battery was replaced under warranty. They are pretty close off the freeway. I would definitely come back for more car needs in the future based off this experience.

I needed a State safety inspection, they treated me with care and professionalism. The facility was inviting and most all clean. The customer lounge was comfortable and I was offered refreshments..Definitely will use them again and would recommend them to a friend.

I brought my truck in because it was leaking fluid from the rear axle. While they were working on it, they were able to replace my rear brakes that were close to done at no additional labor - since they were working on that part of the truck anyway. That saved me some money and time I would spend anyway down the road!

I had the brakes checked thinking they definitely needed replacing. I was told there was still half the life of the pads remaining, just a slight wobble from the front rotors. No real hurry to do it. Honesty and integrity are paramount to me in choosing a new repair shop. I won’t go anywhere else from now on!

The first time I went to KC Complete, service was great and the issues with the car were taken care of.This time was a different story.I was called when my vehicle was ready (no mention of additional charges at this time). We went to pick it up, and there invoice has written notes on it staying a couple bolts were tightened N/C. In addition, the invoice total was crossed out and a new, higher, total was written in. When I asked why, I was told adjustments were made when performing the alignment. Now, Im not an expert, but...my understanding of an alignment is that adjustments will be made. I asked several times for what specifically I was being charged extra for, and was never told more than adjustments. (Again, the purpose of an alignment?) Eventually, the manager was consulted, and says if I was not notified of the automatic cost to only charge me the cost of the alignment. Better. But Im still curious what adjustments they were trying to charge me extra for. Intimately, the car still pulls to the right and the steering wheel still tiles to the right just as bad as before dropping it off. So, were any adjustments actually made?

I went in for an inspection on Saturday 08/14/21, but they were full for weeks. But multiple people talked and looked at the computer to see if they could squeeze me in on the following Monday, which they were able to. Both on Saturday and Monday, I was greeted and treated with kindness and respect, a truly fantastic team and business to go to.

I have been taking my 6 cars/trucks to them for 7+ years. Recently took my sons truck to another car dealer in Maryville to obtain a state inspection. Quote was over $1,100 to repair. Said no to the repair and brought to KC Complete. There was nothing wrong. No repairs needed. Cost was$12.I completely TRUST this group, period!!

I went in for new tires, and waited while they were being put on. Sales person G came over to the waiting area and asked if I wanted the lettering facing out or in, but no mention that my frame was rusted through and the truck was unsafe to drive. Luckily about 2 weeks later, and before anything bad had happened, my co-worker noticed and told me right away. I stopped driving it immediately! I was upset that I had been driving it for the 2 weeks without knowing. After discovery I went in to discuss with the manager and showed him the photo. After inquiry, the salesperson admitted he knew the damage was there. When I asked him why he didnt tell me about it the day they put the tires on, he shrugged and said We couldnt fix it. The manager told me he would talk to the owner about how to make it right. Weeks, then months passed and nothing was ever done. Dont trust these people, not only did they endanger my life, but anyone driving on I 35 near me.

Went for my emissions test, was in and out in 15 mins. Comfortable seating in the waiting area.

Went for an inspection and got a $2000 estimate. Took it to my actual mechanic and they said there were no issues..... Just to be sure I took it to a 3rd and again there were no issues. Makes me question wether they do inspections or just try to sell you stuff since they only make $10.50 for inspecting your car and that doesnt even cover what they pay someone to inspect it.

They called to verify how I wanted it to look and inform me when an inexpensive additional part was needed. My 14 year old truck now sounds like 70s muscle car and I love it! We had an emergency issue with our truck while visiting Liberty from St. Louis, MO. We’re customers of Telle Tire in St. Louis so we called our current shop. Chris in St. Louis called and got us in touch with Josh at Liberty KC Complete Auto. Josh got us in, diagnosed, and fixed in less than an hour and a half. We were able to continue our visit to the Kc area with very little inconvenience and the pricing was very reasonable. We highly recommend this shop!

Broke down on the side of the road towards the end of the business day. These guys diagnosed and had parts ordered to arrive early the next morning. They had me up and back on the road before noon the next day. The guys there have great customer service, are hard working, very reasonably priced, and are all around awesome. Kudos to this shop!!!

I had a car that wouldnt start. It turned out to just be loose cables, but they still ran a test for me. I spoke with Josh, he was professional and very kind, he deciedes to not even charge me! One of the best mechanics Ive worked with.

Both times I had vehicles serviced I had more problems after picking them up. First trip seemed great at first. Clean and updated front end, decent service in a timely manner. Had a battery light on and they replaced the alternator, everything was good. 6 months later we discover the cheap alternator they installed has an issue. It melted the connection to the battery cable, discolored a headlight and appears to have cracked the paint on the hood because it got so hot.Second trip, 4-5 hours worth of work on my vehicle according to them. Took a week to get my vehicle back. They broke two pieces of trim and snapped my AC knob clean off. They did replace the knob but only an apology from the manager, Josh, even after it was apparent they tried to cover it up.I was excited to find a clean and reasonably priced place to take our older cars to but in the end they seem like they are less concerned about fixing issues right the first time and in a timely manner. Two things I cant do without in a good mechanic.

They even checked the front breaks to be sure they were good and said I still had some good life so no up selling just did what was needed. Very nice waiting area and very friendly. I was driving close to KC Complete, when my truck temperature gage pinned itself to the peg. Turning around quickly, I rolled into their shop and ask them to look at it. They did so, brought my coolant back up to snuff and sent me on my way without allowing me to pay anything. Their comment was, “Bring it back to us when you have something that really needs to be done.“ That’s why they are my new shop. I just paid them $700 and they did a great job!

Friendly, kind, and straight forward. I over heard employee discussion with customer in the lobby. They worked with them providing possible solutions meeting the customers budget and maintenance needs. Highly professional crew as well. Fortunately no issues with my vehicle.

I’ve gone to KC Complete Auto Service twice now, and it has been a great experience both times. Their staff is exceedingly courteous and professional, and the work they do is great. In my experiences, their service cost has been equal to or lower than competitors who are pushy and focus less on customer service. These guys know what they’re doing and take care of their customers.

They will find something wrong during a vehicle inspection. Last year it was a wheel bearing. For reasons of my own I did not plate or drive the truck regularly for a year. I also did not replace the wheel bearing. This year it’s “a little play in the lower ball joint”. $360 please.

First off when it came to price they had the best I called For an oil change and transmission fluid change. Second they told me two hours for it all but took one maybe less than an hour. It was perfect. Everyone was so nice! I’ll be coming back for everything I need on my car.

I had a great experience when I came here to get my vehicle inspected. They were very courteous even though they were having some computer issues. They were able to tell me why my car didnt pass inspection, and even offered me a ride to where I needed to go while my car was being looked at. The customer waiting area is top notch, very comfortable, with clean facilities and restroom, and free beverages. There is even a kid focused area with toys and a soft cushioned floor. The whole business just feels like a very customer service centered environment, and I would definitely use their services again. A+!

KC Complete Auto Service has great customer service! I made an appointment for an oil change because I got a flyer in the mail with a discount for their services. It was the cheapest oil change I have gotten at a shop, the waiting area was nicer, and the service was faster than expected. The guys working in the office were super nice and amicable. I cant speak for the rest of their services, but I would definitely recommend going here.

Took my car in for inspection. It didn’t pass because of cracked windshield. Even though they don’t do windshield replacement there they set me up to have it replaced by someone who comes there to do it. I was given a rental car to use while it was being fixed. They were all very nice and accommodating. I will return for any future automobile needs.

He wasn’t sure if they would be able to get my truck in the same day or not, so I was offered a loaner car at no extra charge. This location has always been neat and clean when I’ve been there. I’ll defini take my car or truck again.

Josh got me in and out fast the morning of my visit, and even provided me with a loaner vehicle so that i could still get to work. They called me later that afternoon with a prioritized list of repairs, showing me what needed to be done now, as well as things i could work on later. Price quotes for everything were also included. Awesome experience here. Needed an inspection and oil change done since we’re new to town, plus a blinker issue looked at that comes and goes. I didn’t have a ride to leave the office, but the employees worked quickly to help me and my little one be on our way as quickly as possible. Free bulb for my finicky blinker and no charge for the diagnostic on it since we passed the inspection were icing on the cake. Thank you for great service to a tired mom and family in need!

I have had repairs/maintenance performed at this shop several times this year. They provided prompt, courteous service every time. KC Complete maintains good service records which made it easy to follow up on any previously noted problems and receive appropriate service/maintenance. They tracked down my cars problems thoroughly and made sure they were fully resolved to my satisfaction as the customer. They provide a loaner car when needed which is a great convenience. They had to special order the brakes and calipers my car needed and had them there the next morning ready to go. Plus they beat the price of the German car specialist I usually go to. The brakes feel amazing and produce very minimal brake dust compared to the ones I had before. Josh Gore runs a tight ship in Liberty.

My check engine light came on so I took my car in with no appointment. I intended to leave my car for the day and rent one down the street to get to work. Unfortunately no rental cars were available. So I was going to risk driving my car with the warning light on and return the next day with a ride to work arranged. Instead they rearranged their schedule to run the diagnostic and at least let me know how critical the issue was. They were able to identify the issue and fix it quickly so I didnt have to make a return trip. And the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely return here for my next service.
