My husband and I were shopping for a living room couch. Crowley Furniture in Liberty had the largest selection and best prices by far. The gentleman that helped us was very polite and knowledgeable. Our couch was delivered today and we are delighted with it. I highly recommend them.

Our entire experience so far has been excellent -- from sales and design help to rug delivery. The delivery crew placed the rug, trimmed the rug pad, and were prompt and courteous.

We wanted to purchase some furniture for our newly built home and worked with Candice Tucker in Liberty. I knew the brand I wanted and she was able to quickly determine not only that it was available in the warehouse, but was also on display so I could view and sit on it. Once she understood my decorating style, she took the time to show me some additional tables that went perfectly with the set.I was also able to find bar stools at Crowley...I had been looking everywhere online and in other stores and was having no luck. These were about 1 month out due to manufacturer delays.When the furniture was delivered, the team was so professional! They texted me to let me know they were on their way, were on time, and were careful to protect the corners and door frames before moving the items into the basement. They took the time to set up the reclining pieces and move them where I wanted them in the room. I really appreciated their care and attention to my new home!We will be buying more pieces soon and will definitely shop at Crowley based on their attention to detail and personal service.

We always leave feeling taken care of. This week, she was able to get us a sofa that we love in two days! That’s unheard of right now during this furniture shortage. Other stores were weeks, if not months out (believe me, we tried there, too).Today our sofa and ottomans were delivered by Andy and Nico. Their communication and problem solving skills were textbook perfection. They were personable, pleasant and positive even when the sofa didn’t connect tight away. I was very appreciative of how they protected the door frames and the furniture as they moved it up a flight of stairs and through a hallway.We will continue to purchase local with Crowley because their selection, service and smiles are worth every penny.

The Couch I purchased just over a year ago and spent way too much on the fabric is balling up all over it and the cushions already look very worn. Called Crowley as I also purchased the fabric protection and they told me theres nothing they can do but said I can shave my couch. Ive never had a piece of furniture do this before and Im less than thrilled with the customer service Ive received after the sale. I would not recommend Crowleys high priced poor quality furniture.

Candice did an excellent job helping us and answering our questions while we were deciding on new bedroom furniture. She even helped us pick out new paint colors for our room. Plus, shes just a fun person to work with. Before coming to Crowley, we did the typical shopping at the another local BIG furniture location in KC and just werent happy with the quality for the $$$. Although we did end up spending a little bit more, the quality of what we purchased at Crowley was by far way better. And I dont regret spending the extra money. As far as customer service, I am impressed. During delivery (which itself was excellent) the furniture was extremely heavy and they accidentally bumped it into the door and caused a blemish on a dresser top. They acknowledged it, took a picture and said we would receive a call in the next couple of days since the delivery was late afternoon on a Thursday and December 31st to boot. No more than five minutes after they left we received a call. The drivers had already reported and sent pictures of the blemish. I was expecting them to say they would have someone come out and fix it since it really wasnt major. Instead, I was told since they wouldnt be able to fix it adequately they would order a new top and have it replaced. Because of the experience we had working with Crowley I can definitley recommend them if youre looking for quality furniture and service.

This is the second time I have purchased furniture from Crowley and I will never go anywhere else. My daughter, grandson and I went in with specific needs for our new furniture due to her handicap and upcoming surgery. Sandy was very helpful and within 10 minutes our new furniture was being delivered in a couple of days.

They have a lot of different options and many of the cloths are changeable. Steve was a breath of fresh air. He was knowledgeable and friendly but not super pushy and let me do a lot of shopping on my own. Definitely planning on being back.

I can’t thank Cara Phillips enough in helping us furnish our basement living space. Cara is an interior designer at Crowley. She came to our home, took measurements and recreated our what the area would look like on her laptop with placement of furniture. That was so helpful. She showed us several fabric combinations that would give us a warm cozy and comfortable setting. She also gave us suggestions in lighting and wallpaper design. Cara went above and beyond my expectations. Our thought was to purchase only a couple of items on our initial visit.....instead we purchased everything suggested. I went to the store in Liberty, MO. Their show room was very impressive and clean! I worked with a staff member named Sandy who was extremely helpful. She helped me find just the right recliner for my size and the options I wanted, as well as the color. Granted they will have to have it made for me, but she was upfront with me in saying it may take as long as 10 weeks to get it because of the virus. I will most definitely go back to them for any furniture needs I have in the future.

We recently decided to finally buy new furniture for our new house. We went to a big box store first and just couldnt find anything we wanted! and we actually didnt know what we wanted either! So we decided to take a chance and went to Crowley furniture and met John. He was so helpful! Hes the one who suggested that we pay a little extra for one of their designers to come out to our house, take measurements, and help us to figure out what will fit and what will actually look good in our room. Thats when we met Stacy! Both of them helped us so much! We ended up buying furniture not just for our living room but also a new bedroom set! And then, when they were delivered, we were so happy with the quality of everything, we went back and bought a beautiful dining room set! I cant wait for it to be delivered! All I can say is that I am so happy we went with Crowley and Im even more happy that they have the option to buy from American Made suppliers! Way to go! I will definitely recommend Crowley Furniture to my friends and family!

Purchased chairs and bar stools on two separate occasions. Unfortunately our experience was not as pleasant as others. On the first trip to the warehouse we were delayed due to a misunderstanding of what was purchased. On the second trip to pick up the 6 chairs, we had an appointment at 10:00AM. We arrived five minutes early and were told it would be ten minutes. We were the only customers there the entire time and did not have the chairs until 10:40. I wish buying local would have been worth it but the headache and wasted time was extremely disappointing.As a follow-up, I was contacted by Laura Crowley about the situation. Laura took complete responsibility for the issue and made no attempt to make excuses. There is something to be said for a busy owner who will do this these days. Thank you.
