My 16 year old daughter and I were enjoying a day together and decided to do a little car shopping for her first car. She doesnt live far so we stopped in to have a look around. Ended up buying her and 02 Ford Taurus in very decent condition. Very fair prices, family like atmosphere, and all around excellent customer service! Not to mention many options that can enable about anyone to drive away that day in a new vehicle. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality car at a good price👌

My friend went through here and agreed with Tammy that the pay needed to go through before 6pm. Well they came and got her car (they shouldn’t have known where the car was since the business we work in can not be told to anyone. And didn’t disclose that they might have a tracking device in her car. Was not in the contract and not stated when buying the car which they are supposed to). didn’t even get a tow truck they just had someone drive one car and the other dude came out and drove her car off. It eh didn’t give her three warnings and tod look in and around her car when she was getting a oil change. Then proceeded to tell her that if she need the money she needs to sell her dirtbike or any personal items. At first they wouldn’t let her get her stuff back until we threatened to sue.

Kasey was very nice and showed me several different cars before getting me into my right match, Michael was able to explain all parts of the contract in a way that was easy to understand. Tammy was very sweet and it was great to see an owner that is so great with his employees. Super nice place, so glad I got my car here.

My Jeep broke down during winter early 2020. I moved out of town so there wasnt alot of time for me to shop to get a car. Their website was super informative and they responded to my inquiry. It was very simple. I drove two cars and made my decision on a 2005 Grand Am. The car was clean and nice to look at. Easy terms a simple down payment and proof of insurance got me back on the road in less than an hour. I loved that they offered the trip to the dmv, plates, and had a 90 day warranty in this lease. There was a time I needed a repair done and they gave me a loaner. I thought that was awesome! If you need anything they are there to help. During the pandemic they deferred payments to customers in a bind. Thats amazing for a family owned business! Im very happy to have become part of the Cars Inc family. I’ve had great experiences here in the past, and a recent visit to remove a dent was done very well. Somehow, some overspray paint got on my vehicle, but the owner agreed to remove it even though he wasnt sure how it happened. Its nice to see a business that really cares about its customers and is willing do what it takes to keep them coming back - which I will do.

C.A.R.S. of Liberty is amazing! When I needed my wrecked car repaired, they were able to get my car in promptly. They had it fixed, repainted, and back to me before even receiving a check from my insurance company! How awesome is that!! Brandon kept me informed before, during, and after the process, so I always knew what the status was with my car. When I got it back, he had it (seriously) looking like a brand-new car. Best of all, these guys are honest, which is hard to find these days. They could have really taken advantage of me the first time I went to C.A.R.S. (but they didnt), and I was even more impressed this time with their hard work, honesty, expertise at their craft, and their professionalism. I had ONE reservation and I mentioned it to them prior to the purchase.They helped me out in several ways, went completely out of their way to cater to my needs. They also replaced the front rotors when they were going to just turn them because they were too close to goneMan.. I didnt even ask for new rotors. I would highly recommend these guys. You pay more for the car, but if something goes wrong, you can always give it back to them. Worst place to get a car. Avoid at all costs. They will lie to you through their teeth to you. When we first came here they told us we where buying the car and if we bought it right then and there it was a thousand cheaper. So we picked a car out traded in our old car and 500 down. We pick out a nice car and set up payments. When we were just about done with payments we were going to pay it off and where told by some new guy that we were leasing the car NOT BUYING IT and to buy it we had to pay an additional 999 to buy it. Suddenly everything we signed and agreed to had changed. We were losing the car at the end of the payments cause we were leasing the car. So we took the car back and now they wont let us see our contract and side stepping giving us any money back.Update: called about the refund that is due to me for returning the car and they said we arent getting any and we owe them. When I asked what it was for the guy just kept saying they charge for clean up and damages when asked what damages he kept saying he couldnt say or didnt know.

I was recommended to this place by Billy over at CARSTAR in Liberty, who was knowledgeable and very helpful. I had hit a deer over Thanksgiving, and was thankfully only given a bashed headlight and a crushed fender for my trouble. When I got there, Todd was there to speak with me about what they could do, and the next Monday I was called by Brandon to discuss how much it would cost to repair. I had a very limited budget, and Brandon was very kind to try to work within that budget. He worked hard to get my car back to me by that Thursday and did an amazing job. I was so impressed with the work he was able to do with the budget he was given, and I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs on a budget.

Horribly dishonest company purchased a 2006 Saturn vue from them paid down payment and weekly payment took the car in for service and was told car had a mileage restriction on it which was never disclosed at time of sale the dealership kept the vehicle even though the payments were current I warn anyone who reads this review do not waste you time and money with this absolutely dishonest dealer they sell junk and provide a useless warranty that they don’t even honor they will steal your money and try to make false legal accusations against customers who give them bad reviews so I say again DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this completely dishonest company

I wish I had done better research before I bought my car with cash from them in March 2016. In April the transmission started sputtering but its under warranty for 3 months. Ive only had the car for 2 weeks shy of 3 months and I have to get the spark plugs and wires changed. Are they going to do it? Oh. Sure. For over $200. After I just paid $6700cash for a 2004 with only 100,000 miles. Definitely taking it to a real shop to get a thorough check. Hopefully, it doesnt get any worse. This place is the equivalent of the pay day loan companies that profit grossly off the backs of the poor and vulnerable! Not sure how they sleep at night.

My daughter bumped against her friend’s car when parking, which caused a small dent and scratch on the front qtr. panel and door. Rightfully so, she offered to pay to have the car repaired. Both families agreed we would find a place that would provide quality work for a reasonable price. C.A.R.S Inc. came highly recommend for doing just that. When we went for an estimate the owner was extremely detailed when explaining what steps he would take to repair the car. He even explained it twice when the owner of the car returned with her mom. C.A.R.S owner was very honest and up front stating the repair would not be perfect, but that the fix would be very good for a lot less, which is what we were looking for. The owner of C.A.R.S Inc. exceeded our exceptions in every way! When we saw the repairs we felt what was delivered was perfection. The photos attached shows a beautiful repair and a mirror like finish! The owner and staff at C.A.R.S Inc. were amazing to work with. They were kind, patient, understanding to what we wanted and needed, but most of all they were honest! They delivered 100% on what they told us they would do! We were able to get her friend’s car fixed and ready to go the same day!! C.A.R.S Inc. provides friendly staff, great quality work and is extremely affordable!!! Honest people, excellent service. I knocked my front bumper out of alignment backing out of a driveway (by hitting a giant rock) - they completely fixed my bumper and buffed the scuff out, too. I definitely trust Sean with all of the body work on my cars.

What fantastic workmanship Sean did on my brand new 2015 Chevy Silverado truck! Woo-Hoo! Theres nothing worse than having your garage door jump out at your right rear quarter panel and dent it pretty bad! Well he fixed it right up and seriously, for about 1/10 the price of other body shops in the Liberty area. Not to mention the wait to get it in was minimal and customer service top-notch! Highly recommended!!!

I wish i could give 0 stars. I just had a friend who is a retired Mercedes Benz mechanic give my car a complete check up/ tune up so getting it inspected was just an afterthought. Well this place was the first place i reached that had availability today (now I know why) and after they did my inspection they came back to tell me i needed 500 and some $$ worth to replace parts they said were bad. I ended up going to another place to get it inspected and told them what this place has told me. Well the second place i went to did my inspection and specifically checked what c.a.r.s. told me needed replaced. Obviously the parts werent bad and my car passed inspection with absolutely nothing wrong. I highly recommend going somewhere else unless you like to waste your time and money on people who are only there to try and take advantage of you.

Cars is an honest dealership. I have had nothing but quality service with the most helpful staf i have ever experianced before. They will help in any way and truly understand lifes hiccups and will offer you all the understanding and help to handle the situation. I will buy from them again and would highly recomend anyone to concider the dealer for their needs. Fits any budgit.

This is one of the best shops i have gone to,It was recommended to me by an old friend after she saw on facebook that someone had hit and run my car.I was in a huge predicament because im in the military and had to drive 17 hours just two days later because my vacation was over!It was a tricky situation no doubt, ford claimed it would cost me 300 for a new driver side mirror and they wouldnt do it for me before i left.Thank god for C.A.R.S of liberty. If it wasnt for them i wouldnt have been able to get my car street legal. Their price was incredibly reasonable also! They REPAIRED and replaced the parts for way cheaper than the dealerIm so impressed. You cant even tell someone hit my car. They even cleaned and buffed the area. Hands down a 10/10 experience and a must have reccomendation for someone with some car work!

My daughter purchased a car here. They claim the are a Christian based company. They are liars. And cheaters. The owners wife tried to tell my daughter with me there how her very scandalous sales man was right. I had to tell her to back up off me move away from me and my child. We returned the car because it was a lease and we had it looked at by a reputable company they stated it was a death trap. We found out when the creepy sales man John called the shop gbat they had a tracker on the car that never disclosed and still didnt once confronted. When took the car back they filed a false claim with my daughters insurances that she is having fight. Run from this place and never look back!

These guys were amazing.! Someone rear ended me last week, and took off, and needless to say I got to decide weather my car was worth fixing. Well, though ts a 2004, its the only car I have. My Rav 4 drives good, and I plan to keep it for a bit longer. These guys were friendly, more than reasonably priced, and went over and beyond the call of duty. Going into a holiday weekend, well greatly appreciated! With a rental place 5 mins away. My Rav looks great, all the way down to the wheels! Was told they wouldnt finance because I lived in independence not Platte county. Ive never heard of dealership not financing someone who lives one town over. I went to a car lot right down the road and salesman laughed and asked if they wanted to sell cars.

Horrible place. They tried to charge me $7,000 for a very used non mint conditio 1998 acura that was only worth $1,800 in perfect condition. I paid them over $3,000 and they said if you return the vehicle we will give your down payment back. I paid the the 1,800 value plus over 1,500 for the piece of crap, the guy ignored me when I asked them to look at a problem when I got it which threw the fan into the radiator, and then after I return it in good condition they say oh yea you dont get any money back. So they got a free car and 1500 dollars or more out of me for a piece of junk 20 year old car. Do not go here at all people. They are ignorant people and a scam service to not pay for their vehicles.

They tried to sell my girlfriend a van $2000 over book value and she had cash!!! They said they would come down $250!! Scam scam scam. Dont trust them. They also said all their vehicles are pre-certified and inspected. The door didnt work, the wiper didnt work, the rotors where warped.

If I could give them a half of a star I would and thats being generous! When I went and looked at a car in November of 2015 the sales men showed me a 2005 Chevy Cabolt. He told me that at the end of my payments the car would be mine. On my test drive I noticed the turn signals would turn on, but would not turn off. The salesmen said hed order the part that week and would fix it no charger. Later that week they told me the part was in and to return my car to have it fix. My car was left on their property overnight so theyd be able to service it first thing. Finally at 2 pm the next day they called me and said they found damage on my car and wouldnt let me have it until I filed an insurance claim. My mom, sister, and I went to look at the car. They tried saying I had damaged the car on the front passenger side tire. There was nothing there... I even asked the women, who claimed to be the owners wife, that if I had hit something (which I hadnt) wouldnt it cause more damage than just that one little spot they were imagining. She admitted that yes indeed it would have caused more damage, had I actually hit something. They decided that they would write off the damages but next time they would not release my car if they found damage, until I filed an insurance claim AND THEY NEVER FIXED THE TURN SIGNALS! Fast forward to 03-09-16. My car was shaking and needed an alignment. I had a shop look at my car and told me that a lot of work, about $700 worth, needed to be done before it was safe to drive, and that they would never pass this car in inspection. I called CARS and told them I had my car in a shop (never told them where) and that the shop told me the car has needed these repairs since before I bought the car. Instead of helping me, the salesman started blaming me AND that shop. He hung up on me. Later the shop called me and said some creepy man called and told them that he wanted to come pick up the car, however, since Im the one the shop had been talking/dealing with, they refused to allow the creepy man to pick it up without my consent. I was confused because I never told CARS whice shop my car was at, so how did they know which one to call? I called CARS and the same horrible salesman told me it was none of my business how they knew which shop my car was in, but that they wanted it back. Its is NOT listed anywhere in my contract that they had a tracker in my car, which is illegal if the purchaser is not made aware!So, I made sure my car was in the same condition they sold it to me in. I went in and returned the car 03-10-16. The owners wife, the salemen, and some lady all verbally attacked my sister and I. I definitely will be contacting someone about this business & I hope they are shut down because all they do is steal money from hard working people!Update: Today, 03-10-16, I got an email from my insurance company sending their regards for my loss of my car... they only problem is, I never filed a claim, nor lost a car. I found out that they filed a FALSE report with my insurance company. RUN FAST AND FAR AWAY! Im having to fight this. Not entirely sure how they got away with filing a FALSE claim, but Im going to get to the bottom of it!
