A hidden gem amongst the strip mall shops! 👌 Impeccable employees, clean throughout, well stocked, and, of they dont have what youre looking for, then nobody does! Amazed by the selection of movies, video games and systems, cards, trinkets, vinyls, comic books and new and vintage toys! 😀 The employees helped us several times and exceeded our expectations! Eh..... The one down in Rogers Arkansas is WAY better. This one was understaffed and the selection wasnt spectacular. When we finally found some things we wanted and stood in line for 10 minutes waiting on help they could not find the game we picked out. eBay may be a better shopping choice.

Have always had what I needed and wanted available in-store. Im not a huge fan of trade-ins but that is a service they offer here. They have always given hire trade in values than local big-name competition. I also believe they do movie rentals, though I can not speak to how this service works. They have an amazing poster collection!

I shop here often, the team is awesome and knowledgeable. Lisa is a great manager who you can tell cares about her team as well as her customers. This place has it all, new, old and some fantastic toys as well as DVD and music CDs.

Went in looking for a few things for my kiddos and Lisa who was the manager helped me a lot she has the most amazing customer service skills and makes shopping there a great time! Her staff is all friendly and attentive to the customers wants and needs definitely will be returning!!

Walked in with my collection and 5 minutes later after the manager finished talking about her personal life to another employee she decided to greet me. First said to take everything out of the box, then stopped me and in her best third Reich voice asked for id. I gave her my Illinois ID. It was issued on paper. She said it wouldnt scan then entered it in manually, which I know works because its been done before. She then joyfully told me my id was no good. Starting to become aggravated with the customer service I still managed to smile... as I was asking her a question she just walks off.. I asked to speak with a manager and she claimed it was her and I should pick up my box and leave. As Im leaving, at the top of her voice she began saying WOW, WOW...One thing is for sure ill never return to another vintage stock again. Worst retail experience I ever had. Pease fire this lady or see she takes her medication. Because... WOW

This is a great vintage stock! Lots of DVDs and Blu Rays! They have a great selection of products and the prices were better then some of the other vintage stock locations!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.They require you to buy extras, along with a gaming system to detour scalpers. Well, heres some news, they are the scalpers. The gaming system is oroced $150 more than anywhere else. Then, when you bring it to their attention, its corporate. Extortion at its finest.

Vintage Stock at Liberty had a clearly marked sale, 4 used products up to $9.99 for $30, but they indicated that the sale is poorly worded and since they werent all the same price, it doesnt let you use the sale. Instead of a total closer to $30 plus tax, it came to $39.50, because they refused to honor the sale price. I questioned it, and pointed out it said up to 9.99, but it made no difference. They do not honor their store sales, so it is false advertising (and what is essentially petty theft since they do not let you exchange for anything other than store credit after you hand them the money). Unfortunately, I cant in good conscience rate a business that has practices like this very highly at all.

The return policy is awful. I purchased 4 dvds 3 used and one new as a gift. Turned out the recipient had two of them. Went to return 3 days later and they only give store credit and only if you provide your phone number and drivers license. In the age of identity theft this is ridiculous. Been going there for years but will no longer spend any money there.

Its vintage stock is found lacking. Used to be they had a cool supply of vintage video games and toys. Now the selection sucks especially on the vintage toys.

Went in for the album Man on the Moon! Called ahead and had them save me their only copy on hand! Once we arrived the cashier was nice and remembered my phone call from a few hours earlier. We looked around a bit and found 2 posters we wanted to purchase, both of which were damaged from sitting on the shelf. Asked cashier if new price could be negotiated since there was some damage in 2 corners of both posters. She replies with I can ask my manager, then manager proceeded to tell me to wait 2 days for the buy one get one 50% off sale. My posters I wanted were for birthday presents and couldnt wait. She told me they cant change the new price because its sealed, didnt even bother to look at how much damage the posters had.As we leave with just Man on the Moon by Kid CuDi we notice the sale, posters were not even included in the BOGO sale they were about to have.They also make you buy 1 controller and 3 games as a bundle with a PS5 console, price gouging based on demand at its finest.

Disappointing as far as buying/selling vinyl records is concerned. Staff is nice enough. This place is more for game stuff. Maybe fine for comics, idk. But not serious about music in general.

They had alot of great choices for video games and action figures. Purchased a few games unfortunately one of them was not a game but a dvd inside soo thats disappointing but called back nd guy said I could return it which was cool.

Took 10 years to go through my stuff, so I left. They have a policy where they just keep your stuff after 48hrs. Ive been working doubles, literally dont have time to drop in when Im not sleeping. Keep it, this bare shelves over priced store could use the inventory. Terrible location, Ill never step foot in this place again.

Very helpful and a nice collection of memorabilia and media. I like to go through the records and can usually find a nice gem or three...😉 and sometimes they will work with me on a price.

My husband LOVES this store. Im not on his level, but I do enjoy the place. Clean, organized, and helpful staff. Went in just to stroll, and walked out with gifts for my husband easy. You got books, movies, music, figures, games, and lots of other things.

Nobody was wearing masks. they ignored me the whole time. wont come here again.

They post they will buy gift cards for cash. I went in and my card was 50 dollars over their limit so I left. Within 5 min someone there bought a tv online Best Buy for 239 dollars and picked it up the next day. When I called district manager he said I did it and I would go to jail if I made this claim

They have so many good movies. And when they didnt have the movie I really wanted they helped me find the movie. Vintage Stock is some place I would highly recommend. I love going thier.

Keep your opinions to yourself, especially when I didnt ask for your opinion.5 stars- The younger tall gentleman was very friendly and respectful. Wish there was a way to only see him when we come to the store.

Great customer service

Pretty good selection of strange movies and cool toys. sometimes I dont feel 100% welcome though, sometimes it feels like Im bothering the staff there. Ive known the manager for many many years and he knows his stuff on toys, but being honest here, sometimes it feels like I might be bothering him or that he doesnt like me very much. Just an odd experience.

Favorite store to look around and shop if you are into comics, action figures, movies and gaming. Recommend at least checking out even if thats not your thing.

Love the game and DVD collection

They have a nice veriety of iteams. Prices are a little high on most iteams. The workers are helpfull. Pokemon, magic cards, comics, cames, game system, accessories, pops,stuffed toys and more. I do enjoy looking around.

My sons favorite place! The staff of young people are perfect for the youngsters that come in for gaming. They are patient and friendly! Eleven year olds can be indecisive, but the staff was great in not getting frustrated, at least that was my experience on several occasions!

Prices are awful employees are rude if youre not a regular and nine times out of 10 you get home with the game and theres no game in the case because an employee probably stole it GameStop is better

Nice store but somethings are a little pricey for being something used such as the 30 dollar USED wireless xbox 360 controllers .

I greatly appreciated how the staff dealt with my son ( who is on rhe autism spectrum) making a purchase with his own money. He was disappointed with his purchase. They didnt have to do the return but the mgr and assist mgr went above and beyond to make him feel like an important customer. This was a perfect teachable moment for my son... Thank you for the way he was treated

The staff is always friendly and pretty well informed about product in the store. If you are looking for something in particular they always do their best to help you out! Definitely one of my favorite places to shop for any movies or games.

Pretty cool place if youre looking for vintage things such as video game or comic book related items. The staff is young for the most part and only has base knowledge of somethings. Some more so than others. The only down fall about the place is, is that some of the items there are unreasonably over priced. I actually sold an item to them and got around 4 dollars for it only to come back later on and see that they were selling said item for well over what they had gave me for it. All in all other than the high prices, its a pretty cool place

This is an awesome store they have videos DVDs you buy game systems they just have a little bit of everything and if you havent like old movies you can go in and trade you know sell them and get the different one the employees are awesome there. I may get really busy sometimes we have to be a little bit patient if theyre packed I highly recommend the store they also have little knick-knack stuff and baseball cards Pokemon cards

This Vintage Stock is scalping PS5 consoles. They are asking $750 just for the console and you must buy two full-priced games and a controller with it. Unacceptable for a legitimate business to practice scalping. Not going back.

Wish you can give half a star or no star at al staff was rude very degrading. Took 13 new movies unopened to them to sell they told me it would be $3 for all 13 Im open new movies. I will not go back to this one ever again... Ended up taking the movies to a different Vintage Stock Amarillo Sonic got $10 for them that you tell me how is it Liberty will give me $3 and Lee Summit gives me $10 for the same 13 movies okay.. So Evelyn you need to learn more customer service skills be polite and nice to your customers

Had an issue with the shipping of something I ordered, however the store manager went above and beyond and he made it right! I recommend the Liberty Vintage Stock to one & all!!!!!The manager is always there working and he is a very personable and knowledgeable guy. He also seems to have a good relationship with his employees and his excellent customer service trait has rubbed off to them. I only wish that my boss was like him!!!!

I love to go in just to see what cool things they have on display. The prices could be a bit lower, but I get it, need to make a profit right? Still, its a pretty interesting shop and you can sometimes find something you didnt know you needed.

My go to place for an older movie I cant elsewhere! They have so much more though like: movies, games, consoles, controllers, collectibles, comics, posters... etc. The staff is always helpful and if their store doesnt have what you need they will try to find another store that does. Im not super familiar with their trade in value or if its worth it or not, but they have a rental system I agree with. They have a deal going on most holidays that come up and specials year round! Give them a go if your looking for something you cant find elsewhere!

Have a lot of hard to find items. And have sold items to them many times. Doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to prices they buy for however. They seem to lowball most everything. Employees are usually pretty friendly.

Place is awesome. All the people that work there are super nice super helpful and know what exactly theyre doing . Just to point out a couple of people that are amazing at their job such as Johnathan,Sam,Riley,Brett, and Brandon those people are just some you ask for help but they all are very helpful and very friendly. I have to go in at least once a week because it is so amazing to be in there. l love it no matter what I will never stop going to this Business. I have been to other vintage stocks and they are not even close to how amazing and awesome this store is . They have a large selection of movies, music, games & toys. Now Im really getting in to their comic selection. And good prices. A good place to spend an hour or 2 looking at stuff and finding what you want or need. I recommend going there over going to other vintage stocks in the area .

Their holiday sales are great times to stock up on movies, games, and music. And if you enjoy comic books, subscribing is a great way to earn a discount on comics you were going to purchase anyway. My boys loved it here they can get cheap games and I always have something different you cant get it a new game store make sure your disc is clean before you take it home you wont get your money back youll just get store credit

They may have what you need for cheap but AbsolutelyTerrible customer service with chloe and Amanda they literally stood there and held up two fingers to let me know they were not open for two minutes while we stood outside in the cold, then in the ultimate act of irony they overcharged me on my items and had to redo the whole process which took about an extra 10 minutes of waiting inside the store because she had no idea how to fix what she screwed up. Go somewhere else!

Bought a game for my son, it didnt work went to get my money back like it says you can on the RECEIPT, because they didnt have the same copy in stock and i would rather have had cash back but no they FORCED me to take a gift card because the boss said. Lost my business for good now. Plenty of other places to get Xbox 360 games.

This place has almost everything! The name pretty much says it all. They have new videos as well as old. And they have records as well as cds! Plus the employees are so helpful and nice.

Staff is friendly and helpful, but I feel that the prices on used games leave something to be desired. I wish that they were more competitive with online retailers so that I could shop local.

Whats not to like? Friendly staff, fun selection, and hunting for stuff you didnt know you wanted. The prices are on par with the internet but since its in person you get a level of service and security that ebay and the like do not provide.
