I went through the drive thru to get zyrtec-d and they said I had to come inside....wait 10 minutes inside in line and same guy says they cant ring any zyrtec-d up today...why couldnt he have told me that in the drive thru
Today this location tried out a new pharmacy shutdown at 1:30pm for 30 minutes. All 3 staff members are taking lunch at the same time. But they didnt tell any of us standing in line(4 customers) at 1:15pm waiting that they wouldnt be assisting us until after their lunch. They stared at us and let us wait the whole time without telling us. REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, folks! Have a nice lunch.
I am so grateful for the incredibly attentive and caring pharmacy staff at this location. I have had interactions with most of the staff, and I can say that technician Terri and pharmacist Patrick have made me feel like part of the family. I could name more of the technicians and pharmacists that have made me feel special in the past (Hannah and Kayce), but I just want people to know that these wonderful staff members make the difference. Thanks guys!
The night shift Pharmacist (Patrick S., maybe?) was incredibly thoughtful & calming during an ‘emergency’ with an injection issue. There was another pharmacist whose name I didn’t catch and she was also incredibly kind and helpful. Will definitely come back with such great service like that.
The Pharmacist Ann was super nice on the Phone and checking me out .Super Nice even when she’s Busy !The best Pharmacist I’ve met so Far .
If your time is valuable, DO NOT go here. They are always terrible at keeping their word. Today, they needed 15 min to fill my wife’s prescription and when we returned 75 min later, yes - they still needed 15 min more to fill her prescription.
My scripts are always in stock and filled. I just spoke with the nicest AI man who gave me all the info I needed just by my phone number and birth date! Very pleasant and easy to use!
Nobody ever answers the phone in the pharmacy. I’ve been on hold for over ten mins and have been hung up after that. If your short staffed then please hire people .
Brad, the pharmacist on night shift is very helpful and efficient. He answered all my questions and help me in every way he can. I feel truly cared for and I appreciate his help and patience so much. Also, aside from Brad,is another pharmacist guy that worked one night also that was very helpful when I was calling from work for my sons prescription. Just couldnt remember his name but hes awesomeIy helpful as well. I have great experience with the pharmacists in this store.
Doctor is a joke! Dont bother with her or their clinic. Waste of time!
WORST PLACE EVER. Every time I have to pick up my prescription it’s an issue. I don’t have insurance. I use the same discount card every time. Yet EVERY TIME they continue to give me the full price and make me wait 10-15 minutes to fix it Bc apparently I get tons of medications using different insurances from time to time. Again, I don’t have insurance. It’s the same discount card. It’s the same medication. Get yourself some knowledgeable employees in common sense and customer service. Ridiculous.
Use any other pharmacy location if customer service is important to you.
Why wasn’t my script ready? It’s nearly 12 HOURS past when it was promised.
This is the Absolute WORST place I have ever encountered. The utmost rudest disrespectful group of people in customer service! Please dont inconvenience them by even being in their presence. They couldnt even be bothered with answering a simple question on the use of the product they sold me. Took over 35 minutes to get something that didnt even need to go through insurance. The way they spoke to others in person and over the phone was even more disrespectful. And then putting them down after they get off the phone with them. Im really curious what they said about me after I left. Course they were probably stunned when I said dont bother answering my question since it was so inconvenient. I hope I never have to use this company ever again!
Tried to reach pharmacy spent over 20 minutes on the whole never spoke to anyone.
I had a good experience at this location. The younger guy up front seemed new, but he was very helpful and friendly.
My review is in regards to medication refills and trying to reach the pharmacy department by phone. I have been out of multiple medications now for almost a week because the pharmacy department leaves callers on hold for over 45 minutes.
Wow, first time today I went to pick up a few prescriptions at drive through and when the door for the medication container opened up, it fell out of the container before I could reach out and grab it and fell on the ground and underneath my car. I had to tried to open up my car door a little bit to pick up the medication off the ground but it was too far under the car. I ended up pullimg up so I could get out of the car to retrieve the medication bottle and when I did, the car tire had run it over and the bottle exploded all over the ground and the medication was destroyed! Of course I was upset, but they just ignored me at the drive thru window and I had to go inside to pick up another perscription. The manager Patrick was very rude, made no apologies to me when I told him what happened and told me to take a walk because the volume of my voice was too loud and walked away from me and failed to address the problem that they created by not placing the medication in the container properly! I was not yelling or disrespectful to him at all....I left without my medication I needed for that day. I am a paying customer, and do not want to be treated with such disrespect by the manager or undertrained staff. I will make sure I never spend another dollar at CVS again! Maybe bad customer service is why many of the CVS stores are closing down across the country?
Fill my order fasr
The store is clean and at good location. However, the cashiers here don’t necessarily apply all discount coupons on your CVS card. This has been my frequent experience after shopping here for almost 3.5 years. So, confirm that they are applying all the discounts before you pay.
I have had multiple issues with the pharmacy using the wrong insurance company to fill my prescription. Then they try to explain to me that my insurance denied it so they used my husbands insurance which I am not even on!!! Rude, one person behind the counter was wearing her mask under her chin multiple times while I waited for them to fix their mistake. I will not be using CVS to fill my prescriptions.
Fabian was extremely helpful and professional. You can tell he really cares about his job, will definitely be coming back again.
Just called to get help with a refill for my daughter who has influenza... we’re traveling and forgot her antibiotics and needed help with getting a refill. Spoke with someone who offered zero assistance. I’m grateful I can take my business elsewhere to a company that truly knows customer Service or at the have employees that can show empathy.
This pharmacy needs more employees! Was there yesterday after my doctor called in a script two hours prior and it still wasnt ready. Was told to speak with the lady at the drop off window but she was too busy on the phone helping someone else. I noticed the drive through had 6 cars in it when I arrived and it seemed to be the same 6 cars still in line when I departed 15 minutes later. Hire more people! My script didnt get filled until today at 10am. Wow!
My son had a severe diaper rash and I received top notch service from Kory in the pharmacy department. She knew exactly which diaper cream was best and which active ingredient to look for when purchasing diaper rash cream in the future. Its the little things that make all the difference. Thank you, Joey for your awesome customer service! Ive actually never had a bad experience with the employees at this location.
I went online to get phone number and stumbled on all the bad reviews for this pharmacy (Store #5655) and decided, a counter-opinion was due. I cant tell you anything about its daytime service but the late NIGHT service is REALLY GOOD!Daytime service at the 2 CVS pharmacies within 20 minutes of my home (NOT Store #5655) are full of stressed out, understaffed, irritated personnel. And, if I REALLY TRIED to provide GOOD service, but felt constantly slammed with demands during every shift I worked... Id behave stressed out & irritated too.The pharmacies in my area (not Store #5655), are closed as often as they are open. And, if you think you can drive up and get a prescription that has not been filled, within the 55 minute period of time that the pharmacy is closing... YOUR DREAMING! They wont do it.If a CVS Pharmacy is open 7 hours that day, theyre really only able to provide service for 6 of those 7 hours. The exception, is the overnight personnel at the LIBERTY CVS that I just read bad reviews about. The overnight people at this Liberty location (Store #5655) have never acted irritated by my requests, have always been willing to help and can fill a script within one hour. Of course, I hate that its a 30 minute drive each way and that Store #5655 is the ONLY location available to service a new script after 8:00PM but, at least I dont Despise going there. BOTTOM LINE... Want great pharmacy service and a friendly environment, pick up your scripts late at night at this store!!
Great pharmacy staff. Friendly and efficient. Great that they are always open.
Really appreciated the customer service delivered by Corbin in the Pharmacy drive thru. He knows the meaning of customer service. Thank you so much.
Prescription called in hours ago and still had to wait 30+ minutes. Found out pharmacy is very short staffed, theyre backlogged four days, and management is unwilling to hire more people. They should reconsider, this could be detrimental to business. Employees working were great for the circumstances.
This Liberty CVS is fast, so friendly, and very knowledgeable and helpful! I’ve tried other local pharmacies, and they just don’t measure up.
I wont go anywhere else for my prescriptions. Love this store & the staff is very attentive
Went to pick up a photo order and stood at the counter while two employees, Catherina and Shannon stood there and talked. They cleary saw me standing there. I had to tell them I was wanting to pick up an order. Shannon proceeded to act put out that I even spoke or interrupted her. Both employees had horrible attitudes and acted as if I was a burden. News flash...customer service requires one to be nice and accommodating to people who want to buy from your company. If thats too much to ask, then get a different job!!!!!!
North oak store sold me vitamins that will expire in less than 2 weeks came to the liberty mo cvs to return and had an employee tell me I had to go out of my way to return the vitamins to the same store. After calling a manager I was able to receive my refund in a matter of moment. Moral of the story dont try to give a customer the run around because another one of your stores is selling insufficient vitamins that are about to expire. And the employee that tried to give me push back is in the pharmacy
Good place for all your drugs
Their pharmacy department is horrible. I am automatic refill and they will call be a few days prior to that stating they do not have it in stock and have to order it. Its automatic refill, they should know I refill this every month. When you go to pick up your prescription they only have one person working the cashier and twenty plus people in line waiting to be waited on. It is that way every time I go to get my prescription.Hire more people if you have that much volume.I used to go to CVS Barry Road and moved to Liberty so had everything transferred. I am thinking seriously about driving the extra miles to go back to Barry Road. I hate going to this CVS Pharmacy department. It is horrible.
Always takes 30mins or more per customer. They have multiple employees on the clock but the drive thru is the worst.
2 recent bad pharmacy experiences. Will go elsewhere for our pharmacy needs.
Called and placed script ahead of time. Still had to wait for over an hour after getting there to pick it up. Horrible service
Best pharmacy in Liberty, always has what im looking for and avg wait at pharmacy inside store 20min
My family and I were in the middle of an intersection when the tornado sirens went off. We went to this CVS establishment to seek shelter as transformers were blowing up and the power was all shutting off around us. We all recieved the take shelter alert from the national weather service. We had to bang on the locked doors and beg to get inside while the staff just calmly shook their heads and said not gonna happen and go somewhere else. After pleading and yelling the sirens were going off one of the staff members let us in. All the while his coworker told us we could only stand in the doorway. We were able to get inside the store along with a few other families taking shelter. We got to the back and the pharmasist was yelling we needed to leave and that hers and all the employees jobs were at risk for allowing other to seek shelter. Then tried to tell her coworkers we needed to all leave now.We were able to huddle in the bathrooms and some of the families had husbands left outside and they refused to let them in with their families, and proceeded to defend themselves by saying it was safer in a ditch outside since they didnt have a designated safe zone in their building.I cannot believe that you would allow your company and its staff members to put their jobs above the safety of human lives while a tornado was physically touched down in the area.I will no longer be shopping at CVS and will be glad to share their value of their costumers with my friends.
Consistent problems with this pharmacy. We receive calls that medications are ready only to get to the store and they are not, sometimes not even having the product in stock. Very slow as well, especially in the drive thru lanes.
Brad helped me transfer and refill my prescription from my pharmacy in Chicago because I was in a jam and forgot my meds while traveling. Thanks a ton!
Used to be a good pharmacy. Now, Understaffed and too many system problems with refills. Super long lines.
Terrible, horrible and a nightmare. We were on hold for 40 mins and call 4 times and called the general 3 times and still we had to wait 20 mins and the staff had a bad attitude and stupid character. Never recommended it
Adison was incredibly friendly and helpful in getting what I needed. Thank you!
I always get the best service from the pharmacy
This CVS is over loaded, and messes up on our prescriptions 90% of the time. Their excuse is were busy and we didnt have time to do the extra work. Horribly lazy customer service. Messed up on several prescriptions and I had to do the leg work double checking with my insurance and CVS had the wrong info each time. I shouldnt have to do their job. They have forgotten to give my partner prescriptions to pick up when hes gon to get them and we had to go back. I want to switch to another pharmacy but its inconvient since I have a lengthy medical hx and they have all my info from other CVSs where I have lived. This time was the last time I am putting up with them. Switching.
Truly care about my prescription needs
We changed to HYVEE and found out that they close early on Sunday. We changed back to CVS!I think that were going to stay with you. 😍
3rd time meds wasnt ready to be picked up.I called the day before .Yes,well have it ready at 10am ..It 5pm .Medicine refill wasnt ready AGAIN. .They need to Make notes whenever people call and which employee talk to them..Employees needs to be Fired for not doing their Jobs.
The best reward program in USA!
Fast, easy, really close to everything, super convenient!
Pharmacy prices were quite high compared to other pharmacies locally.
The absolute WORST Pharmacy and customer service!!
The help me all the time with my medication and all ways have it in stock.
Poor customer service from employees.
Eww
Understaffed Pharmacy
Not very friendly
