Jason and his partner were very efficient. I was well pleased with there performance. I did note that the closing fee seemed to increase significantly from last year. Not sure if I will have to search for another provider or not? Have been with Hot Spot since 2009/10 and always enjoyed your services. If all companies are increasing fees, the only difference going forward will be the efficiency of service. I am hoping to order some needed parts and get them installed during the slack times this fall. Sure hope that works out.

The guys did a great job closing our pool, that had a tricky deck to work around! Professional, efficient and quick! It cant come quick enough for them to come open it back up in the spring!

I absolutely love this pool place! The new staff is friendly and place is very clean. We have been working with Brad for several years and are so happy with our services! No matter who they send or what happens they are always on the ball And make it a truly easy experience. They are the type of people who will always tell you the truth and make things right. We would follow Brad anywhere he truly knows his stuff! Also best chemicals I have ever used on my pool! Never cut corners using cheap materials they are definitely pros at their job!!

We went here to buy our Green Egg the day after Christmas. I had only heard of this place but they really wowed me with service, plus they were able to deliver the egg three hours after I purchased it. I was figuring it would take weeks. A great find in Liberty.

They have a pretty decent selection of barbecue supplies, sauces, and rubs, but their customer service is absolutely awful. I went in looking for some new rubs to work with. A worker asked if I needed any help, I told him I was just browsing. When I picked out what I was going to get, I went and stood at the counter for 10 minutes, and the never saw the guy again. There was another worker helping a couple with picking out a hot tub that never even offered to go grab the other person from the back room.The variety is pretty nice, but do yourself a favor and order your products online. Even waiting for shipping, itll probably get delivered before anyone decides to ring you up.

Been using this company to close and open my unground pool. Always friendly,gives you no hidden costs and explains the products they use when asked. Down to earth employees. If I drank,Id have a brew with then. Clean and tidy. Has never left a mess unlike the previous company I used. Leaving chlorine tabs laying around my chlorinator. And little kids could pick it up! They will be installing a liner next spring!

Since I purchased my property in 2016, Brads been there to help me make sure my pool stays running. Wed had another local company out prior to in 2017 (our first season), but they werent up to snuff by a far crys comparison. Hot Spot Pools, Hot Tubs & BBQ has my vote for top performing quality service when it comes to pools for sure. Wouldnt know half the things I do about my pool today without their guidance. Weve had our liner replaced, a chlorinator installed, sand filter changed, and annually have them out to close our pool. Hot Spot will be repairing my pump housing and a few other pieces down the road. So, if youre looking for someone who knows what theyre doing and wants to make sure you know what youre doing so you can make the most of your pool and season, give them a call. Its worth your time and your money.

I am selling my house with a pool and needed emergency service so that it would pass inspection. They fit our repair into their busy pool opening schedule. They did great work and I really recommend them to anybody with a pool or spa.The new owner that took over a couple of months ago has really improved the customer experience in this store! I have had a pool for 10 years and each time I went in to buy something small from the old owner, the staff would be very rude to me because I had not yet switched to them as my primary pool store because their staff was consistently rude to me each time I came in...

Terrible place to work. The owner is rude and treats his employees terrible because he thinks hes better than everyone. He tries to underpay you and everything in his store is overpriced. Dont ever work for this guy he held my last direct deposit paycheck until I had to confront him.

Absolutely Terrible Service. We were interested in purchasing a hot tub. We walked in...there was one customer at the counter and one employee. They casually talked and appeared to be doing nothing. There were no prices posted on anything. There was no info material on the hot tubs. One of the floor models was dirty and beaten up, and there was a model Traeger grill that was recently used and disgustingly dirty. We were never greeted, spoken to, and acknowledged. After 20 minutes of this, we left. Dont waste your time, there are plenty of other vendors out there.

I had a leaking hot tub. The repair man came out and rapidly found the problem and fixed it. The uv bulb was also used up. I ordered it on line and got. The young man came out and installed it for me. Great service!

The staff is always knowledgeable and put me on the right track and almost always have parts I need in stock. If not, they have them in a day or so. Good people to work with!

Not impressed, first time pressured into buying chemicals I never needed, second time the guy acted like my 2 man tub wasnt worthy of his time. I am sure if you buy one of their ugly (in my opinion) hot tubs youre treated differently. I have zero reason to return.

Customer service is always first rate. As newbie hot tub owners we can take all the advice we can get. They always have the right products, the right answers, and the willingness to steer us away from mistakes. Would not consider buying or servicing anywhere else.

Very poor service......had them come look at our hottub .....told us what was needed....said they would get it ordered and get back with us in a couple days....charged us $150 ...they called back in a couple days and said there was too much going on with it and didnt have time to mess with it.....i told my husband to try to call them and talk to them....we have tried calling for 2 weeks and nobody will answer their phone or call us back....we are paying customers also....why couldnt they put us on their list for repair.....or have told us from day one they didnt have time to fix it now so we didnt have to pay the fee for them to come look at it....poor customer service....very unhappy 😡

We just had our Marquis Show hot tub delivered and it is awesome. Al is very informative on the care and functions of the tub. Larry and Al did a great job delivering and setting everything up. I would definitely recommend them for all of your hot tub and pool needs.
