Got new tires from them, the shop introduced a vibration they charged me another 500 bucks chasing in parts to fix and I had to have another shop fix their simple balance mistake. Nice folks but they dont know bikes.

Not good business to quote a price, agree on that price then call 2 times and ask for hundreds more.
