I frequent this location for business purposes and have for years. I was just checking store hours and saw some less than lovely reviews. I was shocked because I have never seen anything less than amazing service. The employees are super friendly and efficient.

The staff here are always friendly and quick. They have helped me so many times with my Amazon returns and have never had an issue here. I had to ship a package once that needed to arrive by a certain time and they not only helped me get it there but was able to save some money as well. The location can be tuff to get to because of the Chick-fil-A across the street but it is worth it. Go brown...lol

The manager there must have been having a bad day. They misprinted my documents so I had to wait for my new ones to be printed again. I didn’t mind the mistake, it was a very simple fix. Since the documents she printed already had my wife’s name on them and they were going to have to be disposed of anyway I asked her if I could have the misprints as extras in case something happens to the new prints. Again, the old ones had my wife’s name on them so I thought it was a harmless ask. She decided to raise her voice in front of the entire store and yell “you will have to pay for those sir! We can’t just hang out freebies!”. After saying this she took the old copies and threw them away right in my face. Why be so rude over a simple question after you guys made the mistake? I’ve never seen a worker go out of their way to be rude to a customer. I will be going to fed ex from here on out!

This store is excellent. But UPS is weird. I think, and this is my opinion. Employer her will take of your package and UPS will make you regret why you use their services. I dropped off two boxes yesterday, first at around 1 PM and the second Around 6. So weird the second one is showing on the UPS system, and the first one still not showing.It took 6 days of wondering about my packages before it shows up out of delivery from nowhere to be track.

I went to this ups store for two amazon returns. I liked the fact that it was open after five. Their business hours are convenient for my schedule. I did not like the service i received here though.

FYI amazon returns without a labeled, they charge you $1 service fee on top of the printing fee of .05 per page just to drop of an amazon return. No policy posted nothing, so you show up with no choice. I believe the older lady is the Manager/Owner interact and observing her interact with customers made me never wont to give them money again. Save yourself some time, choose a different location.

No Notary on Saturday. Planned to have notary service last weekend at this store, but I was greeted with being told no notary service on Saturday, only Monday-Friday 10 AM to 4 PM. Sure inconvenient in the middle of needing a notary for submitting Missouri ballots. No other customers in the store and four employees looking at me . Hope its not their version of voter suppression.

Weekend hours kinda suck.

I love this place. The people who work here are so helpful and patient, knowledgeable and funny. Ive made use of services available here multiple times this week and will need to continue to do so, while dragging my kiddo with me (very boring to a 5-year-old). The guys working today and yesterday gave treats, jokes, and even an empty mailing tube to help keep my kid entertained while they finished up my transaction. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I come here often. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and organized store. My reason for 3/5 stars is because literally EVERY time I set up a package to be shipped to store my packages always seem to have been roughed up and sustain damage. Simetimes minor yes, but still irritating. They show signs of wear that should not be present if the packages were being handled PROPERLY. The damages are always things like smashed corners, gouges, dirt and wear marks that CLEARLY indicate theyve been drug across the floor etc. I understand once in awhile but its literally EVERY package I pick up at this location that show IDENTICAL signs of wear. I dont know if this is being done by the employees at this store or the ones who deliver to this store but I feel this issue does need to be addressed. Honestly, I dread having to ship to store anything expensive.

Horrible customer service!

The employee I that was lucky enough to get someone like me who has never shipped a boxed item before was VERY patient and walked me thru the whole process. He was very kind and the store was nice and clean and organized. BUT!! It is incredibly expensive! I dont understand how people are able to send packages to loved ones now a days. They wanted $18 to ship a small tea kettle. That didnt even include their box. Needless to say my mom will have to wait to get her kettle which she comes up next. :)

Printed hundreds of color brochures within 24 hours with no notice. Great service as well! Not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for.

The staff are very fast and efficient!

So after the question about fragile, perishable, etc they STILL want to know whats in the package you are mailing. I told them miscellaneous which wasnt good enough. They want to know what it is. So I told them it was none of there business, drove a block away, and overnighted it via USPS. They arent nosy about what you are mailing.

Quick way to drop off pacakages, and get shipping receipts, always good service,
