The staff was terrible the Hot bagel sandwich and hashbrown I ordered for breakfast was cold. I ordered curbside pick up as I was headed to work. 15 minutes of waiting in the curbside pickup parking spot I decided to go inside and ask where my food was they wouldnt talk to me they just pointed at a table and then spoke another language laughing and pointing at me while making the coffee which was not on the table. Who knows how long my food sat on that table but I dont think I will be returning and the entire front end staff should be replaced. I hate having to write a bad review but when you spend 13$ on breakfast you expect it to be warm at the very least!

Paid $4.38 for a bagel w/cream cheese. Where is the Cream cheese. All three bagels looked like this, this morning.

A bagel is a bagel no matter where you are, indifference is tough in the bagel industry and thats why I give this a three star.Funny pictures on the wall and also a community board. This is great stuff to look while in the long line, keeps me from getting so bored.Box of bagels for 11.50, the box is quite nifty. It says: more than just fresh, purely bagelicious. We will see when I get home and eat these bagles or if they are being pretentious.

Edit 4/6/2021: Ive recently been back to this Einsteins location a couple times, and management has clearly changed for the better. Much better!(The way things used to be: This is a horribly managed location. Total chaos. Out of most types of bagels, at 10:30 AM on a Saturday. Customers queuing up while employees stop what theyre doing to chat about heaven knows what. Nobody is in charge. This place needs help.)

Just went in to get some breakfast and get my day started. The guy that took my order had so much energy and good vibes radiating that it instantly made my day. Thank you for the amazing customer service and will be definitely be coming by more! It’s nice to see someone putting a smile on peoples faces during such a crazy time. I really appreciated that!

Incredibly slow service every Saturday morning that Ive ever come. Seems like this location is very inefficient. We waited 30 minutes for a sandwich and bagel. It would have taken longer, but we asked for a refund so we could just leave. At that point they instead bumped us to the front of the queue. Dont come here if you dont have an hour to spare, even just for a bagel. To their credit, the staff are kind and honest. I suggest transparency about the wait times so patrons know what theyre getting into before they order, instead of getting frustrated with the staff.

Went for a quick bite with a friend and was disappointed with how the place is run. Only one staff member greeted us when we entered and left. The owner and other staff were standing there but didn’t say a word and seemed miserable to be working there. i don’t know if it was just a bad day for them or if that’s always the vibe there. The employee who greeted us made our food and it was very delicious. Sadly, when i asked to tip the worker she was unable to take the tip because she was still training :/ it’s sad that the new employees are more respectful to the customers than the owner is.

They are getting back to what they were a couple years ago. Customer service is improving. Bagels are nicely prepared and your orders are served properly.

The staff is very friendly and patient. A customer was very moody and rude to the staff while I was there. I was impressed with how the situation was handled. And the food is fresh of course. Would definetly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great bagel

Terrible service. The staff wasnt out right rude, but it took over 20 minute for two bagels...and they didnt even toast them. While we stood there waiting, there were at least 5 other people waiting over 30 minutes, two of which only ordered one bagel and one of those two returned because her order was wrong. There were at least 5 employers viable, despite the line I cannot believe they were short staffed. Not much good the gloves do either when the employees keep pulling their pants up. I have been to other Einstein Bros. Bagels. This one does not match up by far.

Went on Sunday around 11:30 am, 4 bagel baskets completely empty. Only pumpernickel and whole wheat left and some other kinds that nobody likes!What is so difficult about making decisions to make more bagels, specially when the “word” bagels is in the name!Also stuff could be more friendly .

Poor management. On a Sunday morning, they have a novice on the register, who doesnt know how to operate the computer. Also, she had at least 3 ft. long hair, that was neither tied back or in a hair net. She was handling food. Her hair was flopping around in her mouth and she kept flipping it away from her face.Only 3 people working up front, and the line was 10-12 people long. They called a person out from the back, and she also had long hair not tied up. If she was in back you have to assume she was prepping the food.I ordered the lox sandwich, and they FORGOT THE LOX!I would NEVER go back here.

At the Libertyville location the line moves slow as molasses, the staff isn’t friendly and they do not communicate over your order at the pay register so as in today’s regretful waste of our time they tried to charge an additional $5 to my order but I caught it and had them make the correction on their register before handing over the $. The staff doesn’t appear to be trained with any customer service skills at all.Good customer service skills are mean everything. 👎🏻

Used to be our favorite place for bagels but theyve really gone down hill. Last couple of times there on weekend mornings, they seem short staffed with long lines, slow service, and out of many different types of bagels. The Lincolnshire location seems to be run much better.

Food here is great! No complaints. Best breaksfast option in the area. I would love to come here often but the employees attitude is what keeps me away. Theres multiple complaints about it here too. Overall food is great! Customer Service needs improvement.

This location needs to be revamped and I dont mean aesthetically. Fire the entire crew and start over. Saturday morning 10 a.m. no hash browns no on three or four different kinds of bagels. Get somebody in there to run it or close!

Bagels are always great here. I see complaints about the staff being slow. When you create food that is this tasty, you cant rush perfection.

Bagel selection always down to the same 7 kinds at 11am. Why bother staying open to 4pm? Even if you want a dozen and are willing to wait for them, no dice.Update 11:15a 9/23 no change, less than half of varieties of begals available. Another wasted trip. I mean really, this is not a joke, how are you still in business?

I forgot why I never come to this bagel shop...oh right because they are always out of bagels! I don’t know who plans the baking, but they need to hire someone else!Also, you can order a dozen bagels, they let you choose whatever you want and then ring up the “speciality” bagels as extra without telling you. Literally every time I go there it takes 20mn for a bagel and they always screw it up. The bagels are so good I’m just really confused why they can’t find decent employees.

The food and the employees are warm and friendly ...cost is a little on the high side, but quality is consistent.

They have these little boxes of chocolate chip cookies that I love!!

The food is great but the pissy attitude of multiple employees is not appreciated. The managers seem to be fine but most of the rest of the people seemed annoyed that they work there and need to interact with customers. Sorry, but if you hate your job you should quit and let someone else collect your paycheck.

Compared to other Einstein Bros, this place isnt the best. They are very skimpy with how much lox they give you on the bagels, and the coffee was barely lukewarm. Bagels were still pretty good, but just the experience wasnt the best.

I loved my bagel it was so delicious I ordered an asiago bagel mm mm delicious definitely recommend you get this.
